Great place! Clean and close to everything! I love that chairs, umbrella, wagon, chair cart, cooler and beach towels are there for use and we didn't have to rent these items!

The rental was perfect for us! Beautiful renovations and good location. We were able to walk to The Village and ate at several great restaurants. Our host, Daniel, was very accommodating and helpful with our needs. He offered assistance with anything Siesta Key! We'll be back!

Clean, attentive and convenient

We had a great stay overall. The property was very clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location close to Siesta Key Village, the beach, and restaurants, which made getting around easy. The only downside for us was that it's located next to a gas station, which wasn't ideal and took away a bit from the vacation atmosphere. That said, the host was excellent. They were incredibly attentive, responded to every question almost immediately, and made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free. Their communication was truly outstanding. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, well-maintained place in a great location with a responsive host.

Pool was clean, area was safe, only (1) complaint was we were on bottom floor - so you could hear people upstairs walking around & music at 1:00 a.m. and 6:30 a.m.

Girls Trip to Siesta Key

From the time that we first walked in the door, to leaving 4 days later, everything was so perfect! This place had everything we needed, it was comfortable and so close to everything including may amazing restaurants and shops. We want to come back again!

Village Breeze 1 (5116)

Great condo in perfect location for enjoying the village & beach with ease. The condo itself was very nicely renovated and spotlessly clean. The beach chairs and cart provided were a great perk. All were in great shape and good quality, not unwanted leftovers abandoned by previous renters. Gertrude office was great to deal with and available with a simple call. Highly recommended.
