We had a fantastic stay at this beach condo in Turks and Caicos. The property was beautiful, comfortable, clean, well stocked and perfectly located for a relaxing getaway. Our main contact, Jing, was incredibly easy to work with. She was responsive, helpful, and made everything smooth from start to finish. We all had a wonderful time and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for an amazing vacation experience.

Our family had an excellent stay this week. We were glad we chose Grandview over several other hotels/villas. Room and view was stunning, and location was perfect. Jing was excellent. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic property!

Our family had a fantastic stay! The unit is clean, comfortable and very convenient to great dining. The pool is very clean and the beach is white sand, clear blue water. Turks is fantastic and this unit is right in the middle of everything a family would need or want. The host and property manager are very responsive and friendly! Def will be returning!!

Amazing!!

We LOVED our stay at this stunning condo! It’s huge inside and so tastefully decorated. It is perfectly situated on the first floor with plenty of privacy in this quiet building. The location is perfect for exploring all the dining and shopping options a short drive away. Fantastic views and the best access to the gorgeous beach! Being greeted by Jing with some delicious punch was a bonus and there was not a thing we were lacking during our stay as the owners have thought of everything you would need for your visit. Top notch home that we would happily return to again and again!!

Wonderful stay on Grace Bay

We had a wonderful time in Grace Bay! The place was spotless, with big nice bedrooms, a full kitchen, and only steps to the pool and beach. Close to restaurants and shopping, this place is perfect! Thank you for a fabulous stay.

The condo was exactly what we were hoping for- a beautiful location with a pool and hot tub right outside and just steps from the most gorgeous beach. The condo was clean and lovely. We appreciated the warm welcome and how well stocked and maintained the property is.

Ideal spring break location

Family of five (three kids: ages 12/11/8), thankful for the two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room pullout, and screened in dining space. We were there during spring break and felt like the condo building was only half occupied. Easy walk out from the condo to pool/hot tub, and beach access (with umbrellas and chairs always available). Property manager was local and responsive. We could walk along the beach to other resorts and dining.

Spectacular

This was our second time staying at this property and it was just as great as we remembered. The location can't be beat and the beach is beautiful. Jing was so warm and welcoming and truly made our stay better offering to help at any time. We will definitely be back again!

Great Stay

Location was spectacular. Condo was clean and had everything we needed and more. In 10 years of VRBO rentals, these were the most responsive hosts I have ever encountered. Relaxing vacation, walked down the beach for many of our meals.

Everything was as described or better. New appliances, a fridge I wanted to take home, Jing was a perfect host and so helpful. The entire staff at Grandview was amazing. The owners of other condos were friendly and gave great restaurant suggestions. The perfect holiday in the perfect location. 10/10

Everything about this property and trip were great. The condo was clean, well-appointed and ideally located. Being ground-level was a huge plus. We thought the unit was larger and more spacious than it appeared in the photographs. We’d highly recommend this property, the whole experience was fantastic.

Wonderful Stay!

We loved our stay at Grandview and will definitely be back. We particularly appreciated the proximity to the beach and the spacious and comfortable accommodations. Everything is modern and clean. Beds are comfortable. Bath and beach towels are good quality. Kitchen is well stocked. Therese and Jing were both quick to respond to questions. Pool and common areas are well maintained. Small but well-equipped gym. Walking distance to several good restaurants. 10/10.

We just visited TCI this year for the first time and instantly realized what a special place it is. The beach and water could not be more beautiful and the local people are warm and welcoming. We loved the fact that you can travel around the island and feel safe and dine at numerous fabulous restaurants. We are not the "all inclusive resort" type of people! We are from Michigan and desperately need to get out of the cold during the long winter months! It is a dream come true to own a piece of paradise!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We visited friends at the Grandview and loved that it was small and directly on the beach. It is with in walking distance of many wonderful restaurants but quiet and private. The beach is wide and expansive with a perfect sunset view and plenty of space to lounge at the pool or beach. You can snorkel right off the beach or take a day cruise from one of the many boats that offer services to pick you up right in front of the condo on the beach!

The proximity to the exclusive Grace Bay Club is an added bonus. The resort is spectacular at night with torch lit bars and restaurants, and cozy couches to sit and star gaze next to a blazing fire pit with an after dinner cocktail . We are also in walking distance many of the best resorts including, Seven Stars, Ritz Carlton and Club Med as well.
