Une trouvaille rare! Trois chambres et trois salles de bain et deux niveaux offrent beaucoup d'espace dans cet appartement. Le premier étage a une suite parentale-salle de bain avec un lit king; la deuxiÚme chambre a deux lits jumeaux, et il y a une cuisine et salle à manger et salon qui s'ouvrent sur une véranda spacieuse. La chambre en mezzanine au deuxiÚme étage dispose de lits jumeaux et d'une salle de bains. Les deux chambres d'hÎtes ont la possibilité de convertir les lits jumeaux en lit king size (sur demande et approbation). Il y a une véranda privée au large de la chambre en mezzanine et laveuse / sécheuse en suite. Koa Resort est un endroit merveilleux pour des vacances en famille avec une grande piscine, un bain à remous, des courts de tennis et des barbecues dans les cinq hectares de terrain paysager.

We have rented this condo a couple of times now. It is a little out dated but we come for the location, pool, and space. They have a million fans to help keep air movement. They have all the towels and beach supplies you need. One of our families favorite places to stya

Maui vacation

We visited Maui for the first time and had a great time. Property was as listed. Centrally located. Tv had intermittent issues with screen turning off but wasn’t a real issue. Enjoyed the on site pool and hot tub. Enjoyed the shuffle board next to the pool. All around a very enjoyable experience.

Comfortable Condo

The lay of the condo was great Having three bathrooms with three bedrooms was great. No air conditioner but often have a nice warm breeze.

The property was amazing, beautifully landscaped easy to navigate. The pool, tennis courts and clubhouse with BBQs and foosball, ping pong was well set up. The bedroom set up and 3 bathrooms were ideal for our group of six, everyone had there own bathroom sink. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Indoor or outdoor dinning option and a relaxing living room. Turtles right across the street by the whale sanctuary. Was the perfect place to stay for the best family vacation.

Great place to stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very happy with this property. It is relatively large with a good location. As advertised, it does not have AC but has a number of fans which worked just fine. Would stay here again!

Very spacious and great location

This place had everything my family needed, beach chairs, cooler, buggy boards, beach towels, an AC will make this place perfect, luckily it wasn’t too hot and morning are nice. Will definitely rent it again

This was a perfect place for our stay in Maui. It was close to shops and the beach. The pool and hot tub were a nice bonus. Would definitely stay at this place again.

Location in Kehei was amazing. Close to beaches, shopping, and restaurants. The pool at Koa resort was nice with a hot tub and large pool for kids and adults. A lot of chairs at the pool and plenty of shade or sun to sit in. We used the barbecues to make chicken one night. The barbecues could use a good cleaning, but it was nice to have the option to use them. The condo was nice but could use a little updating. The pots and pans in the kitchen as well as the stove could be replaced. They are functional. The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Plenty of nice bathrooms for guests to use. The biggest complaint is the heat. This condo could use a few portable air conditioning units. It gets hot
especially after a day in the sun and cooking in the kitchen. There is nice breeze when you open the sliding doors, but it isn’t enough on super hot days. I would stay again for sure. My family loved it here.

Great family oriented VRBO

Koa resorted is located across the street from the beach in Kihei. Unit was clean and tidy with newly renovated washrooms. Resort had a massive pool, tennis courts, ping pong and bbqs. PM highly responsive. Would stay again!

Great Condo

This condo is perfect. It is rather large and great for entertaining family. The location is only a few minutes away from everything. It was clean and everyone was happy with the amenities. Would stay here again!

Great value and excellent location

This was the perfect home-base for our family during our trip to Maui. The property had plenty of room for our family of 6 and everyone was comfortable. Very glad to have the kitchen and dining areas which we made use of most days. Our kids loved the pool which was a really nice bonus. The location is perfect for exploring Maui. Very happy with our time at the property and would happily stay here again next time.

Perfect for the price

This was a great place for three couples. There was plenty of space, and we enjoyed having a full kitchen and access to the pool and grills. The location is a little ways from bars/restaurants, but a very short drive away. Some of the things in the rental were a bit dated, but it was a great value for what we paid, and overall we were very satisfied.

Quiet and perfect location for a family wanting to get away

We stayed the end of April, so it was warm but not excessively warm. The VRBO was clean and comfy. Loved the quaintness and charm of the place even though it’s a bit dated. Spacious and relaxing. It was warm at night after being locked up all day and not having a/c. Took a few hours to cool off. Great pool and veranda! It was a great value for Maui and would definitely stay again.

Perfect vacation for our family

This property was more than enough for our family of 5, each of us with our own bedroom and bathroom. We loved the location, being able to walk to the beach, and the inner courtyard that was absolutely fantastic for our 6-year-olds, able to run around and play for hours! The pool is larger than most pools and we were closed to everything. I agree with the other reviews that some updates might be overdue, but the price was right and we had everything we needed. We will definitely try to stay here again when we return to Maui!

This property has lots of space for a larger family with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is a dated unit, but was fairly clean. The washer/dryer in the unit is beneficial. We did need to go and buy dish clothes and toilet paper. The pool on-site is very nice and the community BBQ area is also nice.
