Superbe condo de 1179 pieds carrés dans le complexe le plus souhaitable de PCB. Le Tidewater Beach Resort est le complexe de luxe situé au bord du golfe, au BPC. Notre condo 13ème étage a une vue imprenable et un grand espace pour vos vacances en famille. Notre spacieux condo peut accueillir 8 personnes confortablement.

Le salon donne sur le golfe. Réveillez-vous dans les magnifiques eaux vert émeraude ou profitez du lever ou des couchers de soleil au lever du soleil. La chambre principale offre un lit queen avec une salle de bain privée. La deuxième chambre offre un lit queen size et une salle de bain privée avec douche à l'italienne. Le couloir est équipé d'une zone de couchette avec une salle de bain privée avec douche à l'italienne. Nous avons également un canapé-lit dans le salon pour permettre à 8 personnes de dormir confortablement.

La cuisine a un bar, un garde-manger et toute la vaisselle et les appareils pour rendre votre séjour 'comme à la maison'. Nous avons une laveuse sécheuse empilable afin que vous n'ayez pas à emballer beaucoup de vêtements ... apportez votre crème solaire, votre maillot de bain et votre brosse à dents! Notre magnifique condo de plage est professionnellement décoré. Toutes les petites attentions de la vie en première classe se trouvent ici: télévisions à écran plat, cinéma sur place, centre de remise en forme devant le golfe, Tiki Bar et bien plus encore.

Situé à distance de marche de Pier Park (le premier centre commercial et gastronomique en plein air) qui offre une atmosphère unique et de nombreux restaurants, dont Jimmy Buffets Margaritaville, Pompano Joe's, Le Back Porch Seafood et Oyster House, Starbucks, Guy Harvey et Buffalo Wild Wings pour n'en citer que quelques-uns. De plus, de nombreux magasins tels que Dillard’s, JC Penney, Old Navy, Ron Jon Surf Shop et des centaines de magasins spécialisés. Aussi, le Grand Théâtre 16 écrans! Avec l'aéroport à proximité, Panama City Beach est la première destination de vacances de tout le Florida Panhandle!

Cela ne s'arrête pas là. Le parc aquatique de Shipwreck Island et le musée Believe It or Not de Ripley se trouvent à quelques minutes. Les enfants trouveront de nombreux endroits pour s'amuser: go-carts, putt-putt golf , etc. Panama City Beach est l'endroit idéal pour emmener vos enfants ou pour une escapade très romantique rien que pour vous deux.

2 piscines extérieures et une piscine intérieure chauffée, une salle de cinéma et une salle de jeux vidéo. Une salle de sport donnant sur l'océan avec 2 jacuzzis, un hammam et un sauna dans chaque casier est à la disposition des personnes souhaitant rester en forme pendant leurs vacances.

Il y a un bar-restaurant décontracté situé au 3ème étage avec vue sur l'eau. Au cours de la saison, Resort Quest organisera des activités pour les enfants au bord de la piscine, telles que des jeux, du bricolage de t-shirts 'tye dye' et la construction d'un château de sable..

Great property! We loved that beach chairs were available for use. We even left a few things for the next guests to use. One of the beds was extremely firm and had very firm pillows, which was our only dislike, as it was hard on our backs for 7 days.

Great place close to pier park and other attractions. Owner was glad to answer any questions I had about amenities. Great ocean view. Staff at Tidewater were all very friendly. Would definitely recommend and I will definitely be staying there again. Thanks for a GREAT vacation

Senior Spring Trip

Great stay despite uncooperative weather. The elevators get busy at peak times but fairly easy to figure out different routes when there is a back up .The girls loved the view from the room. Very easy to see dolphins and other marine life from the balcony!

Thank you for review. PCB has been very busy this summer. The elevators are slower than normal. The resort has added attendants to ride the elevators to assist guests. Great Spring Break Location

Enjoyed our stay the first week of April. The only issue we had was weather related which owners have no control over. We had double red flags all week and were never able to get in the water… but the condo was very comfortable, the balcony was great, proximity to Pier Park was great, and even the gym was good. Highly recommend!

