Bring your boat or jetskis to this Anna Maria Canal Home with a large 40 ft Private Pool and Spa. Newly remodeled home just 2 short blocks to the beach and located on a quiet canal street. You will love the stylish decor at this 2 bedroom, 2 bath ground floor home. Enjoy 1375 sq ft of living area with tile floors, granite counters, brand new furnishings and designer appliances. Flat screen TV's in every room. Large 40 ft pool with an expansive brick paver patio. Have fun fishing from the boat dock in your back yard. Wi-Fi, Cable TV, Fully equipped Kitchen, Washer/Dryer. King Bed in Master Bedroom. King bed in guest Bedroom. Queen Sleeper sofa in living room.

Non-Smoking Home. Pet friendly with approval and Non-Refundable Pet fee.

Please Note: Garage and Boat Lift not available for guest use.

There is a $150 taxable pet fee per dog.
All pets require approval after booking.

If approved, the fee will be added, and we'll confirm the new total with you before charging your card.

No credit, discount and/or rate adjustment can be granted for items mentioned above or circumstances beyond our control. There will be days when the weather conditions will not allow pool heaters to accommodate swimming and temperature recovery times will vary. Fees may be charged to the tenant to heat private pools. Please inquire when booking.

Per the City Noise Ordinance: Quiet hours are to be observed between the hours of 10 pm to 8 am daily. This includes noise at the pool area.

Perfect Vacation

The home was beautiful and location was perfect. Short walk to the beach. There was an issue with the spa not heating but the company sent someone out right away. I would choose this home over and over again for future vacations.

Great Place

We loved the property. Pool is very nice and a short walk to the beach. It is aslo a nice walk to Pine Ave where there are shops and restaurants.

We came by boat, the dock was plenty big and home was easy to find from the water. We could walk to restaurants and shops easily, but it was fun to rent a golf cart and explore the island. The pool and backyard were beautiful just wish there was a little more shade. The home had been beautifully updated. Had everything needed for our stay. Please remember to bring your own spices or get them at the grocery store because they do not have any available due to the new policy.

Beautiful and private pool!

We really enjoyed our stay here on Anna Maria Island. We rented the place mostly for the pool and it did not disappoint! They did a really nice job with the place, it looks great and is very comfortable. Instacart and all the food delivery places deliver to this address as well, which is very helpful!

Beautiful home

Beautifully remodeled home, very spacious living area. Docked our boat all week at the dock and plenty of room for the trailer in the driveway. The teens loved the pool. Can’t wait to come back!

Great Location

Property is nice and updated. Location was very convenient. Disappointed by pool area and lack of any shade. No seating on dock. Pool light and spa did not work and had to call twice, items still not working at the end of our week stay. Beach items were old and broken except for the wagon. Would have been nice to have a cooler.

Can’t Wait To Return!

What a lovely two weeks we just had at 225 Willow in Anna Marie! We cannot say enough about the home, pool, and location… Truly a perfectly renovated, “Old School Gem!” Located in a quiet neighborhood, two blocks to the beach, and a short walk to Pine Avenue! We brought our dog Frankie and rented a golf cart… Although furnishings are starting to show a little wear, the bed was comfortable and master shower felt just like home! We have no complaints. A shout out to Fran Maxon Realtors for being absolutely perfect property managers. We are already missing the quaintness of Anna Marie Island!

Family Get Away

Our family enjoyed the stay at the property. The house was clean and was a good size for our group. The kids loved the pool and fishing off of the dock. The beach was a short trip away which was nice. The only issue we had was the lights over the two chairs and the smaller table didn’t work. Maintenance came to check the a/c and the light situation. They thought that it was potentially a remote battery issue, but never returned with a battery. So we just didn’t have lights in that portion of the main area which wasn’t a huge deal.

Great House and Pool on the Canal

Wonderful location... right on the canal and just a short walk to the beach. Close enough that our young children didn't mind riding their scooters down the road and did so without complaining. **There was more traffic on the road than I anticipated for a residential area, but I say that not as an annoyance but to be careful and make sure your kids stay to the side. The house was great. It was the perfect size and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were perfect for our family of 5, and every room had a TV so late at night you could watch and not disturb people in other areas. The real gem is the pool. We played at the pool on rough surf days and our kids loved it. The were in the water more than they were out of the water. We grilled almost every night and ate outside a lot. Just a wonderful house and a great experience and if we come back to AMI we will most definitely look into renting this house again.

Great location and pool!

Very clean and quaint property. We loved this house, perfect for 4 people.The only addition would be extra towels, pool towels, trial size bathroom soaps/shampoo and some seasonings for the kitchen. Plan on doing wash/dryer every day. The jacuzzi is very nice, just need to time the use for warming it and don't take showers all at once, hot water is limited. We truly enjoyed our visit.

Great Trip!

Our family of 4, 2 adults & 2 kids ages 11 & 13, really enjoyed our trip to AMI and really loved this home! House is in a great location with lots of perks! It has easy beach access, a huge swimming pool, great canal for kayaking or fishing, walkable/ bikeable to shops, restaurants, pier, etc. House was very clean and had everything our family needed (well stocked kitchen, pool towels, bath towels, multiple sitting areas, comfy beds, starter set of essentials, and much more). LOVE and appreciate that the home is dog friendly! Our Lab had a blast!! We had one minor issue when the AC stopped working on our second day. Rental Company was super responsive and had both maintenance (really friendly guy!) and AC company out to repair within 2 hours of our call. They had us back to cool in no time! We would definitely return to this house and as well as rent from Fran Maxon again!
