The deep cleaning is done for all our properties frequently but we will review your suggestions and follow up on the paint and the cleaning as well. Just like flights give you future credit, we only give future dates within a year to use your reservation, we are not rude, we are just following universal policies. Additionally, the presence of cigarette ends, a broken light shade, lack of adequate cutlery, and cleanliness concerns including rubbish under the drawers, an unfound baby's vest, and an unhoovered carpet do not meet our standards. Please accept our sincerest apologies for these oversights. We have scheduled a deep cleaning for the carpets and a thorough inspection of the property to rectify these issues. Also, we are reviewing our maintenance and housekeeping processes to prevent such lapses in the future.
