Condo d'une chambre face à l'océan parfait pour une escapade en couple!

L'espace. En entrant dans la spacieuse et confortable chambre, un condo de bain attend votre vue sur le golfe du Mexique. Vous serez impressionné par les vues de ce condo. Deux grandes portes coulissantes vous mènent directement à votre très grand balcon. Ce condo joliment décoré est équipé de tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour profiter d'un séjour de 2 nuits d'un mois. Nombre de matelas de luxe King Size Sleep Number pour une nuit de sommeil des plus reposantes. Le câble et le Wi-Fi sont également fournis pour vous divertir pendant les jours de repos.

Il y a une grande piscine extérieure située sur le côté sud du 3ème étage et sur le côté nord du 3ème étage est un grand bain à remous réservé aux adultes.

Des laveuses et des sécheuses sont fournies à chaque étage de niveau impair pour la commodité de nos clients.

Un parking couvert sécurisé et l'accès immédiat à la plage ne sont que deux des caractéristiques qui font de ce complexe un des meilleurs et des plus pratiques.

Un service de conciergerie est assuré 24h / 24 et 7j / 7. Salutations et services disponibles pour tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin tout au long de votre séjour parmi nous.

Le quartier - communauté au bord de la plage

Se déplacer - South Padre Island est très attrayant pour de simples promenades sur la plage. Il est également possible de louer des vélos et des voiturettes de golf. Pour les courts trajets, taxis et transport en bus gratuit.

This condo is in a perfect location right on the beach with a very large balcony. Property was extremely clean. We will definitely rent here again if we ever get back to SPI.

Great View!

I was here for a work trip so it was nice to come “home” to a great view with the amenities needed. Owner is a great communicator and I hope I left their home as good or better as when I left.

Incredible Balcony! Most Amazing Ocean Views!

This particular property has some of the best ocean front views on the island. It is truly amazing. Very nice and hospitable hosts. Definitely recommend this to anyone.

South Padre Get away

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in this condo. We had everything we needed to have a relaxing time. The view of the Gulf was amazing. The condo being close to about everything was perfect for getting out for a quick bite to eat, or checking out something else to do. We will definitely rent this unit again if available.

Week away from snow

This condo is perfect for a beachside stay. We left the Chicagoland area looking for sun and ocean and we found what we were looking for. Jessica is a wonderful hostess who is very accessible and a great communicator. We shall return!

PERFECT!!!!!!

Jessica is a perfect host, She left us a welcome bottle of wine it was just the beginning of a perfect stay. The condo was very clean, check in was very easy, and the condo was very nicely stocked with plenty of essentials. The patio has a awesome view and was perfect for a sunrise and relaxing listening to the waves at night. This was my husband and I best vacation. If you are thinking of going to South Padrae Island Texas this is the place to stay.

Perfect Couples Getaway

All around a perfect little getaway! The unit is well taken care of, beautiful view from the balcony. The host has the kitchen well equipped with all the essentials for cooking, and the assorted coffee options were wonderful for our mornings on the balcony! The host provided a list of available food/drink options within walking distance on the beach and surrounding area. All in all, the unit was well suited for our trip with our pups, and we will definitely make this a yearly trip!

This condo had everything!! Thank you to the hosts for leaving complimentary wine. Everything was spotless. And the view was amazing . I really enjoyed spending my birthday weekend here!

Nice location but unit was not properly cleaned prior to rental

Unfortunately for us the stay did not start off well when we realized that the unit was not cleaned properly prior to our stay. In turn we had to clean the bathroom , vacuum, and mop the floors ourselves. Although we appreciate allowing dogs for this rental, it’s imperative that a good and proper clean is done after each rental. In our case that was not exhibited as the floors and rugs were covered in dog hair and other debris. The floors had not been mopped and many of the dishes still had food particles on them. Also it would be nice to have a second key. We asked the building manager but they said there was only one. This meant we had to coordinate our schedules instead of being able to freely access the unit. Overall we had a nice time as the location and access to the beach is great.

The guest had zero communication during their stay. If the guest had communicated dissatisfaction we would have sent the cleaning service back to remedy the situation immediately and comped a night for the inconvenience. The second set of keys is available to guests upon request. The guest never asked for a second set of keys. That being said, the guest was overdue in making their second payment and the condo passed the cleaning inspection prior to their check-in. Clearly, this guest is blame and complaint-oriented and not solution-oriented.

Great little condo!!

We stayed a week at this cute little condo and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! The view from the balcony is amazing and we spent many hours enjoying the ocean!! Jessica was so sweet to leave us wine and wine cups for our retirement trip which we thoroughly enjoyed!! The location is perfect, the pool is nice and we met some really great people!! Overall, a great condo with a great view!!

Glad the property has a generator!

This property is in a great location with a great view. Unfortunately The power was out to much of South Texas including Padre Island. Very fortunate that this condominium facility has a generator system!

Greats spot for a great vacation

This was a perfect location for our family to be able to enjoy a great vacation. The condo is right on the beach and with on-site parking, there is no stress whenever you want to just go to the beach. The condo has everything you need for your stay. We where there for a week and had no real need beyond what was provided. We will definitely look at returning to this condo the next time we go to South Padre Island.

Perfect beach getaway!

This is a simply lovely, immaculate property. Very cozy and comfortable with all the well thought amenities. We felt completely relaxed and safe. The beach is just outside the parking garage and the view from the balcony is unbelievable. Watching the sunrise each morning was a total joy. We will definitely be returning guests.

Awesome view, great owner!

If you like great views, the convenience of being on the beach and like great ocean water, then this place is for you. Great communication with the owner. If the weather and beach weren’t so awesome, it would be easy to just sit on the huge balcony and enjoy the view and roar of the ocean.

Perfect ocean view

Couldn’t have chosen a more perfect place to stay . The ocean view and morning sunrises were spectacular. Jessica was very quick to respond and answer any questions we had .
