En face de la plage de Corlette se trouve ce charmant cottage climatisé niché au milieu de jardins verdoyants. Ce sera parfait pour vos prochaines vacances en famille car il possède une cour clôturée et des équipements de jeux pour enfants de l'autre côté de la route.

Assez de place pour le bateau et à seulement quelques minutes en voiture du centre commercial Salamander et du centre-ville de Nelson Bay.

Draps et serviettes ne sont pas fournis à l'unité, vous avez la possibilité de louer ou d'apporter ces avec vous, pas d'animaux et aucune politique de parti en place.

Good location

Close by to lovely beaches and walking paths. Plenty of space for family living. The budget price was attractive and comes with an old style house that has seen better days but is mostly comfortable for budget accommodation.

Great location, spacious old house.

We loved walking across the road to the beach. While the house was spacious, it needed considerable maintenance, especially curtaining in the main bedroom facing the street. Broken venetians don't give much privacy. It really didn't detract from a great stay.

Dissapointed

Interior clean, exterior very poor, toilet very low for aged or disabled people, with no handrail for assistance.. Shower rose drips continually in shower and no support handrail.. Photos of advert imply dwelling directly across road from the waterfront, shows 2 TVs ,1 only and only local free to air channels. In short a very aged property and over priced.

This property is an older property; however, it is located directly across the road from Sandy Point Beach at Corlette. Thank you for bringing our attention to the 2 TVs shown in the photos as one TV has been removed due to no longer working and the owner decided not to replace it, we have removed this photo. The dripping shower has also been attended to. We appreciate you taking the time to pass on your feedback.

Place smelled damp, mouldy and dusty. Furniture and Kitchen appliances are from second hand st vinnies. Rusted, stained,dirty. Dust and mould on walls, windows and Curtains. Don't bother cooking, kitchen utensils are eather broken or dirty, Rusted. Had to call the agency to complain only to be told its the cheapest in the are. For the money i paid the owner could at least get new kitchen appliances and furniture. Won't be back.

Thank you for your feedback. Yes, Evans Retreat is an older property, however it is kept clean and is offered at an affordable price. Yes, you need to bring a tea towel with you as sheets and towels are not provided at the unit, you have the option to either hire or bring these with you. Nice location handy beach

Have stayed twice in this house now, was disappointed there was no bbq needs more pegs for the clothes line pretty good home for the money could do with new carpet.

Lovely and cozy

Very well equipped and it was nice and tidy. The location was excellent, just a couple minutes drive to the marina and a minutes walk to the beach. The house was cozy and felt like a real home :)

9/10 for our stay. House was a good size with ample room for 2 adults and 2 kids and the house had absolutely everything you needed if you had forgotten to bring something. Very close walk to the Bay across the road, with a small park for the kids which was handy. Very affordable pricing for our 10 day stay and was comfortable. So overall very happy and would stay there again. Beautiful place and it was a great holiday.

Just like nannas house.

Old house but comfy. Great location. Affordable. Cleaners need to wash the mattress protectors as they looked old and a tad shabby. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would return for another stay.
