Maison de plage pour toute la famille!

Bienvenue dans notre maison Shell Beach - la maison de notre famille depuis 2008. Il est situé dans un charmant quartier à distance de marche de la plage, du parc des grottes de dinosaures, des restaurants, des cafés et à peu près tout ce dont vous avez besoin.

Nous aimons marcher dans tout le quartier de Shell Beach. Pismo Beach et Avila Beach sont à une courte distance en voiture. Ou aventurez-vous un peu plus loin (10 minutes en voiture) et au sud se trouve la ville pittoresque d'Arroyo Grande, au nord se trouve l'infâme San Luis Obispo - la "ville la plus heureuse d'Amérique".

Notre maison a une grande cuisine ouverte et un coin repas qui se connecte au salon avec une fenêtre géante laissant entrer beaucoup de lumière vive. Le pont de la cour avant a construit des bancs pour se prélasser à l'extérieur et une table / chaises pour manger en plein air. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec beaucoup d'espace de rangement.

We had a wonderful stay! Robyn was an amazing host kind, quick to respond, and so easy to work with throughout the entire process.The location was perfect in Shell Beach, with great shops, food, and walkable coastal views nearby. The Dinosaur Caves Park was so fun for the kids, and we loved being able to enjoy everything so easily.The master bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day out. We also loved the backyard, which was a great space for our dogs to enjoy. My favorite part of the house was sitting on the front deck; it was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.The house was well stocked with plenty of household essentials and supplies, so we had everything we needed during our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing place to stay!

This property is perfect! We have rented other houses in Shell Beach and this one is the best that we have found so far. Very responsive owners, comfortable house, great location. Highly recommend!

Robyn's home was everything we were hoping for, for a longer stay on the Central Coast! It was a great launching point for coastal hiking, plus there is a lovely park, Dinosaur Caves, just a block away. We really enjoyed walking down to the rocky coast and watching the pelicans and other birds at sunset or in the morning.The house itself was super comfortable, much more spacious than it looks in the pictures! Very clean and kitchen was well stocked. The decorating was delightful, local art and not overdone. The couch and easy chair in the living room were super comfortable after a long day out.The neighborhood felt safe quiet with established homes, and we enjoyed walking a block up to Shell Beach road with several restaurants, especially Zorro's!

Bring your own toilet paper!

Cute well stocked beach cottage with modern touches. Advise to guests: watch water temp in kitchen & master bathroom, beware of steam burns in master shower. Beach is closed, no access. Do not run water during night as pipes start knocking so bad it sounds like a jackhammer in the bathroom walls. Bring your own toilet paper as this is the cheapest, thinnest, scratchiest paper - I've seen better in gas station bathrooms. If you are traveling with a small dog be aware they can get out of both front and back yards. Advice to hosts: upgrade the toilet paper. Really. Even just a little. Put warning label on hot water in kitchen & master shower, or turn down the max temp a little. Replace the squeegee in master shower - it doesn't work even with full body pressure. Find source of pipes knocking & do whatever it takes to fix it. Nearby beach is closed fyi. This place is comfortable & nice, good job & thank you.

Fantastic Stay

We weren't able to get away for a holiday this year so decided to work somewhere beautiful for a month - and wow we picked the right house. Right in Shell Beach, close to Dinosaur Park (pups were happy), lovely patio to sit on, nice (and looked like recently renovated) well-supplied kitchen, fenced back yard (again, good for the pups), two generously-sized bathrooms - lots of thoughtful touches - all around this house exceeded expectations.

Great Stay

This home is very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect...it was a short walk to the ocean or into town to eat. The front patio is a great place to start and end your day just enjoying the weather and chatting with people walking by. It’s an easy drive to Pismo or Avila Beach. After making this our home for a month it was hard to leave, but we will definitely be back.

Perfect location and great house!

Perfect location to walk to ocean cliffs to watch birds, sunset and the waves crush. Great town to walk around. Awesome kitchen with everything you need to cook up wonderful meals and sit out on the front deck and watch the sunset. Nice bathrooms and comfortable king bed in master. Host was helpful and responded to texts. Definitely would stay again.

We love our home because of it's location. We are right in the heart of Shell Beach and enjoy all of the benefits that comes with. Our favorite thing to do is walk around in the evenings and weekends. We also appreciate how central it is--close to freeway access and can get to San Luis Obispo or Arroyo Grande quickly.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The front porch is our favorite place to hang out. We keep the front door open and the kitchen dutch door half way open for a great breeze and indoor/outdoor feel. We love to have our meals outside and people watch.
From the master bedroom, it almost feels like you are in a completely private suite. The master is large and quiet and even includes a steam shower.
