Great stay! Had a issue but it was resolved promptly. Very happy to see things were addressed quickly so as to not affect our stay. Other than that the condo was great and communication was excellent. Highly recommend.

Was a great experience! We've been to PCB now 7 times. Room was great! Plan on buying condo in this building in the next 2 years. We usually stay at tidewater. This place was great.

Property is nice. Perfect location. Room didn’t seem to have been used lately. Room was nice. It needs a full deep clean. The primary room needs a new bed, it’s lumpy, had to sleep sideways to keep from rolling off edge due to large hump in middle. It’s also too high. Balcony needs furniture that is easier to wipe down due to pigeons. They did come and clean the balcony but the pigeons were right back out later that day. It’s nice facility and would stay again

This was everything we were looking for!!! Only complaint is the locks on the bathroom doors don’t work so my 2 year old busted in a few times lol. Also locks on both balcony doors not working.

We will be back!

This condo was everything we needed and more! Such a great location being so close to just about anything you need or want. We had one little hiccup when checking in, but the property manager took care of it IMMEDIATELY. The resort itself is wonderful, and very family friendly. We will be back next year for our annual 4th of July trip!

Spring Break

Spent a week at the beach. Spring Break for 4 teenagers. We had a great time and the property turned out to be perfect for what we needed.

Elevator broke down two times in less then a week , ones my wife and kids were on it, no an experience that you want on vacation. The condo was really nice.

Awesome family vacation!

The property was very clean, and this was our second time in this particular unit! It was perfect for our growing family of 5 adults and our grandchild. The pool area is well maintained, and the “grill” is perfect for a snack, lunch, or drink. We walked to several restaurants, and Walmart is very close! No need to do very much driving at all if you book this condo!

Great experience

The room was exactly as pictured. We had stayed at the Aqua before, and the property is always nice there. The best part was the owners communication. I booked the room last minute, and the owner made sure we had everything we needed quickly.

Great unit

This was our first time at PCB. The unit was clean, spacious, and well kept. Chairs on the beach was a great bonus. We were able to walk to Pier Park and other local restaurants. Security at the building was very nice and enforced the policies. Week went off without issues. Great vacation!

Condo was very nice and met all of our needs. The view was amazing!!

Very nice condo. Great location with pier park and many restaurants within walking distance. Two elevators were down which made the elevator riding experience a little frustrating, but things like that happen. Sign posted that elevators will be back up by September.

Beach vacation

We had a good time on our family vacation. The condo was very nice and my family enjoyed the stay. Here is a couple of small things I recommend: I would recommend replacing cushions on balcony. They were uncomfortable. Doors to the bath room would not lock. We would stay here again on our vacation. We had an amazing time. Thanks Chad

Bestie Trip

We had a great time. The room was amazing, the view was also amazing. The check in issue was pretty easy other than the parking pass process. We finally got it worked out but they need more than was place to print or buy a parking pass. We had issues with the fridge/freezer but contacted the property manager and Cade and Tonya were beyond amazing. People like them will make you want to rent from them again even when problems arise. Will definitely try to rent from them again.

Had a great time and great weather.

Condo needs a little update and more dishes. No cookie or pizza sheets. We didn’t have a full set of eating utensils. Had to buy plastic. Floors have been piecemeal replaced so doorways are uneven and don’t match up. Much nicer condos in this bldg for same price.

Nice stay

Condo is in a great location, close to pier park, and great restaurants. House should of been cleaner. Stuff left from previous renters under bed, behind dressers, sheets on the bed had hair on them in bunk beds. When you put the sheets on you could clearly see they were dirty!!! King size bed is awful! Very squeaky, on a metal bed frame with wheels not attached to bed frame. Nice house just really needs some TLC!!!!!!! And a really good clean!

It’s was nice! The condo was beautiful as expected but one bathroom needs to be updated to walk in shower. It was too high to step over the tub for me being high risk falling.