Great stay at tidewater

Everything was perfect for our stay during New Year’s Eve. Prefect location because you can walk to pier park and see the fireworks from the balcony! Room was clean and fully stocked. The big tvs was a huge plus since college football was on. Maria was excellent to answer any questions that I had. Would definitely stay again! The Burton’s from Alabama

Softball trip

Condo was nice and very close to Frank Brown Park. View was fabulous. Beach was very busy but not so crowded you couldn’t find a spot. Elevators were never a major issue but I would recommend planning around check in and check out times. Pull out sofa could use a good scrubbing on the upholstery but was not terribly uncomfortable like many are. The space easily accommodated all 8 in our party. Owner was very accessible and responded quickly to any questions. This complex seemed to be on the west end of the hustle and bustle so we could get in and out without getting into too much traffic, which was nice.

Thank you for the 5 star review. I appreciate you bringing the couch cushions to my attention. Sunscreen and tanning oil are rough on the upholstery here. I had them cleaned this week. We had a great Florida time!

The elevator was faster than other reviews implied. However this tower has 20+ floors, so there were a ton of people using the 3 elevators on our side of the tower. The condo was clean and comfortable, but one of the first that didn’t have a washer and dryer in it. (I just didn’t notice in the profile). The only con (which the owner can’t help) is the beach room is limited; I’m talking the resort has their chairs out and there is only space for a straight line of umbrellas in front of the chairs.

Thank you for giving a 5 star review of the condo. I am so sorry you didn’t notice the stack washer and dryer behind the door past the master bedroom on the left. Our cleaning service even leaves a single detergent for guests to use during your stay. Otherwise, I hope you had a wonderful time and a safe trip home.

Being a family of seven, it is often difficult to find room to accommodate us comfortably. This room exceeded our expectations and the host was phenomenal. The resort is located within walking distance of Pier Park as well as other businesses. The room itself was by far one of the cleanest I have ever stayed at. It was well stocked with everything we needed as well as some beach toys. The host was super quick to respond to any questions and she checked in with us to make sure we arrived and got checked in okay. I read several reviews prior to our stay about the elevators. There was a wait for the elevators. But they were repairing one the day before we left and as soon as it was up and running, there was barely any wait. Anywhere will have a wait for the elevators during check in/check out hours as well as other peak times. I just wanted to clarify that for anyone on the fence. It was the best stay we have had in a very long time and we look forward to booking with this host in the future.

Beautiful room in a very nice condo complex!

This was our first stay at Tidewater, and we really enjoyed it. The facilities were well-maintained, and it had a lot to offer. It was pretty inside and out, everyone who worked there was friendly and helpful, and security was good. All pools were nice, and although we didn't use them, both the restaurant and store/Starbucks seemed convenient and ample. As it was a little chilly, our kids particularly enjoyed the indoor and outdoor hot tubs, and it had a good workout room as well. The room was very pretty, and I think the pictures were a good depiction of what to expect. We had 4 adults and 3 teenagers, and we felt very comfortable and not cramped at all. Having 3 bathrooms was nice, especially with us having 7 people. It would have been nice to have a frying pan and pot (we bought eggs and brought Ramen for our teenagers for breakfast and lunch, and we weren't able to use either), but I know not everyone cooks on vacation. That's not enough for me to think any less of the accommodations. Best of all, the owner was very easy to work with, and communication was great. I would recommend this room, especially for families or anyone traveling with a larger party.

Start to finish - a GREAT experience

From the arrival to the departure there were NO issues at all. The condo was better than advertised. Everything worked without a hitch. Air Conditioner was refreshing and functioned better than mine at home. The unit was clean and looked like it had been prepared just for us. 2 full bedrooms, living room, kitchen and a bunk room. Each room had its own bathroom including the bunk room. 3 bathrooms! No one ever had to wait for their turn. The pots, pans, dishes, appliances including coffee maker and blender were a nice touch. The balcony over looks the ocean and beach and offers a stunning view of the sunset. Using a numeric input for the door lock was really nice. No worries about losing your key. Being able to go straight to the unit and never have to check in or register was incredible. We just went straight to our room, entered our key code and walked right in. The decor was nice and the unit smelled fresh and inviting. The washer/dryer combo was a nice bonus. Thanks for making our stay A+++++. Will book again.

Wonderful room!!

The owner of the room was excellent at getting back with me with questions I had and we got to the room and it was wonderful, clean, and floats for us under the bunk bed. Definitely going to rent this room again!
