Don’t stay at the Moldy apartment w/no pool
Apartment has a spectacular view no doubt! That’s all! Bathroom is full of mold; starting with the ceiling tiles and shower curtain. The smell of mold is strong enough that I got sick at the second day of my trip, my asthma triggers. I sleep with a cpap machine and understood why the unit has also an air cleaner aside from the air conditioner. There was no any kind of hand sanitizer or soap or even cleaners for a 8 days of staying and No paper towels. I went grocery shopping for basic needs that a dollar tree store can cover for my stay. Specially when my travel was strictly for business. A tv with a cable service that doesn’t work properly with a 15 minutes of viewing, then it starts to shatters and at the time I arrived so tired after my day; I just call it a night and go to sleep. Internet works great! Amen! A not nice king size bed with coils that hurts your back and body during your sleep! Pictures are definitely deceiving! And this one is the #1! I was pleased with the owner/hostess when I asked for extra pillows due to medical reasons I need to sleep elevated, they provided extra of them and they were of good quality. But the rest wasn’t. I am returning in July hope is not the same company; because is the same building.

Great Communication
This property was amazing. It was clean and had a great view of the ocean. The owner was very helpful with any issues, and was easy to get into touch with. I would highly recommend staying here.

Disappointed
The place was listed as a one bedroom and it was actually a studio. The mold was so bad my wife started coughing the minute we entered the room. Although we were informed that the pool was closed for renovations, the pool in the picture actually belonged to the hotel next door. The pictures were photo shopping to illustrate a luxurious place and it was far fetched that, in fact there was only one blanket in the place.

Great Property!
This was a great property. It was incredibly clean. Chana is wonderful! She responds to your messages immediately and answers any questions that you may have. Although, the pool is not in use the access to the beach is very easy. I would definitely stay here again!

Great spot for a vacation. Beach was perfect. Close to many restaurants and very easy to navigate. Condo was spacious and very clean. Very quiet location.

Amazing experience!
Me and my wife rented this beautiful studio apartment, the resort is amazing and all the staff are friendly Also has the cutest coffee shop which is always a plus! We useful the kitchen for breakfast purpose, it is well equipped, and you won’t lose sleep because the bed is very comfy. We loved puerto rico, beside the amazing resort it’s is so beautiful, also I would recommend to rent a car so you can go see all the beautiful rainforests, and caves. We would definitely come back and stay again!!

Views were wonderful
The property manager was responsive and sent kind messages throughout the trip. The unit was a perfect size for us and the views were of the beach. It can use some updating and maybe some household items added in kitchen but the decor was nice. Overall, I'd stay again without question!

Apt was fantastic. Beautiful view as well. Noticed host property hallways smelling like mold. But Chana’s apt was very clean and comfortable. If I ever return to the island, I would stay in apt 765 again.

Perfect Vacation!
The pictures were very accurate for the property! The hotel is doing some renovations but Chana’s condo was great! She was quick to respond to questions and was super accommodating! Lots of great perks with this property since it’s located inside of a hotel. Had an amazing time!
