Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the beautiful beach and location, though we're sorry the overall experience did not meet your expectations. The balcony renovations and pool conditions referenced were part of building-level work and are not managed by the individual condo owner or iTrip Daytona. Applicable information regarding building projects and amenity availability is provided in the property listing for guests to review prior to booking. Regarding the dishes, this concern was brought to our attention only after your departure. Our check-in procedures specifically ask guests to contact us upon arrival if anything requires attention so we have the opportunity to assist promptly and properly address any cleaning concerns with the responsible team. Had we been notified during your stay, we would have welcomed the opportunity to help. We wish you all the best.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're pleased to hear you found the property clean and the beds comfortable. We're sorry the ongoing building restoration project impacted your stay. The construction, including temporary beach access changes and pool closures, is disclosed in the property listing prior to booking, as these projects are managed by the condominium association and are outside of our control. We also appreciate you letting us know about the water intrusion during the storm. Had we been notified during your stay, we would have been happy to inspect the issue and assist as needed. Thank you again for your feedback. We appreciate your comments and wish you all the best in your future travels.
