My only criticism for this place is that it’s a little far away from the theme parks and the mattresses could be replaced cause they’re a little soft and springy otherwise it’s a nice place with lots of room to move around in THANK YOU FOR A GREAT VACATION!!!

We had a wonderful time! The house was just right for 6 people. The management team was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. The pool was great for the kids and we would love to stay again if back in the area.

Overall the house was nice. It would have been nice if it had a keurig coffee maker. We did find a few bugs throughout the house and they did not have enough dishwasher pods or laundry pods for our stay. I would probably stay again

We had a great stay while visiting Florida! Host sent arrival instructions in plenty of time, the house was very clean and well kept and had everything we needed. Located in a great area and community!

The home is clean and the management company were very responsive to inquiries. The pool area is clean and well maintained. The inside of the house requires TLC - the beds are in need of repair or replacement, the pots and pans in the kitchen need replaced, and the furniture is generally worn and tired. The pool table in the garage is a nice touch.

Very large spacious home.. plenty of space for everyone without being on top of each other. Would definitely recommend heating the pool . Was as described in booking app.

Property was not cleaned, dead bugs all over the floor and live roaches came out when pizza was on the counter. I saw that there should be pest control but didn’t seem like there had been pest control if live roaches came out maybe that’s why there were dead bugs on the floors though? Grass hasn’t been cut in a while and chess was missing all pieces except 1 unless they were hidden? I did book last minute because the other property cancelled but I would think that cleaning company would be keeping up with all rental properties on a regular basis not just when property is booked? The host stopped communicating with me and I had to reach out to the management company to find out more information. Roomy and affordable other than those inconveniences.

The home was clean, although had been vacant for a brief period. Given the very last minute booking, there wasn't time to schedule a cleaner to refresh before you arrived. I am both the host and property manager - we were communicating with each other the whole time. I'm glad you enjoyed the stay overall, despite some misunderstandings.

ESPN Center stay

Property was a little bit further from the ESPN center then we thought but it was still reasonable. The property was more than adequate for a rental. Management was super responsive and helpful. Inside the home we found better instructions than any rental we have used before and we use lots of them Following our kids college sports events.

Great Stay

This was a terrific property and reasonably priced. Communication with the manager was top tier and every request was handled with professionalism. The property is as described — though, full transparency, it is an older property with older furniture. You can see the age in the property, decor, etc., but none of this is a deterrent. It is very comfortable, spacious, and fantastic for families, just need to be aware of the “style” in the event you’re looking for something else. While we didn’t use the pool, it is a large pool and would have loved to have spent more time there to enjoy it. The Mickey Mouse room is perfect for small children. I would only recommend easier accessibility to some of the lights as they are controlled at the source and not via switch or other means. Overall, 10/10 property, including its management. Will stay on our list to revisit.

Family Vacation

The house is very nice, so is the pool, 1 little thing I would have liked is more baking pans and there was only small bowls, nothing to mix in or max a salad, no small or steak knives, because of COVID we didn’t go out so we really used the kitchen but we had a little bit of a problem with what was available in the kitchen. We did not have enough wash clothes, no toilet tissue or paper towels, I’m use to getting at least one of each to start with, but there was a dollar store across the street so it worked out. The washer and dryer works really well, but even with that I still would have given 41/2 stars but almost all of the beds was uncomfortable, they are bumpy and lumpy just not comfortable. I would still stay here again even with the bumpy bed. Oh yeah and I put the trash can out at the wrong time by accident and we parked in the drive way but apparently to close to the side walk that goes through the drive way, so we got a warning, Oh Yeah, HOA is very strick.

Not as Described….Needs Some TLC !

I have taken a week to think about this property after spending approx 2 months here . First of all the management company was excellent and went beyond trying to make this experience bearable . The home was very clean when we arrived which is always a plus . This home was meant for a quick family holiday and definitely not for long term . The furniture did not reflect the photos , maybe 10 yrs ago ! The couch was terrible springs covered with duct tape, it had a bad smell and was dirty and needs to be replaced . The beds were uncomfortable, double garage door with no opener , no mail service available and the landscaping around the pool was unkept and we were basically embarrassed to have guests. The owner did heat the pool for us since it was a long term rental and we were grateful for that as well but really this home needs some TLC. The whole Highland Reserve community was disappointing and this property which was rated 4+ was obviously rated on just the one reviews. I tried to send some pics of this property to VRBO but as yet have not heard back . Sorry for this rating but feel need to prevent someone else’s disappointment.
