The house was beautiful and the setting was breathtaking. Really enjoyed feeding the donkey and the horse!! Would definitely stay again.

What a wonderful place to stay. Jennifer has done an outstanding job decorating this home and has thought of everything a guest could need. The location is perfect, quiet yet conveniently located to anything you may want to see and do.

Perfect Vacation Spot

The Pink Cottage has been decorated with love. It is absolutely charming and so very comfortable. Jennifer was awesome as were the friendly mini donkeys. There are also many places to relax outside. This is a perfect place to stay and enjoy. We will be back!

Everything exactly as listed. Great kitchen with everything we needed. Pretty decor. Had a fun time celebrating our 45th anniversary with great friends.

Wonderful Stay

We stayed at the Pink House for an extended weekend with another couple. The house was perfect and all the little details made our stay very special; Jennifer is a very gracious host and treated us like guests rather than renters. Her property is in a beautiful and quiet setting, yet close to everything we needed and wanted to do. We would love the opportunity to stay there again. We had a fun adventure with Ed the horse and his donkey sidekick that we will laugh about for years!

A rental that feels like a home

The Pink House exceeds all expectations for a rental. It truly feels like staying at a home versus a rental. Everything is provided (and more that you wouldn't expect). You want for nothing in the kitchen and bathroom! Extremely clean. Everything was magical for our Christmas stay!

Sweet Pink House

It was just wonderful staying out in the country. We enjoyed everything about the house. It was so peaceful and quiet. Feeding the horse, Edward, and donkey, Nibbles, everyday was a real treat. Everything you could possible need was furnished in the house. We had a wonderful visit with our hostess. You will love it!

Girls trip 2023

Moms trip and we had so much fun! The pink house was amazing and Jennifer had everything you could possibly need! The candies and cookies were nice as well as all the kitchen extras like an ice machine, keurig, expresso maker etc! We would definitely come back! A much needed getaway😃

Priceless pink palace

Jennifer’s pink house is simply adorable! It has all the extras a gal could ever need! She’s thought of everything! It’s quiet and off the beaten path, but a quick drive to the historic town of Franklin! And of course, Nashville. We enjoyed our short weekend. Highly recommend this property ❤️

Warm, wonderful, and welcoming!!

The best VRBO experience I’ve had. The property is gorgeous and Jennifer went above and beyond to ensure my birthday was extra special. The home is beautiful!! So cozy and has everything you can think of. Edward & Nibbles we’re the perfect addition. The Fall foliage was delightful!! Only a quick 15 mile drive to downtown. Ladies, grab your girlfriends and have a time to remember. We’ll definitely be back.

Strait to Stapleton!

We were in town for the George Strait and Chris Stapleton concert. This place was awesome. It was nice to get away from the crowds and busy downtown Nashville. Everything we needed was there! Thank you Jennifer for sharing your beautiful home! Ps when I first booked this place my husband was not to happy about an all pink house but in the end I overheard him telling his male friends how much he enjoyed the house and how it was decorated (“it was cool everything was pink!”) ;)

The most stunning getaway home, looks like Dolly would live there!

I would give this place 10⭐️If I could! Jennifer was the most enjoyable host, she literally thought of everything! There were three of us girls and we had the most relaxing vacation. Those beds… best night sleep ever!! A great taste of the beautiful country but still only 15-20 mins from all the action! Prince Edward and Nibbles were so cute and loved attention! The back porch was so nice in the evenings too. I recommend this place a million times over, I absolutely plan to go back. Honestly can’t think of one thing I wished was different. Thank you Jennifer for sharing your stunning home with us.

Lovely home with a wonderful property manager

First off, Jennifer the owner, is the sweetest! She was so kind in her communication and put in the extra touches to make the stay wonderful. Those cookies! Oh my goodness. The house is adorable and she thought of pretty much everything. It was fun to visit with the animals and get to feed them. All in all a great stay. The only downfall I would say is the house has a bit of a musty smell. It stayed in our clothes when we got them home. It wasn’t super noticeable when you are staying in the house, but definitely noticed it in our clothes. I would still stay again because it is an adorable house and the owner is wonderful.

Lovely VBRO in a Quiet Country Setting close proximity to DT Nashville

VBRO was very lovely and very clean with over and above unexpected amenities. Beautifully decorated in a Victorian style. Although, we did not cook the kitchen it is completely stocked for cooking. We enjoyed sitting & relaxing on the covered deck, in a serene setting. We enjoyed feeding the owners horse Prince Edward & their donkey Nibbles. The owner is quite accommodating & a pleasure to communicate with. We definitely would stay here again!!!

Pink House Perfect!

This was the perfect getaway for a girl’s weekend. Jennifer had everything we needed at the house. We cooked some meals and ate out for some. It was close to fun activities like the Loveless Cafe and the Tailgate Brewery, but also far enough out that we could relax on the porch with a cup of coffee and just chat. The beds were very comfortable and we slept in every day. Can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Pink House

The property was beyond what I expected. I had a girl’s weekend to Nashville after checking in we really wanted to enjoy every moment we were at the house. It was absolutely perfect. The owner left us a note saying to contact her at anytime if we need anything. She stocked the house with sweet treats and treats for the horse and pony. I would 100% book at this property again. So beautiful and peaceful💗💗💗💗💗💗💗
