This house was perfect!!! So close to everything on main and cute coffee shops, bakeries, and shopping. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Cutest renovated but historic feeling house!

This is a really cool house in a perfect location. We were in town for a wedding and walked to town within a couple minutes. The house itself and accommodations were very nice, and we would definitely stay there again.

Great home and location

We loved our stay, perfect 3 bedroom for a family wedding in Franklin. Great location, can walk anywhere and especially close to CJ’s Off The Square if looking for a place to stay for a wedding.

Overall the place was pretty nice. The two main issues were cleanliness and the internet. The brick floors were so dirty you had to keep socks on or your feet would turn black and there was a bunch of hair in the shower drain. The internet was painfully slow to the point where streaming and remote work is not possible. Other than that it was pretty nice and has a great location for walking the town.

House was very clean and cozy! Met Jason when we arrived and he was very nice. Within walking distance of downtown shops and restaurants. Cute coffee shop right down the street with great coffee and food. We will be reserving again next year for Pilgrimage Festival.

Amazing out / fantastic location!

We were in Franklin for a job we were doing, and had some family joining us, so this was the perfect cottage to house the few of us. It was so cute, had everything we needed and was walking distance to everything that Franklin has to offer. We will definitely be back and stay here again. The host was great communicating and we definitely enjoyed our stay!
