Dreamscape se trouve à deux pâtés de maisons des plages les plus vierges du nord de l’Anna Maria Island. Une maison surélevée de deux chambres, deux salles de bains avec une magnifique piscine chauffée et une terrasse de piscine qui vous fera revenir année après année!

Cette maison à concept ouvert a tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour un séjour de rêve sur AMI, y compris notre service de linge professionnel, vous garantissant que vous arriverez toujours dans des draps et des serviettes de qualité, propres et d'une grande netteté! Vous aimerez passer du temps sur le balcon fermé, idéal pour les repas, les jeux, les boissons et la vie en plein air. Dreamscape est une maison pour entrer et rester si vous aimez une soirée tranquille de temps en temps. Regardez un film sur le téléviseur à écran plat dans le salon après une longue journée au soleil! La chambre principale avec un lit King Size possède sa propre salle de bain complète avec douche à l’italienne. Great time

Had a great time in Anna Maria. The house was very clean and everything was provided. We've stayed on other parts of the island, but this time we were on the North end, which is nice and quiet. However, we were still within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The beach was just a short walk. Would definitely stay again.

Great AMI trip

The house clean and tidy with plenty of linens. The walk to the beach and pier were both fairly short. The only thing really needed is a door on the master bathroom

Beautiful property near a gorgeous beach!

Four of us stayed here in November of 2022. The property is exactly as described, very clean and has a great layout for a group. The kitchen is very well equipped, we cooked many happy meals there. The gorgeous 7-mile AMI beach is just a short 2 block walk away. Shops, restaurants, and a small grocery store are a five minute drive away. Communications with the property management were excellent.

The house was great, location , backyard everything you would want. The only reason I rated as okay is because it did not have the staple supplies, no coffee, no coffee filters, no laundry detergent to wash the towels, listing said lined service however you have to was your own towels, no oil for cooking or salt and pepper. We ran out of toilet paper and when I asked for more, I never received it. Had to go out to the store and get it. Otherwise it was a great location and we enjoyed the house immensely.

Hi, Thank you so much for your review! Our vacation homes are stocked by our cleaning company with the basics to get your vacation started. In each bathroom, you will find two rolls of toilet paper as well as a small bar of soap and a trash bag in each trash can. In the kitchen, you will find a roll of paper towel, a large trash bag, a dishwasher tab for one load, and a small bottle of dish liquid. Your health is important to us and for your safety we’re unable to leave items such as coffee filters, spices, and cleaning supplies between guests, as they cannot be properly disinfected. This was such a wonderful rental! It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay on Anna Maria Island. The house was really perfect and clean. The rental property company couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. There was a grill and a pool light has been installed so you can swim in the evenings. The beach access was even closer than we thought and boy, the beach was unbelievable! White sand and crystal clear water. The whole family was sad to leave and that's a sign of a good beach rental.

Summary : Highly recommended This rental property was extremely well maintained & clean. The pool was immaculate & nicely secluded. The walk to the beach was short & easy to do with the paths that lead to the beach. Walking up & down the stairs every time we went outside, was a little bit of a hassle, but a small price to pay for staying at such a perfect vacation rental property. Another huge plus about this property was all of the beach accessories/toys. Having a a beach wagon included to use was a game changer! Side note: you don’t have access to the garage & the out side shower didn’t work, but we just used the hose. Another side note: The upfront price seemed like a huge bargain, but after the cleaning/booking fee’s this place was right in the average price range for the island

Annual Family Trip

We go every year to AMI. This was our first time getting a home with a pool and it was soo worth it. We absolutely loved our stay. The home has plenty of room and the pool was wonderful. It was very close to the beach that we could walk to several beach access points or just a quick zoom on the golf cart we rented through the company they recommended. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans you just need to bring your seasonings and you’re ready to cook. We cooked and ate almost all our meals there and the kitchen was plenty big enough. Thank you so much for a great play to stay! We will be back!

Very Comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very comfortable. Plenty of space for a family of 4. However the property is tired. A couple of cracked floor tiles, the floor tiles in the main bedroom bathroom were loose and you could feel this when get getting into the shower. The blinds in the bedrooms were loose and you could see there were a couple missing off of each window. There is a kitchen cabinet door that won't stay closed and has tape underneath it. There is a broken chair back in the covered outside seating area. When we arrived the heated pool was freezing and dirty around the edges and at the bottom.

Awesome vacation spot!

Our 1st time on AMI & will definitely be back. Great, relaxed area & no high rise hotels or condos. Family friendly, great local shops & beautiful beach. Easy walk or bike to beach from the house. Pool was great before & after the beach. Nice washer & dryer, beds comfy (even the sofa bed) & plenty of cookware to meet our needs. We ate in 90% of our 2 week stay. Screened porch was perfect spot for evening meals & games. Lots of previous reviews about no door on primary BR bath, but it wasn't a big deal, just close the BR door for privacy. There is a charcoal grill by the pool. We left a few pool floats. North Shore Cafe is a must for breakfast or lunch. Great little spot & nice owners. Great area to bike around & we felt very safe. Everyone we met on AMI was very friendly & kind. We are trying to figure out how to swing a months vacation next time!

Great location

Great location. Pool area is nice. Some loose tiles on the floor. Doesn’t have any accessories to take to the beach, so you’ll have to buy or rent those. We had a great week.

Master bed room door needs a door handle lock. Master bathroom needs a pocket door installed, people need a door. The bar stools need some oil, very noisy while sitting on chair and moving. Outdoor hose needs replaced, many holes. I could not find any light switch to work the back lights around pool, very dark at night. Gate on shower side needs adjusted, drags on ground. A map of the best route to beach would help on website and in house.

We enjoyed the house very much.

The location was great! We could walk to many shops and restaurants. The walk to the beach was very convenient. The house was well equipped. We loved the screened in porch. We ate all of our meals there. The pool area is nice and very private. The table, chairs and umbrella were a welcome addition. The only inconvenience was that there was no door on the master bath. We bought an inexpensive shower curtain to hang for privacy. All in all it was a fantastic vacation.

Great Place!!

No complaints! We will return to this cozy house next year. It's perfect and close to the beach (short walk). The pool was a great addition and we found it clean and ready to use. The screened-in front porch was amazing! A+

Nice Place

This was a nice house in which to spend a week with my wife. It could also accommodate one or two children. The screened porch was a great spot for meals and relaxation. The small swimming pool is well cared for and also very nice. The beach is only a five-minute walk away. A new high capacity washer and dryer can help you keep beachwear and an ample supply of towels available. It would have been nice to have a gas grill. And there were no beach chairs supplied. (You can buy inexpensive ones at Publix or rent nearby.) We would stay here again!
