This was our first visit to both this lovely condo at Pelican Beach, and to Destin...but will not be our last!I honestly dont think there is any detail this owner has overlooked. Her condo is beautifully decorated, impeccably maintained and provides everything you could possibly need to make your stay comfortable! AND... the view is absolutely amazing! We could not have been more pleased! Giovanna responds to every communication in a timely and thoughtful manner, the whole process went very smoothly and the resort itself was perfect. We will definitely return to this wonderful condo...could not have asked for more, and for such a reasonable price...loved it!

Wonderful, clean condo right on the beach. Great views of the beautiful beach and ocean! The pools, Tiki Bar, and short path to the beach were just steps from the elevators and easily accessible. Our host was wonderful, and communication was excellent! We had everything we needed in the kitchen, and there were plenty of beach towels and beach essentials provided in the condo. Perfect place for spending a week at the beach!

Having close access to all the accommodations is great for the family. Being able to have a fun filled day without having to leave to resort makes vacation easy with kids.

This condo was perfect for my family. The host provided clear and friendly information about the rental and surrounding area. The rental was clean and comfortable. The resort had a lot of amenities and the location couldn’t be beat.

Had a wonderful vacation in Destin at this condo was just as nice as it looks in the pictures. Provided everything needed for the beach (chairs, umbrella, sand toys and more) Condo was clean and the owner was more than helpful with anything needed would stay again

Bed was extremely comfortable, the view was spectacular, and the kitchen was well stocked. Host also provided all amenities for the beach, including chairs, umbrella, cooler, towels, etc.. Host was easy to contact and always very kind.

Fun spot for our long destin honeymoon!!

Beautiful Beaches and Property

We had a wonderful stay here! Beautiful condo overlooking the pristine white beaches and turquoise water of Destin. Two spacious beachside pools and just steps away from the beach! Made it easy to do enjoy the beach and pool multiple times in the same day. Giovanna was so kind and responsive! Would definitely stay again!

Great for families

Perfect place to take young kids. Watched dolphins from the balcony each morning. Highly recommend renting a pontoon during your stay.

Long needed beach getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was in a great location and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. I would highly recommend this property and will most likely be staying in the future.
