Sunnyside Surf Shack - vue imprenable sur le golfe

Il est élégant, moderne et très cool. Vous vous sentirez comme chez vous dès que vous franchirez la porte. Vous pouvez voir les eaux vert émeraude du golfe du Mexique directement depuis le salon. Nous essayons de stocker l'appareil avec tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin. Du mixeur pour faire un cocktail glacé aux chaises de plage et à la glacière, vous n'avez pas besoin de ranger votre mini van.
Cette maison est une maison de ville sur 2 étages qui a un plan d'étage ouvert avec une cuisine entièrement équipée, salon et salle à manger en bas. Il y a aussi une demi-salle de bain en bas.
Le salon a une télévision à écran plat de 50 'et beaucoup de sièges pour tout le monde.
Les 2 chambres et une salle de bain complète sont à l'étage. La chambre principale a un lit king size, un placard en forme de L et des portes-fenêtres qui s'ouvrent sur un joli balcon avec vue sur le golfe, idéal pour savourer une tasse de café le matin ou une belle brise et des couchers de soleil !!
La deuxième chambre a deux lits queen.

À l'arrière, la maison a une salle de stockage avec 6 chaises de plage, voiturette de plage, glacière et des jouets pour enfants à la plage. Il y a aussi un grill parfait pour votre barbecue après une journée à la plage.

Vous pouvez également réserver la maison en rangée n ° 2, la maison en rangée, située à côté des groupes plus importants. Chaque maison de ville peut accueillir 6 personnes.

Short walk to beautiful beach

Loved our short stay here. Older building but inside completely redone. Owner easy to contact and short walk to beach. Master bed comfy. Good kitchen supplies. Would invest in new lawn chairs for deck and beach. Thanks will stay again.

1st snowbird experience

This is a great property. We found everything exactly as advertised. It is close to everything but far enough away from the crowds in city center. A little cool here in December and January, but alot better than shoveling snow in Maine.

Ehhh....

Good location, and fair pricing IF we got what was described. The AC in the master bedroom wasn't functioning properly from the first night we were there. Communication with the owner was timely BUT...they stalled us for 3 days, and the stories varied between the two owners. After 3 days, of sleeping in 84-degree temperatures in the master bedroom the owners finally sent an ac tech out. The tech stated that the AC tech told us that the system was in poor repair and showed us a disgustingly dirty filter and coils. He cleaned and replaced what was needed and the temperature in the master bedroom lowered significantly. But, it was still notably higher than the rest of the house. The AC contractor and owner stated that there had been previous complaints about the AC. When we asked for a partial credit, the owner complained that it cost him $600 for the AC service call and declined to offer any discount, credit, or refund. We decided to leave a day early because of this and were still charged the full amount. Overall, we would not use this owner again. It was pretty off-putting to be told that their lack of maintenance was somehow our problem. They are polite, in a backhanded sort of way. One of the 2 owners stated; that they work hard to keep great ratings and reviews. Before leaving this review, we asked one more time if they'd consider a 25% per day (3 days) for the days we slept without AC. They were indignant that I even asked. BUYER BEWARE.

Great Location, Easy Access to the Beach

The property is located just across the street from a gorgeous white-sand beach and had everything needed for our short stay. The area is not touristy or too crowded, yet about 20 minutes from all the action at Pier Park.

Great Location

I wanted a relaxing weekend at the beach away from traffic and craziness, and that is exactly what I got with this property! The owners were very communicative and helpful. The property itself was great. I could not have asked for a better location! It was so easy to get to the beach every day. Above all else, I loved that they welcomed my dog! I didn’t have to find a pet sitter and have the worry that my dog was okay in the back of my mind. Great stay!

It’s a great condo , close to beach . I would put 5 stars but bedroom was hot ( they did provide fan ) and some maintenance issues I would go back .

great beach house

this house is perfect for your stay at the beach. the best part is we were able to bring our dog. the street is very quiet and the house is very nice and decorated nicely. the walk to the beach is very short and easy. I will definitely stay here when I come back.

Quiet and close to beach!

Close to good restaurants and easy beach access. The owner was easy and quick to communicate with. Condo was very clean, comfortable and well stocked!
