A great place to stay. All the comforts of home. It was quiet and came with everything we needed for our stay. The breakfast waffles were delicious. We will stay again next time we are in town.

This was the best equipped kitchen in any VRBO that I’ve rented. It also is an excellent location. The host is gracious. I recommend staying here.

This place was so great for our quick weekend getaway with the fur babies. The backyard is massive ans the dogs loved being able to explore it. It was an older house, but had a beautiful charm and comfort. The location is ideal for the price and we will definitely return.

My son and I visited Springfield for a baseball tournament and were pleased with our stay at this property. We were close to downtown and MSU, which provided plenty of options for food and activities. The apartment provided a stocked kitchen, including coffee which was nice in the morning and the host was easy to communicate with. Simple procedures for checkout, which was appreciated as well!

All of the little touches around the entire place was a nice touch! Having coffee, coffee pot, sugars, and even waffle mix next to the waffle maker. The shower had the shampoo, conditioner, and body soap like hotels do. Nice place, comphy bed, easy to park, and the firepit was a nice touch. Highly recommend it.

This home was honestly in horrible shape. There was dust and grime on most of the walls, baseboards and the top of the curtains in the bedroom. The kitchen has visible water damage in 2 places on one wall and the countertop has been covered with contact paper that is coming apart at the corners and starting to peel up. The backyard is through the laundry room but it looks more like a junk room with a washer and dryer in the corner. The doors weren't labeled and my husband tried to open the wrong door the first time we let the dogs out. I'm sure the tenant in the unit didn't appreciate him trying to open their door. The flooring in the living room was coming apart at the seams and was covered with rugs to hide it. Unfortunately they didn't do a great job. In the bedroom the drop ceiling panel that holds the HVAC vent is bowing and looks like it could come crashing down at any moment. It is directly above the bed!The bathroom has been updated which was nice, though it is quite small. The bed was comfortable but it was hard to relax for our 1 night stay due to the condition of the property.
