Ceci est une belle maison. Lorsque vous conduisez jusqu'à ce est une certaine WOW. Situé dans un quartier calme de bienvenue.

La salle à manger ouverte et aérée dispose de nouveaux meubles confortables, un beau mur en pierre d'accent lumineux et fantastiques sols en pierre. Il est une chambre ensoleillée avec la TVHD et Internet.

Un mur de portes coulissantes ouvre à une grande zone extérieure couverte avec des tables supplémentaires à manger, des chaises et des fauteuils confortables donnant sur une belle piscine. La piscine est chauffée et entourée de paysages luxuriants de votre vie privée.

La cuisine bien équipée et salle à manger sont ouverts à la zone de la vie. Le placard à proximité détient la laveuse / sécheuse. Au-delà de l'accÚs à un garage pour 2 voitures.

Le plan d'étage scission fournit la vie privée pour les 3 chambres. Ceux-ci sont décorées avec goût pour ce sentiment intime chaud complet avec leur propre téléviseur. Le maßtre de bain a une douche et baignoire à remous.

Une chambre a un lit Queen et la 3Úme chambre a deux lits jumeaux, et une salle de bain partagée.

Ceci est une expérience de vacances exceptionnelle remplie de confort, l'intimité, la commodité et la beauté visuelle.

Les gestionnaires immobiliers sont un simple appel téléphonique loin pour rien supplémentaire que vous pourriez avoir besoin.

Fantastic property! Super clean, great amenities, attentive hosts. The greatest highlight for us was the closeness to the beach and the extremely clean and well-maintained pool. We didn’t cook but they had a nice assortment of utensils and dishes. They have plenty of beach towels and the washer / dryer was in great operating order. Would definitely stay again!

Walking to Manasota Key Beach and Sharks Teeth

Overall a beautiful place and convenient location to walk to Manasota Key Beach and if you love biking, a short ride to Shamrock Park and the Venetian waterway trail and the Legacy trail. House was as advertised, well equipped with everything you need for your stay. Pool was fantastic, grandchildren loved it.

Great vacation!

This house had everything we needed. The kitchen is well equipped. A garage with bikes, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available. The pool was delightful. The location is great- the beach is a short bike ride away, and a short drive to Venice or Englewood. The house is very clean.furnished.

2025 Monthly Stay in Florida

This is the second time we have stayed there, and the experience was just as great. We are about 1 walking miles to the beach which is a great way to start the day. There is plenty of room to stretch out. There is a full kitchen with plenty of pots, pans, and dishes. The pool is at a perfect temperature which we used every day after going to the beach. The only downside we have is it takes 10 minutes to get to the main road, which is route 41, There is plenty of places to eat close by.

Second stay this year

This was my second time staying here. Loved it. The pool was so nice, temperature was very comfortable. Beds are big enough and plenty of pillows and sheets available. Throw blankets for a movie night. Will definitely be coming back soon!

The kids loved the pool! House was amazing, with some outstanding facts. 1. Some black mold in the dining/kitchen area. ( I do have a photo) on the overhead light2. The house on the right side,has nothing but weeds. And it was dirty as you come inside front door.3. Lastly we saw two different snakes while there. Oops , I forgot the roaches.4. The garage was fixed up so beautifully. These are not serious issues, but some I think you would want addressed. P.S. I don’t think you would want to let slide.

Very nice house and great location to many beaches.

Some houses in the neighborhood looked a little sketchy but it was a very quiet place. One disappointment after checking in was finding out that they no longer offered the daily pass for the ferry ride to the private beach. This was the main reason we booked this location because our daughter loves to hunt for shark teeth.

Loved everything about our trip

Checking in was seamless. I was able to communicate with Bud without any issues. There were plenty of linens, towels, dishes, 2 bikes to ride to Manasota Beach to watch the sunset. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrella, cooler for drinks, and an extra fridge in the garage for those who need it. The pool area was clean and enjoyable. This is the second time we’ve stayed at a property managed by Bud so we knew what we were getting. We can’t wait to go back again!

Very Nice House in SW Venice

This was our second stay at this house in SW Venice. Just like our first stay, we had a great time. It was just the two of us, but because of the 3 bedroom open floor plan main living area, the house could easily accommodate a larger group. The house was clean and the pool was comfortably heated and maintained. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and cookware. The pool area is very private, with a high fence and tropical plants in back and unoccupied lots to either side. There were multiple beach chairs and umbrellas for trips to Manasota Key Beach (less than 10 minutes away by car) and beach towels as well. Washer and dryer worked fine. We love this part of South Venice as it has a more tropical, jungle-like feel from being so close to the Lemon Bay Preserve and the Intracoastal Waterway. As mentioned, Manasota Key Beach is close by, shopping on the Tamiami (Walmart, Publix, Target) is convenient as well, and we were able to get to and from the Venice beaches and downtown area in about 15 to 20 minutes depending on Tamiami traffic. We would definitely stay here again.

Very Private

The house is located 7 miles from the main businesses. The house is located 20 minute walk or 6 minutes drive to the beach. The house is located on a residential road but the thing we liked about it is it is very quiet and peaceful. The house has a pool which we like so we went in after a day at the beach. Master bedroom was located on one side of the house and two rooms on the other side giving us privacy. Kitchen has all the amenities including washer and dryer. We walked every day and there is a walking patchy nearby. They also provided bicycles to ride around the neighborhood.

Nice property but needs better management

Property was beautiful and clean. Pool and other facilities were just great. Great location and nice neighborhood. Needs a better property manager -- listing states satelite/cable TV, but you only get streaming sling to watch. Called property manager but he seemed mostly clueless how to work the TV. Bottom drawer of dishwasher broken and was supposed to be fixed during our stay but never was. TV missing from third bedroom Property manager said it was removed because it didn't work and was never replaced and stated he doesn't understand why a house needs so many TV's anyway. Seriously? Otherwise everything else was great! As I said, the property itself was very nice but it needs better management.

For the owners

I would rent this property again.and i would recommend it to a friend. Location was beautiful the house was great spacious i had every thing your hart desired. The only problem that t we had was , not with the owners of the house, but with the manager of the property Bud Johnson, he was ignoring us , we wore calling about the pool , because it was not working properly , the water was cold and we kept calling and asking him to com fix it but he kept saying that every thing is ok , and when he finally came he was very ignorant , and had stupid remarks , he was asking if we think that the pool was a jacuzzi, and that was not nice because if we are texting , calling with a problem he should have come and help with the problem, and at the end of the day he did not. But other then that the house the location is beautiful well worth a stay.

Pros and cons

The house was a pictured: a bit dated, but comfortable and well-stocked. Two miles from Manasota Beach,which is beautiful, especially to watch the beautiful sunset. Only 20 min from lovely downtown Venice. Yoga on the beach with Erin every morning is a fabulous way to start the day. The neighborhood is modest, but okay. Takes 10 min to get out of it with warren of streets. No garage remotes, so we had to get out of car, go open up the house walk through it, and open garage door. Bud came over and tried to fix, couldn't, and said someone would come, but we were there a month, and no-one came. Also, pool was supposed to be 84, but pool guy said it wasn't heated. Bud said it was, but it was very cool. Communication with Bud was slow, and he didn't respond at all to our last question. For $7,000 (+ fees bringing it to$10,000), I would have expected better communication and responsiveness.

Everything was great! Our kids loved the pool. It was big enough for all 6 of us to enjoy and deep enough for diving for toys for our young kids. The house was clean and well stocked. The beach chairs and umbrellas were an added bonus. We plan to stay again!
