L'unité dispose d'1 chambre, 1 salle de bain, avec des canapés-lits, de cuisine complète, salle de séjour ... Unité est d'environ 800 à 900 pieds carrés avec terrasse en bas, avec chaises longues et tables de jardin et de notre unité à l'étage a Pont Pont-côté avant de profiter d'une vue sur l'océan avec des tables de patio, salon et longues .. L'unité a été remodelé et disposent plage décorations .. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour profiter de vos vacances.

First of all, I have to say the location, proximity, and access to the beach is second to none in my experience! The beach size is on the smaller size compared to St. Augustine or others, but plenty of room, especially at lower tides, to set up an umbrella and sun bathe. This is on the less crowded end of Flagler, even with public access from Gamble Rogers State Park a short distance south. We stayed in the Dolphin Suite, and the porch set up, with different chairs, a place to hang towels and beach stuff, and a shower to clean up excess sand, is really nice; looks newly remodeled. Plenty of privacy between the neighbors and a superb view of the Ocean right outside the nice sliding glass door. The room is quaint, nothing fancy, but it's fairly clean, well-supplied, and the perfect size for the two of us. I prefer rooms that have the beachy vibe without being fancy so, we loved this! That being said, the room maybe could use some love, like some broken blinds fixed, and a little more attention to floors between guests but, this would not keep me from returning, which I certainly plan to do! Communication with the host was great! He always responded promptly to any inquiries I had, and someone touched base with us during our stay to make sure everything was good. This was our first VRBO experience and I was not disappointed. For a nice, chill stay directly on the beach, whether you're surfing or just beaching, I highly recommend!

The location is beautiful. Beach is wonderful and it looks like they have done a lot of improvements to the downstairs rentals. But we were in Sea Watch suite upstairs and it is a mess. The stairs alone going up had loose nails- soft spots etc. deck is the same. A lot of nails protruding and loose. My grandson had picked up a cup of them. There is a broken window with large pieces of glass sticking out from the double pane. There is no exterior lighting. And the list goes on and on. AC is not sufficient to cool below 79 in the daytime and all the blinds are broken in the living area so you can not keep cool that way. I think my pictures will speak for themselves. We did report this to Bob, the property manager. He was verbally very aggressive and my husband had to intervene. Beach was lovely……update your photos. You showed a picture of a new deck on VRBO. The WiFi never worked. We were given conflicting info on which was there. Update your website and description. It reads as if the upstairs is updated as well.

We had a wonderful time in this cute little beach cottage directly on the beach. Our unit which was the Dolphin (red decor) was charming with a rustic coastal feel. The outside deck was superb with steps leading down to beach. There’s no other place as cute and that is directly on the beach in Flagler. We watched the sunrise and dolphins having their early morning breakfast while we enjoyed our coffee on our last day. Thanks to our wonderful host Steve for being easily accessible. We can’t wait for our return trip.

Did not stay at property at all . Was uninhabitable. Did a bait and switch property all run down . Dead bugs on floor dirty couch no handle on the Refrigerator . Looks nothing like photo.Everything broke down rusted mildew smell horrible . Had too go to the Ormond beachHilton. This property should not be listed at all.

Clean, All supplies you could need in kitchen or bathroom & bedroom. Even broom to keep sand under control!Love the new larger patio with great view of ocean. Quiet stay even with folks in upstairs condo !Would stay again.

OCEANFRONT PROPERTY-FLAGLER BEACH

We were disappointed that we were placed in another unit from the one that was advertised on VRBO. It was very rustic and needs TLC. The downstairs units, where we thought we were booked, were nice and upgraded with private decks overlooking the beach. We would like to come back but be assured of getting a downstairs unit.

Prime Location!

What an amazing location, to be able to walk out the back door and hop down onto the beach was incredible. It was quiet despite it being Bike Week and felt safe. Cleanliness was the only disappointment but nothing that would deter us from coming back.

This place is full of black mold. Uninhabitable. The owner lies about complaints from previous rente

Horrible! If you continue to support this persons properties, then you are supporting black mold, cockroaches, and the place is totally dirty!! I will NEVER book through VRBO again, and will discourage anyone from booking through your company. This man is a liar and rapes people of their money! The worst ever in 10 years of staying in Flagler Beach!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Directly on the beach!

We had a great stay! It was very convenient to step onto the beach and 100’ walk to High Tides Restaurant. They are still working on the outside of the building after hurricane BUT the inside of the Dolphin Suite is absolutely perfect!

Location, location

We had a short weekend stay here and I think that was a good amount of time for this property. It is true that the doors lead to the beach but the house is in dire need of structural repair. The inside is clean and has all basic amenities. It was awesome to have a direct ocean view in the entire unit. That said, you have to hike down to the ocean from a small sand hill so anyone with physical limitations or small children should be advised because the only other access is locked. There is no shade from the outside and no beach accessories available. Luckily I was a short drive away and able to bring beach chairs and umbrellas but had I had to travel and purchase those items it would’ve been another expense. There was NO wifi. I reached out to the owner and he sent me the wifi info for another address and we went back and forth about the issue but it was never resolved. All in all, the location was stellar but if you have any unique needs, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

So close to the ocean

My Mom and I had a wonderful time while staying there. You can't get any closer to the ocean without being in it. Suites are decorated beautifully, each with its own theme. The reason I know about both, is we were having such a great time, we didn't want to leave and decided to stay an extra 2 days. Even though we had to move next door due to someone coming into the one we were in, it was no problem as its just a few steps to the next suite. I so hate that you are now having to deal with the damage where the patio out back was due to the hurricane, then tropical storm. It will come back and be just as beautiful if not more than before. But it did not bother us one bit. When you go to the beach, you got sand, so being on the sand while sitting at the picnic tables was not an issue and anyone who complains about it is just crazy and has no compassion. We cannot wait to go back later this year. Mike, the host, was great..Thank you so much for a very memorable and wonderful vacation. See you in a few months..

Peace and quiet

There is only a couple things off. You can’t sleep 4 people! I had to sleep on the pull out sofa, and it was terrible! I’m only 5’1/2 and my head and feet touched both ends of the sofa! It was extremely uncomfortable and lumpy.! Also I see the Hurricane damage,which we can understand, however there was no step to exit the sliding glass door to the sand floor. Not safe.
