Cette beauté moderne dispose de 2 grandes suites de maßtre et de 2 salles de bains au dernier étage. Balcon de bonne taille donnant sur le jardin avec carrelage au sol, ventilateurs de plafond et télévision par cùble. La cuisine a des comptoirs en granit et tous les nouveaux appareils. Plafonds voûtés et rares dans l'unité laveuse et sécheuse. L'unité vient meublée avec un décor moderne. Cette unité dispose d'une entrée sans clé en option via votre smartphone. Chaque chambre dispose d'une grande télévision intelligente à écran plat avec cùble, netflix, amazon prime et youtube.

Notre propriété fermée est un complexe magnifiquement entretenu à distance de marche du centre-ville, des centres commerciaux Sunrise, du centre pour personnes ùgées Mizell et de la bibliothÚque. Le complexe fermé dispose de nouveaux courts de tennis et de deux grandes piscines avec jacuzzis. Sans oublier le club-house avec salle de fitness. (Raquettes et balles dans l'unité) - 29 jours minimum.

Disappointed in Palm Springs

My wife and I arrived at the property as scheduled. We had some difficulty opening the lock box. We called the owner who insisted the lock box was working and that we did not know how to open it or that we were at the wrong location. We got the box open while she was on the phone and told her all was OK. Once we got into the condo and got all our belongings in from the car, we looked around the condo. We found that the bed sheet in the master was stained and that there was no top sheet at all. Similarly towels were badly worn with bleach stains. We called to complain about this and the owner said we were lying, that this was impossible. That evening we tried to turn on the TV and found there were no cable boxes; hence no cable TV (as was specified to be in the VRBO listing). My wife called the owner ( a very loud and angry conversation) and she agreed to provide new sheets, towels and cable boxes at an additional cost of $100. She said "If you want cable TV you will have to pay extra. You get what you pay for!" We agreed to the extra charge as it was either that or no TV. She said never to contact her again unless it was an emergency such as fire or flood. Our first evening was spent trying to clean the dirty dishes in the dishwasher which despite two washings did nothing to clean the dishes. We decided to do was the dishes by hand and rather than risk another confrontation with the owner (as we did not consider this an emergency) we washed all our dishes by hand during the rest of our stay. After enjoying our month at the condo, we checked out. We left they keys in the lockbox as we found them and left spare keys with clubhouse key and the parking remote for the gate on the table inside the front door where we had also found them. We swept and damp mopped the floors and left the condo certainly as clean as they were when we arrived. On our return to Canada we received a message from the owner saying that our damage deposit was being withheld as the dishwasher was not working, the keys were missing and we had to pay an extra $100 in utility bills because we had overused the utilities (no provision for this in the rental agreement)Her message also said that there would be no further communication and that I should deal with VRBO. I consider this to be poor service, impossible communication with the owner and fraud and robbery of my damage deposit. I would strongly recommend not renting this property, or any other, from this owner.

Felt Right at Home!

Everything went smoothly from the moment I arrived. Michele was never more than a text away, her apartment was comfortably but tastefully furnished (I mean really good job and cool artwork!) the property immaculately maintained and finally you couldn't ask for a better location. I'm almost embarrassed by how quickly I felt completely at home!

Palm Springs home run

I had never booked with Vrbo before and our experience was good ! The condo was comfortable and a wonderful place to stay for a month. The properties amenities like pickle ball, the game room and pools were relaxing. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this location to others.

Fantastic place & fantastic location

We loved this condo! Perfect location very close to downtown! Easy walk to Starbucks and downtown. The Condo was perfectly equipped with everything and was super comfortable. Great dual-master suites made it great for two couples! The large balcony was great for sipping coffee or unwinding after a long day. The pool and hot tub were great amenities and so was the game room. We had a lovely relaxing weekend and will definitely be back.

Perfect getaway!

Great location! Walking distance to downtown as well as the local grocery store! Amenities abound and in very good condition. Grounds are well maintained. Owner is quick to respond to all questions! Would recommend for four people!

Lovely getaway in beautiful Palm Springs

We enjoyed the property immensely. The condo is beautifully decorated and maintained. It is well equipped and very clean. A perfect layout with the en-suite bedrooms being on either side of the living room, ensuring privacy. We took advantage of the pool and hot tub which were open until midnight. We even used the barbecue to prepare our evening meal. Michele answered all of my questions promptly and courteously. Palm Springs is a great place and we would love to return.
