BIENVENUE À LAKE MAG FARMS!
Belle ferme au bord du lac située au coeur de Carrollwood, FL.

Lorsque vous sĂ©journez Ă  Lake Mag Farms, vous avez accĂšs Ă  une propriĂ©tĂ© de 6 acres, qui comprend une grange avec un patio entiĂšrement meublĂ© sous les lumiĂšres du bistrot, un foyer au gaz et un grill pour de dĂ©licieux dĂźners en plein air avec la famille et les amis. AccĂšs au lac Ă  l'un des rares lacs alimentĂ©s au printemps dans la rĂ©gion de Tampa Bay. IdĂ©al pour la pĂȘche, le stand up paddle, le kayak, le wake-surf ou le ski nautique.
La maison se compose de 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain complÚtes et 1 demi-bain, une cuisine entiÚrement équipée. salle à manger, salle familiale avec vue sur le lac, un patio extérieur avec moustiquaire avec un salon bar et salon, et un porche enveloppé avec une table basse avec vue sur le terrain.

Lake Magdalen

Had a wonderful, quiet, private stay with our family on Lake Magdalene. Owners were as always great hosts. This was our third stay with them and hopefully not our last. Would highly recommend if you enjoy privacy and nature.

Another amazing stay!

This was a return visit, and just as wonderful as we remembered. The property is a such a gem- gorgeous, peaceful, and stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The owner is super responsive and great to work with. Truly an excellent experience and highly recommend!

We stayed at Adriana’s place while our home was undergoing renovations, and it turned out to be the perfect retreat. Adriana was a fantastic host, quick to respond and incredibly accommodating. The house itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home.What really stood out was the setting. The property is so private and peaceful that it’s hard to believe you’re still in the middle of Tampa. The views of the lake are beautiful, and the many windows throughout the home make it feel bright and open. We loved the charming touches - like the cafĂ© lights, long driveway, and even the chickens roaming around - that give the property its authentic “farmhouse” feel.It was exactly what we needed to escape the chaos of renovations. Even though we live less than 1/2 mile away, we could absolutely see ourselves coming back for another stay.

Loved being on the lake!

We had a wonderful stay at Lake Mag Farms! The house is welcoming and comfortable, and you can’t beat the sunset views of the lake! The property was perfect for letting the kids run around too. We hope to stay again soon :)

Beautiful rustic home with a view

We stayed here for Christmas 2023. It was such a gorgeous home. Right on the lake, huge property, and a chicken coop with free eggs. The hosts were extremely responsive and so kind. Kitchen fully stocked and location close to everything.

Relax & Unwind and still close to attractions

This property is amazing! The host is very attentive and very friendly. We enjoyed watching sunsets each night just across the lake. Our kids couldn’t wait to fish on the dock each morning. We really loved our first family trip after my husband returned from his latest deployment.

Perfect setting for a tranquil vacation. We stayed during the week before the 4th of July and we enjoyed fireworks over the water! The kitchen table is in a perfect location - you can fully see the outdoors while being in the comfort of the air conditioning! I wish we lived here!

Wonderful!

We had a truly wonderful stay at this amazing home! The property was spotless and welcoming upon arrival. Everything was as expected or better. The home is beautifully decorated and well-appointed with everything you need to cook, relax, and enjoy. The outdoor grounds are gorgeous and the kids loved exploring and running around. Owner was totally available and responsive to questions before and during our trip. This is one of the nicest properties I've stayed at and I hope to return. Highly, highly recommend!

Great Location for Reunion

This visit was my second stay at the Lake Mag Farmhouse property. The barn apartment was a great addition. Based on the first stay, I book the property with five of my friends and had our class reunion there on the Saturday that we were there. Everyone loved it. My classmates had only great comments on the location, space, yard, house, apartment, and amenities. I will certainly return if my Florida visit include a stay in the Tampa area.

Great property close to Tampa but quiet and relaxing

A very special property located on lake with abundant space to relax indoor and outside yet close to Tampa and other sites. Feels like you have gone back in time with elegant outdoor spaces and away from the daily cares of life. We used fire pit most nights and thoroughly enjoyed kayaks as well as ping pong and other outdoor fun. Our granddaughter loved being pushed around in pink car and visiting the chickens and hanging out on the dock. Host were very responsive and helpful with any needs. Hope to come back for a longer stay.

Nightmare host

Host listing is a lie, host kept showing up unannounced/ while we weren’t there. After checkout host tried to blame a broken window on us. Great house not worth the headaches. And Vrbo doesn’t do support the customer.

Hidden gem

The Farmhouse is a wonderful place to land in the middle of Tampa. A rare find
.. it is so desirable with plenty of space, plus the lake with everything provided for fishing to kayaking. The house is wonderfully furnished and clean. I give an overall 5 stars and would love to stay there again. Just wish it had a washer/dryer and easier stair access. Still loved it! Thank you to our host! Donna and sister from Belize and Texas
