Modern three-bedroom, two full bath home with half-bath and new furnishings. Quiet neighborhood easily accessible to Saturday Farmer's Market , Chesapeake boardwalk & beach, restaurants, ice cream shops, water park, charter fishing, water crafts and casino. Complete well-stocked kitchen perfect for dining in or eating a quick snack.

Soaking tub in master bath with a free-standing shower, dining table seats 8, breakfast table, open floor plan with cozy reading/computer room, great porch with rockers to relax and enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of your favorite beverage. Deck with table & umbrella and seating for 6, plus Weber 3-burner propane grill for outdoor cooking. Grill tools furnished. Large flat back yard for kids (large or small) to play.

Plenty to do and only a short distance from Annapolis, Washington DC, Northern Virginia, or Baltimore. Explore all Calvert Country has to offer with plenty of parks and play grounds. Extremely kid-friendly - tot-sized plates &utensils, books galore, games & puzzles for all ages, building blocks and outdoor games. Pack n play, two baby-gates for stairs. Connie was a terrific host. She was highly communicative and quick to respond to any and all questions. She was also flexible on the check-in time when we really needed it. This was a wonderful house to stay with family. If we’d had young children with us, it would have been perfect for them too. The house accommodated seven adults comfortably. The kitchen was well appointed with all the tools needed to cook meals.The neighborhood is lovely and many shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Overall, this was an amazing place to stay.

Wonderful stay!

The house is adorable and very well laid out. It is small, but yet has a lot of space. Impeccably clean and just a few blocks walk from the boardwalk, restaurants, shops, etc. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area.

DC trip

Great place to stay not too far from DC. Also saw friends in Baltimore and super close to the beach. The kids said they wanted to stay there the next time we come. Had everything we needed!

Great Property and Location

North Beach Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this charming house with our family of seven. The house is perfectly located in the town of North Beach. Only a 10 minute walk to restaurants and the beach which overlooks the magnificent Chesapeake Bay. We loved our time staying in and going out. We can’t wait to come back again!

Awesome Stay with Family

It was great get away for our family. The house was beautiful inside and out. The home was spacious, allowing everyone privacy. The location was perfect. It’s only a 10 minute walk to the pier, restaurants, and shops. Definitely will recommend to others.

A perfect girls’ weekend

We had a fabulous girls’ weekend for Mother’s Day! I screwed up our reservation dates and Connie went above and beyond to help us get everything straightened out—she truly saved the day! The place is adorable and has all the amenities, including a perfect location for exploring North Beach. I highly recommend this stay!
