Sisters' trip

The apartment had everything that was needed for a comfortable stay. The view was awesome and the beach great. The security made us feel very safe. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Wonderful stay.

We really loved the view. The pictures matched the view and the room. There is coin laundry available in the basement level. The beds were alittle to firm for comfort. The beds need to be updated to memory foam. The pool would've been nice vs looking at the property next door pool. The room had 2 beach chairs, 4 beach towels, and a cooler. The Cafe in the lobby was okay for a quick snack or sandwich. The property staff was very friendly and helpful. The host was very attentive with things that needed to be addressed. The kitchen area was fully equipment if you want to utilize the stove for cooking. The A/C worked Great! We never used the wifi and cable on the smart tv. So, I can't comment on the level of quality. Overall our stay was Great

Great place to stay

This property is very nice. Accurate listing; what you see is what you goet. First thing you notice is the view. The kitchen had everything needed to cook a meal. Full sized refrigerator held all of our beverages and food. Very clean shower and bathroom. We will look for this property when next we visit.

this place was AMAZING! i recommend 10/10 anybody visiting puerto rico this apartment is fantastic and Fernando (the owner) was super responsive and helpful , he was great with communication , everything was super clean and the environment around the apt was perfect ! will return soon , PR is beautiful !!! 100 stars

Amazing

This Apartment was located in the perfect spot, the view was amazing and so was the room! We had an amazing time here, beach access is right in lobby, everything is clean and host responds right away! This will be our go to spot for now on whenever we come back to Puerto Rico! Exactly as shown in pictures! The only thing I would recommend for the host would be to put a broom in the room because we felt bad leaving some sand behind.

Great stay overall

Had a good stay with my family. Pool and laundry room were being serviced at the time we stayed. We usually like to wash all clothe used and bring it back clean, but we made it to a friendly laundromat 10 min away and took care of it. After all things do break or need service at any given time. Only thing I would recommend is to add a couple beach chairs, cooler and maybe an umbrella and the place will be PERFECT

Not newly remodled

View ocean is great. Common areas and pool are nice. This unit is far from it. Other than a coat of paint on the walls and ceiling, it has not been remodeled. Had to spend first 30 minutes getting the a/c to work. Sliding door to veranda did not slide. Skeleton of what used to be a light fixture on veranda. One roll of toilet paper in bathroom. In general the unit is in poor condition. There are also two air conditioning units directly below the unit, that service the el san juan hotel next door. They run 24/7. I texted the owner who told me he would fix the problem issues. That doesnt do me much good. Love san juan but will never stay here again.

The Place to be! Home away from Home

Location: access in the beach, there’s also available chairs and umbrellas for rent. Close to post office USPS. Very accessible to 24/7 Supermarket. Close to CVS Pharmacy and other stores. Close to the airport. View: It’s on the 15th floor. Very nice view of the ocean. Water Amenities: For some reason, water flow is slow. Amenities: Swimming pool, free towel in the pool, has restaurant downstairs , small grocery store downstairs. Steve the guard downstairs is very friendly. Overall: it’s in great location and and nice view.

Great location, including view of the ocean from the 15th floor. This room had a cook top, refrigerator, and all the items we needed. The pool and hot tub were maintained well. We would recommend.

The property was lovely. Pool area,lobby and condo were clean and decorated well.

We loved the view and spacious room from our condo. We wish that there were dish towels to use in the kitchen, and facecloths for showering in the bathroom. There were no tissues and limited paper towels and toilet paper for the week. The water pressure was a joke,and there was limited hot water. We had limited TV stations to watch, which my husband was not happy about. The owner had promised us when we booked this unit that there would be a shopping cart for our use to take to the supermarket. There was none!! When I contacted him, about this issue and the towels, he never returned my text!! Not good customer service!! Mentioned this to many people here. We had lovely weather and enjoyed the facilities of this building a lot. Hope to return again in the future.

Very Clean, Perfect location

We had a wonderful stay in this property. It was right on the beach, close to good restaurants and grocery store. It was very clean. Both beds were comfortable. Uber ride to Old San Juan was $10 from here. Very nice beach. The beach is groomed periodically to pick up the seaweed that washes up. Small details took away one star. The hot water never got HOT, but stayed luke warm throughout the shower. And the shower had low pressure. The pool area was very nice, but the hot tub did not work while we were there. There is a large air conditioner at ground level (not in the unit) that runs all the time. It competed with the sound of the surf through our patio door. :( There is only one roll of toilet paper allowed for the week. (This really annoyed me.) Either bring your own, or interrupt your vacation to walk to the grocery store. Luckily, the grocery store is only 1/2 mile away. I would have appreciated some greeting and personal recommendations for restaurants and local entertainment from the host. There were few personal touches. Be sure to bring and use bug spray if you are going to be on the beach after dark. I found out the hard way, and am still dealing with the bug bites I got, weeks later. The building owner (not the condo owner), locks access to the beach at 9pm with a padlock. We didn't know that we couldn't get back in after our p.m. walk on the beach. There is no phone outside the fence to call for help. We had to walk around the building in the dark in order to find another way in. (Where I got all those bug bites, I guess.) The condo is in a 16 story building that is also used as a hotel and rental properties. There are people selling timeshares in the lobby. This was our first stay in Puerto Rico. I am super happy with the location and cleanliness of the condo.
