The listing was exactly as described and exceptionally clean. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, making it perfect for our short stay. The location was excellent, close to everything we wanted to see and do. The rental company was also very responsive and communicative whenever we had questions. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again if available!

Great rental! Has all supplies needed for cooking, sooo many extra blankets, pillows, and towels. So spacious, as a large family we didn’t feel like we were crammed into a small space. Had such a great time. Plus, Publix and Walmart were right down the street.

The location of this home was perfect! We were conveniently located near Disney, Discovery Cove, and Disney Springs. The neighborhood was quiet, and having a grocery store practically across the street was a huge plus. Although we didn't have the opportunity to use any of the community amenities, they looked very nice.The home itself was beautiful, spacious, and well laid out. We especially appreciated that it didn't have the typical wall-to-wall carpeting often found in Florida vacation rentals. Everything looked and smelled clean upon arrival. The layout is fantastic and would be ideal for a large family vacation or a getaway with friends.We did experience a few hiccups during our stay. Upon arriving at the community gate, we discovered that the QR codes we had been provided were outdated, as the community had changed its entry system a month earlier. We were told we would need to contact the property manager for the updated app and access information. Thankfully, security was able to verify my husband's information and let us in, but it wasn't the best first impression.We also experienced an issue with the air conditioning on our first night. We contacted the property manager immediately, and since it wasn't considered an emergency, they arranged for someone to come out the following day. Fortunately, the repairs were completed while we were out enjoying the parks, so it didn't interfere with our plans.Another issue was the smoke alarms randomly going off twice during

This was a beautiful unit in a great location. The communication was excellent - they sent plenty of information right from the start and the few questions we had were answered quickly. Highly recommend and would rent again.

We loved our stay at this condo! The place was very clean, comfortable beds, and located very close to the parks. Shopping is also very close with Target, Walmart, and Publix within minutes. We will stay here again!

Overall, we had a good stay and enjoyed the penthouse condo. It was clean, comfortable, and met our needs. However, when renting a penthouse-style unit, you tend to expect a few extra touches that were missing here.There weren’t even the basic kitchen essentials like salt, pepper, or sugar. We also expected at least a small starter coffee kit, but none was provided. Since we rented the condo for a week, receiving only one small packet of shampoo—which wasn’t enough for even the first shower—was disappointing. The soaps provided also felt very inexpensive and had an unpleasant scent.One other thing to note is that the pools are not within walking distance. We weren’t aware of that from the listing, so it’s something future guests may want to know.With a few upgrades to the amenities and a clearer description of the property’s location relative to the pools, this would be a place we would happily return to.

Furnace was not working had to have it serviced while there…they were very quick in getting us up and running as we stayed while Florida got SNOW!!!! When they list the start up supplies pay attention! We had to make a trip out to pick up extra supplies! (Bring salt and pepper too). The condo was comfortable and spacious even with our party of 8 people! Easy to get all the attractions! I would definitely stay in this area again!

Great Location

Stayed in the property with my wife and 4 kids ages 8-16. Showed up and the grounds and property were very clean, very modern and but very comfortable. Would stay there again

Shops were over a mile away, gym and pool open after 9 AM.Kitchen could use more cooking tools, no grill.Maid service left bathroom towels stored wet, turned sour and needed to rewash.The unit itself was fantastic and in good repair.Clean and quiet.
