Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second summer I rented the house for my son and friends for their internships. The home is in a great and safe location, the property manager is very responsive and we couldn’t have been happier. The home is clean and well maintained. I highly recommend!

If your looking for a "very quiet" "safe place" with easy access to shopping and food. Then this place is for you we'll definitely be renting again.

One of the queen beds could use a new mattress (really sinks down in the middle), but other than that we had absolutely zero issues and everything was perfect.

The house was plenty big for 3 couples, well equipped and comfortable. THe neighborhood is peaceful and pleasant to walk around in. The location is close to many things, like LAX and downtown. We'd go back.
