NOUVEAU SEBAGO LAKE HOME À PIED SANDY BEACH

Belle maison au bord du lac sur une route goudronnée, calme et sans issue dans un quartier familial. Notre maison a une cuisine personnalisée, une cheminée en pierre, une salle de jeux avec table de billard et des boiseries en pin partout. Vues sur le lac de la plupart des chambres et de deux des trois ponts.

Il partage une immense plage de sable de niveau, parfaite pour les enfants, les pique-niques et les jeux! Un bel endroit pour regarder le coucher du soleil! Assez grand pour deux familles pour rester confortablement. Grande chambre des maîtres avec bain surplombe le lac. Un mile des magasins, des restaurants et de toutes les autres commodités que North Windham a à offrir.

Amarrage disponible pour un bateau.

Great house, great location!

Located on a quiet corner of the lake. Easy access to the location as well as the beach and water once there. Close to shopping and retaurants. Will definitely stay again.

4 nights on the lake

We had a wonderful stay at this home and look forward to returning again! The house is spacious and the location is perfect. We had two young kids with us (4 and 1) and the beach being across the street was perfect. We highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing trip to the lake!

Just Perfect!

The Sebago Lakehouse was perfect for a weekend away with a large group of friends. The home was clean and had all the amenities we required. The beach was gorgeous and so peaceful. The hosts were also quick to respond to any questions. I highly recommend for your next stay!

we had a wonderful time at this property. It has everything you need for your stay and we loved having the beach right across the street. The only thing I wished it had was window/sliding door treatments. It was very open with no privacy at night so no walking around in your Pjs but overall a great week!

Lake life/a little bit of heaven

We have stayed at this home for 2 years. It is a beautiful home. The owners are very quick to respond to any questions we have had. The beach is wonderful with a dock and a mooring for our boat. My family has made some wonderful memories there. We look forward to spending more time there.

It was absolutely beautiful! The weather could not have been any better. The house was lovely and cool, with everything we needed. The neighbors were friendly and assisted us in finding the mooring for our boat, as the number 72 must have fallen off. I would definitely recommend this house to friends! Thank you!

Family Gathering for Weddinf

Our family had a great time, and the house was beautiful. We had 8-10 adults there on any given night. I would honestly say it comfortably sleeps 7 adults. The bunk beds in the upstairs bedroom and the pull-out sleeper in the game room are really better for smaller children. Beautiful views of the lake, lots to enjoy, and close to shopping and restaurants. Loved our stay!!!!

Relaxing Lake House

Great house in a perfect location. The house is right across from a lovely beach on a quiet road that feels very secluded despite the fact that it's minutes away from all manner of shopping and services. Plenty of room for our family group of nine to spread out and feel like we had our own space. Included kayaks are a great bonus and got a lot of use. Thirty minute proximity to Portland was perfect. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed a great week.

Family Vacation

The property was beautiful and well thought out. Located on a private road with other homes. Very quiet and neighbors were friendly. Property is located across the street from the lake. It is on a one lane street that is private. Lake area is clean. Grocery stores and center of town is less than 10 minutes. Plenty to do if you want to take day adventures but also great location to just enjoy the lake and relax. Property owner was easy to work and responsive. We loved the area!

Perfect for 2 families

We stayed here because we were in town for a family wedding. Location was beautiful - great view of the lake. House had plenty of room for 2 families. Came fully stocked with everything you would need including kayaks. Had a fire pit that we didn't get to use but was there. Bonus is that even though you are staying on a quiet lake road- you have stores/restaurants only a couple of miles away. That made it very easy to stock up on food, etc. I would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful house with easy access to great beach

Our family of 10 (age range 7 to 78) spent a week at the house, and it was a great success. The house is spacious, comfortable, attractive, modern, and right across from a wonderful beach with easy access to the lake. It's also just about a mile from supermarkets and a Walmart, so anything we had forgotten was easily obtained. Although you're sharing the beach, there was hardly anyone else there, so I didn't have to worry when the grandchildren were shrieking loudly. The house has several kayaks, which we all enjoyed. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was that I was told by my daughter's family that the beds in the bunkbed room were uncomfortably hard, and people had difficulty sleeping. With a few minor additions (e.g., some lamps in the first floor bedroom) this would definitely be a 5-star review. Even with these few problems, we want to return next year!

Paradise

The most relaxing place to vacation. The home had everything needed for a great time. It was close to the small town for grocery shopping and eating out. It was also easy to travel to local areas such as Freeport and Portland for sightseeing and shopping. Owners were very responsive to emails. We will be back!

Easy Lake access

Beach great for kids and adults alike. Easy to launch kayaks from. Surrounding basin lovely. Bunk room great for young teens and preteens. Owner dealt with home maintenance issues quickly.
