Family of 5. We truly enjoyed our stay. Everything was provided for your enjoyment. The host provided books to read if you just wanted to spend time by the pool to providing everything that was needed for a day at the beach. The property was very clean. I would definitely recommend this property

Best place ever!

We really enjoyed the property. It had plenty of room for all of us to stay comfortably. The pool was a great hit and so was the game room. We were able to even walk in the neighborhood where we met "Al" the local alligator. It was also close to all of the parks. We will stay here again.

Fantastic stay. Well equipped villa. Great location for easy access to all the parks and beyond. Wonderful pool and poolside area for relaxing after a busy day. Good communication with clear instructions for entering the villa and neighbourhood. Would definitely rebook if visiting again.

Beautiful, spacious home w/ lovely,large pool area!

It is an terrific property with a private wooded view from pool. Wonderful, clean, home with updated furniture. Beds and baths were comfortable and roomy. The only drawback is that driving is required to go anywhere. 4 1/2 stars!

In town to golf. Perfect property for us. 4 bedrooms. Plenty of room and pool/birdcage was the perfect place to relax with a cocktail at night. We’d go there again. only things that should be addressed but didn’t matter to us. A large number of light bulbs needed replaced and the remotes/TVs in 3 of the bedrooms had issues and we couldn’t use them.

Villa review

Overall ok/good villa. The basic elements were present, however it lets itself down by it being outdated and looking worn in places, such as the bathrooms, kitchen area, swimming pool furniture etc... On arrival there were dead flies all over the entrance hall inside and the outside toilet was dirty. I think with an uplift in places this would have moved to good/excellent.

Nice Home!

Beautiful home, could be updated but all in all a nice home. We did not use the pool because the water was very cold! Even in September-October timeframe in southern Florida. If you have children, I would suggest to pay the extra for heating the pool! Or maybe the owner should raise the price a little and heat it prior to guest arrival? The steps in the home are a killer!!! Be advised if you have elderly people in your group- be aware! All in all, a good stay!

Our Family Vacation

The house was exceptional. It looks exactly like the picture. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. The check in process was super easy. We did however have an issue with the cleaning crew coming in while we were gone to the beach and my wedding ring came up missing. I emailed management and was basically told that I was a lie although we have video footage. Please video before you leave everyday and when you return. When we returned our beds had been made, the floors were vacuumed, the pool patio furniture was rearranged, and my wedding ring was gone. I left it on the nightstand in the master bedroom so that I would not lose it at the beach. Per the rental agreement, no one was to come in and clean until after check out. There is a locked room in the home that I believe either has cameras that were not mentioned in the agreement or someone is living in that room. I will not be renting from them again.

Why is there no police report? Why did you not call the police? Why did you not call us about it but only emailed in the middle of the night. I would certainly be getting the police involved if my $5000 ring had gone.missing. None of our staff entered the property and made the beds and vacuumed, they do not get paid for this. There are also cameras in the sub division which if the police were called would have shown you no one entered. All the guest says is give them money or their attorney will be in touch Why would you video a house and its bedrooms before going out for the day? If this is not removed we will take legal action for defamation.

poor inspection of property before we arrived

Arrived to find large amounts of dead bugs by the patio door which we swept up ourselves as hoover was full and didn't work. Pool screen split which we did report and was fixed, but the day after we noticed other screens damaged No waste disposal, broken blinds, broke pool gate, damp patches in kitchen. Kids not able yo use games room as was dumping ground for whoever (paint pots, broken furniture , pool table had seen better days leant to one side) bed linen had seen better days, laundry room light was tempremental so had to leave it on. Pool alarm was not working someone did come and look at it but was not fixed looked like a six year old had wired it up. if you would like photos we can attache them. We was not willing to spend most of our holiday reporting these things but put it down to poor management and ownership would I recommend this villa definitely NO

Thank you for the review, but let me address your statement. No garbage disposal, no there isnt nor is one advertised. Being as ayou are from the UK are they are not in UK homes i cant see this being a problem, not all homes in the US have garbage disposals in the sinks. the damp patch you say is a very small light stain on the ceiling. We cannot find any broken blinds. The games room is as the pics on the website show, there are paint cans tucked in a corner beside a storage cabinet. You can clearly see these on the website photos. The pool alarm is wotking fine, Im sorry the wiring is not done to your requirements. A phone call or email could have solved all these issues for you but we didnt receive either.

Great property

The property was perfect. I stayed here with my husband and 4 adult kids. It was very spacious and clean. Also only 20 mins drive to the Disney parks. Would definitely stay again.

This property is awesome. The space hugged are family perfectly. Check in was easy. We had one issue with the hallway bathroom upon arrival. Mgt. fixed the issue the next morning. Overall, my family loved this home and we look forward to next year👍
