Belle maison familiale

3 chambres, maison unifamiliale sur un acre dans Boulder est ensoleillé et calme. Situé à quelques pas des sentiers de marche / vélo et à quelques minutes du centre-ville. Notre maison, notre cour et notre jardin entièrement meublés sont à votre disposition.

Maison ensoleillée ouverte et aérée. Cuisine bien équipée, table à manger pour 6 personnes, salon avec poêle à bois confortable.

Deux chambres avec chacune un lit queen. La troisième chambre (pour enfants) dispose de trois lits superposés. Accès à la buanderie disponible pour tous les invités.

D'autres équipements pour enfants sont également disponibles, y compris: pack 'n play, chaise haute clipsable, etc. (nous avons 3 enfants)

Les installations extérieures comprennent: trampoline, foyer extérieur, balançoire, jardin, structure d'escalade, table de pique-nique, grill, piscine pour enfants et beaucoup d'espace pour courir et jouer.

Bouteille de vin offerte à l'arrivée.

La maison est dans une rue sans issue bordée d'arbres à seulement un pâté de maisons des limites de la ville de Boulder et à 10 minutes de CU et du centre-ville de Boulder. Vous aurez l'impression d'être dans un cadre champêtre avec une intimité totale, tout en étant à quelques minutes du centre de la ville. Proche à pied des arrêts de bus. Les pistes cyclables qui accèdent au centre-ville sont à seulement deux pâtés de maisons. Beaucoup de stationnement hors rue.

Great place in Boulder

This was a great stay in Boulder! The outdoor space was especially nice and there were plenty of sleeping areas. The owners were very easy to work with and answered all our questions.

A little piece of heaven

The home lived up to our expectations and more. My three sons had plenty of activities in the backyard to keep them busy and we didn't even miss not having a TV. The kitchen was well equipped and the house was in walking distance to numerous trailheads. We would definitely recommend this home away from home.

Nice House

Pretty nice house, the kitchen and bathroom felt clean. Overall a good value. I found it odd when I opened the fridge and it had a bunch of food, but they did leave the top two shelves completely empty for us to put our food.

Comfortable, quiet home surrounded by nature!

My friends and I stayed at this home for about a week. It was perfect for our needs. The property is beautiful, and the home was well stocked and comfortable. We loved being able to cook our own meals with herbs from the garden and sit outside to socialize. Walking/biking paths are located just blocks away. The only suggestion I can make it to make the beds more comfortable for adults. The tempurpedic was great, but the others were not very comfortable. Overall, we loved our stay and will try to re-book if we ever get the opportunity to travel to Boulder again.

A Lovely, Peaceful Home Near Boulder

We had a lovely stay at Jesse & Beth's home. It was convenient to our daughter's Graduation activities in Boulder and everything we needed was provided, including fresh vegetables from their garden (!). They don't have a TV, but that was fine because we had lots of activities to keep us entertained. The thing I appreciated most about their home was the calm, peaceful energy that pervades it.

Could be better!!

The Boulder area is a wonderful place and home is located close to shopping, stores, ect. The home needs some TLC. When we tried to bake some cornbread for dinner it took an hour for the oven to heat up to 425 degrees. Not sure what the isssue was but needs to be looked at. When I tried to turn on the garbage disposal it did not work. After spending time (on vacation) looking under the sink found that it was plugged into a strip outlet that was not on. Then when I tried to run the dishwasher it also did not work. The memory foam mattress was good, however the pillows were horrible and there were no extra ones to choose from. Please note - there is no TV in this home. They did not list a TV in the amenities section, however alot of rentals I have stayed do not list TV and I just assumed there was one. So, this is a "get away from it all" rental experience.

Dear future guests, We’ve had wonderful interactions with everyone who has ever rented our property, except for this quite odd anomaly! They did not read the house instructions that were left for them, which would have answered many of their questions, they did not try to contact us about any of their problems, and they did not respond to any of our attempts to contact them after their stay. Specifically: • The oven has been fixed – it needed a replacement igniter that had just gone bad. • The garbage disposal works fine – there are clear directions for its use in the house instructions. • The dishwasher also works fine – this guest turned off the power to the dishwasher in their attempt to use the garbage disposal. • Pillows – there are 6 extra pillows in the drawers under the queen bed. If you have any questions or concerns about our property before booking, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’ll respond quickly, and we’re sure you’ll enjoy your stay – everyone else has! -Jesse and Beth

Comfy, cozy home in a quiet location with an amazing yard.

My family (4 adults) enjoyed our time here. The yard that accompanies the home is its best feature. It's massive, has an amazing garden, a trampoline, a swing, a swing set, a fire-pit, and an outdoor table. If we didn't have so much to during our vacation, I would have spent all of my time the backyard. The interior of the home is simple and that added to the appeal for us. Three simple bedrooms, an open kitchen/living room. We were all able to hang out in the front of the home together. I would stay here again during another visit to Boulder. Just a few things to be aware of- there's one small bathroom, one of the rooms doesn't have curtains (bring an eye mask), the fridge was rather full so just take note of that if you're traveling with a cooler full of food, and one of the beds (middle bedroom) was reported to me as being of less than ideal in terms of comfort. Overall a great home for a good price!

Very comfortable and spacious and particularly good for children

The backyard is like a playground with a wonderful, netted trampoline and a whole swing/slide set. The house location isn't too far from downtown Boulder...about a 10 minute drive...You must have a car to stay here...a very pleasant neighborhood. The three bedrooms are so nice...one mattress was a bit thin, but the other two were good..We suggested to the owner that he hang draperies or shades on the front window and also on the back one as it gets very warm in the house during the day and the sun wakes one up very early...But all in all, we recommend this as a good value!

Sweet home in a gorgeous neighborhood

I came down to run the Bolder Boulder with a group of friends and we fell in love with this beautiful home! Its located in a very private location, we had plenty of room to park, huge backyard, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We will book again!
