Il a été entièrement rénové avec un style cottage sudiste classique et rempli de décor qui vous fera vous sentir comme chez vous! Situé au cœur de Franklin, vous êtes à quelques pas des restaurants, des spectacles, des boutiques, des magasins d'antiquités, du théâtre Franklin historique restauré, des cafés, des glaciers, des visites locales et plus encore! Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was top notch! Loved how we could walk everywhere. Went to a Red Wheel show at the Factory and enjoyed the Saturday morning Farmer's Market. Great restaurants nearby!

Franklin Family Visit

First time visit to see family in Franklin. The cottage was very comfortable and quiet. It was perfectly located near downtown Franklin and scenic walks along the Harpeth River!

Great property

Super convenient to "The Factory" and the downtown historic district of Franklin. Owners are awesome and they obviously take great pride in their properties. Very thankful we were able to stay here.

The cottage was absolutely adorable and very clean. We loved being so close to downtown and being able to walk to the town square, local restaurants and shops. Our only complaint is that the mattresses on the beds were very firm and not comfortable to sleep on. We woke up daily to low back and hip discomfort. Other than that, everything else was perfect.

Super cute home with all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. Walking distance to downtown Franklin. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood felt very safe no concerns. Would definitely come back on our next stay in Franklin. Beds are so comfortable!

Another great stay at Garden Gate Cottage.

This was the second time we have stayed at GGC. Matt is a wonderful host, and responded quickly to any of our questions. The unit is just lovely. My husband and I, along with our daughter and son-in-law, enjoyed the close proximity to downtown, The Factory, and the quiet street is a huge plus. We hope to stay here again the next time we visit beautiful Franklin.

Highly recommend!

If the location isn't fabulous enough, let the beautifully styled and immaculate space help you select this property. We spent a friends weekend there, and were impressed with every aspect of our stay! I'm a local real estate agent, and will be adding this property to my recommendations for out-of-state clients looking for a comfortable stay while they explore all that Franklin has to offer.

Not your average rental. The amenities and decorations made it feel like a home. Very quiet yet only 10 minute walk to all restaurants and entertainment.

BEST STAY!

We had the most amazing stay! We stayed here for 10 days and eloped. Matt and Kara were very responsive and accommodating to us. They treated us so well and we are so happy we got to enjoy this space. I’d been eyeing it for a while now! They are an amazing team with what they have created. We hope to be back again and are so thankful for the memories made!

This property is beautiful. Wonderful location, wonderful home. Does not have many amenities- ie Kleenex, spices if cooking, soaps, lotions. BUT- it did exceedour expectations. The owner did check that we left on time parking across the street and waiting. Kind of disconcerting. Wonderful town- people in community were so so so friendly! Thank you for letting us stay!

Beautiful Home in Beautiful Franklin

We stayed for a week and could not have found a more cozy accomodation. The decor was charming, the beds super comfortable, and the walk into town a very easy 10 minute stroll. Our parents stayed in the other unit which made our family reunion even that much more delightful.
