La maison a été récemment rénovée avec des sols en marbre de Carrare, deux nouvelles salles de bains, une nouvelle cuisine avec des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable, de nouveaux meubles et de l'électronique.

La cour arriÚre comprend une nouvelle piscine d'eau salée, une terrasse en travertin ivoire, des chaises longues sur la plage et une magnifique cabane Tiki avec une table et des chaises de patio pour profiter des repas en plein air.

8 minutes Ă  pied de la plage.
3 minutes Ă  pied de l'Ă©picerie (Publix une nouvelle et excellente Ă©picerie)
2 minutes Ă  pied des meilleurs restaurants (Pizza, Glaces, Hamburgers, Sandwiches, Flanigan's, Houston's, The Foundry, The Rusty Hook Tavern, La Veranda, Umberto's, Take Sushi)

Relaxing Vacation

We had a wonderful stay!! It was close to the beach and had a private pool which were our two must haves!! Would definitely recommend for a relaxing vacation :)

Family Getaway

We had a wonderful stay here. It’s only a few blocks from the beach. We walked along the beach every morning and to dinner each night. We went to the F1 race and were there is about 45 minutes. The beds are good, the kitchen had everything we needed but we didn’t really cook there.There were floats for the pool, and everything worked wonderfully in the house.The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe.

We had a great stay.

The place is very nice and having Diana nearby to address any issues was convenient. The pool is great and everything you need is within walking distance. We stay at vrbo homes a couple of times a year and this is a good choice compared to others.

Great Stay in November

House and pool were lovely. Accurate to pictures and very comfortable. 3 minute walk to Publix to get alcohol & food & good restaurants right there as well (The Foundry was our favorite). You can walk to Pompeno Beach but it’s a mile away and some chose to Uber there. Short Uber drives to Lauderdale by the Sea and Del Ray Beach. Will rent house again. Host was great

Nice Get-Away!

Nice home with plenty of space to relax! The private Pool/Tiki Hut area was a great place to relax. There were shops to walk to within a 1/2 mile or so and the beach was a bit further. The home was well taken care of and the Host was fantastic to deal with!!

Amazing property and amazing host!

The property was outstanding, the house was better than the pictures! Had a couple of logistical questions and the Property Owner responded within minutes. Pool was amazing! Highly recommend and we would definitely stay again. You will not be disappointed!

Very clean, comfortable place. Property manager was prompt answering our needs. The only thing I will complain about is that the place needs new pans and pots. We enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

Host was very easy to deal with. We used the property during hurricane Ian so our stay wasn't a vacation. But inside the home was as advertised and in very good condition.

Best Location

My wife and I were very happy with this house. The location is as good as it gets. We are very big into pickleball and there is a park 2 minutes drive away with 12 courts and good play. I love walking to the beach and many fine restaurants near by. The house was clean and perfect especially for 2 people. The owner Diana is on top of everything. We didn't even know the cable was out and she had a guy at our house to fix it instantly when we got home. You could not ask for better service. The man she had there to work on it was incredible. We plan on going back to the area next year and hope the house is available. We wouldn't want to stay anywhere else.

Time with Son

We selected this property because of its location to Inter Miami’s soccer field, where we went to watch a game. It was only 17 minutes away. The property was very clean and simple. Everything was very maintained and they had everything that we needed. We love swimming in the pool, grilling, and hanging out in the backyard. Everything was very walkable, including a Publix grocery store, restaurants, and shops. We could walk or bike to the beach. Great place to enjoy time in the sun and catch a game.

Perfect stay for my small family

Great property! The interior space is very clean and modern. Open living area with a small but functional kitchen. The outdoor space has a large patio, pool, and tiki area. We spent most of our time here! The beach is very close by, but I would not say it's walkable. The public parking is cheap and very accessible at the beach. The property has everything you would need for a beach trip. We didn't need to interact with the host but she made the process seamless. My family and I would stay here next time for sure!

Amazing Vacation Home

Diana is a great property manager. She came with a welcome gift, answered all our questions and gave us a thorough tour of this special, newly designed home. It’s exactly like the Vrbo pictures, beautiful, upscale and very clean. The floors and bathrooms were marble. The bedrooms were very nice with comfy mattresses and bedding. The fenced in private backyard included a lovely heated pool, a covered dining area with ceiling fan and the use of a new grill. This home was equipped with everything you could possibly want or need. If we’re in the area, we would definitely enjoy renting here again.

Awesome location in pompano

We had a great time ( our first time renting via VRBO). Diana and her husband were super responsive and helpful. We had AC issues as soon as we checked in and he worked all day to resolve it— luckily we were out and about so it wasn’t an issue. He even brought us some mangoes from the neighbors and sliced open green coconuts for us! Simple touches that really made the trip rather nice for us. The house itself is clean and modern and set up for a rental. We had a great first vacation after a year of the pandemic. The kids loved the pool, we enjoyed the proximity to the beach, Lauderdale by the sea, lighthouse point and Hillsboro beach( which sadly we didn’t discover until the day before our departure). Overall, a lovely stay thanks to the hosts!
