Contemporaine 4 chambres, 3 salles de bain maison qui a Ă©tĂ© imprĂ©gnĂ©e d'un sens unique du style par les propriĂ©taires avec un grand oeil pour le design. La maison a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ© et comprend maintenant un espace Ă©largi de vie, nouvelle salle 3-saison, et maĂźtre en suite. Espaces de vie ouverts avec des plafonds voĂ»tĂ©s et un Ă©clairage gĂ©nial des fenĂȘtres et des curseurs au sud-face qui mĂšnent Ă  une grande terrasse. Premier Ă©tage a rĂ©cemment ajoutĂ© une suite parentale avec lit queen et salle de bain complĂšte avec douche et baignoire sĂ©parĂ©es et portes françaises menant Ă  Bluestone patio. Une deuxiĂšme chambre. salle de bain complĂšte et cuisine ouverte, salle Ă  manger et salon, avec 3 saisons chambre. DeuxiĂšme Ă©tage a bien proportionnĂ©es de bain complĂšte avec deux autres chambres lumineuses avec des plafonds voĂ»tĂ©s. Une des chambres au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage contient deux ensembles de lits superposĂ©s et l'autre chambre a un lit queen. Tout cela est situĂ© sur un 2-acres, beaucoup isolĂ©e boisĂ© Ă  l'extrĂ©mitĂ© d'une rue sans issue calme. Cour privĂ©e avec grande terrasse et douche extĂ©rieure.

Best VRBO Home We Have Stayed At

We absolutely loved our stay at this property - all for different reasons. The house is absolutely gorgeous, inside and out. The outside grounds are relaxed and serene. We spent many meals on the deck, as well as playing board games and cards. The room layout situation made it convenient that early risers could be downstairs without disturbing others. There was always plenty of seating for us to watch TV together late at night, play board games (SO many games provided, so fun) - but enough little nooks inside and out that if someone needed some space or time alone, that was easy to find. The house was clean - easy to find everything that we were looking for. The location couldn't be beat - not too far from the things we like to do on the island, but when you're at the house, you feel like you're in your own little world. We loved getting up early and walking around the neighborhood, or crossing the street to easily access the bike path. It was the perfect house for multi-generations and we hope we can enjoy the house again in future years!

Great house in Long Point

Great house for a family to enjoy a beautiful yard and space to hang out comfortably. Nice light and cheery vibe. Communication with host was excellent. Great access to the gorgeous Long Point beaches. Would go back in a heartbeat.

perfect w/exception of one thing

this beautiful property exceeded our expectations in that it provided a totally roomy and comfortable space for our family of 10. the only drawback, which was not mentioned in the property description, is its considerable closeness to airport. it is on the direct flight path of both private planes and commercial jets and when they fly overhead (and that could be fairly often depending on day/time) the noise level is significant.

What an incredible stay we had! First and foremost, Joyce was always reachable, approachable, and immediately attentive to our needs. The home was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities we needed, which helped as we were traveling with my disabled father. Close and easy access to the beach and Bike path ,as well as all Island activities. The deck outside was a comfortable Spot for morning and evening meals or just to sit and read. Great outdoor Shower too!! The only drawback I can think of is Proximity to the airport, and if You are Sensitive To noise could impact your sleep. It could be loud early in the morning.

Not your typical rental!

This house deserves 10 stars! Can't say enough about the beauty of this home, it's truly an oasis! Everything has been newly renovated, and decorated so beautifully! The master suite features a wonderful soaking tub and glass shower w/ loads of natural light and windows...a true escape! Just off the comfortable main living area there is a gorgeous 3 season room with a huge dining table for large family dinners in addition to a beautiful inside dining area. There are also two large tables on the deck for outside dining. The house has a very well - stocked kitchen and there are loads of games for entertainment. This house is perfect for single family needing lots of room for inviting intermittent guests (which is what we did) or for families vacationing together as it's layout offers privacy as well. We loved the central location as well w/ easy access to rest of the island but away from the crowds. It's location right near Long Point leaves little to be desired in terms of access to fabulous beaches as there is an ocean as well as lake option in the reservation if you have little ones. We can't wait to go back!

Beautiful Vacation Home - Perfect for 2 families!

We stayed here Aug. 2016 with relatives (9 of us total) and all of us loved this house! It is beautifully decorated in a Cape Cod beach theme and has a lovely outside garden with lots of flowers. It was so peaceful just to sit out in the garden and relax! The house is very updated, clean and had comfortable beds! There are 2 sets of bunk beds in one room (not shown in pictures) that worked great for the kids! There were many beautiful renovations done recently in the bathrooms and a dining room and outside deck addition had been added. The house has A/C and a functional kitchen with enough dining seats inside and outside to accommodate a large group. It was great to rent a place that supplied all the sheets and bath towels as well as had beach chairs and an umbrella for use. Sometimes, mildew /mold can be an issue on the island due to the damp sea air and there was NONE of it here. WiFi worked seamlessly and was most reliable which was definitely needed as a few of us had to work some long hours over vacation. Also, there never was any issue with 9 people being logged in to the home wifi with multiple devices. It was nice there was a land-line to take calls for work, that said, cell service was strong at the house. While this house, isn't on the beach or in a city center with restaurants in walking distance, we loved the central location as we went to different beaches and areas of the island each day. We biked to Long Point beach from the house (not far, but a dirt path for some of it), crossed the street and used the biking / running path frequently and one day biked all the way to Menemsha beach from the house (~13 miles). For those that like to work out, my husband joined a nearby gym and could run to it from the house, workout and then run back. The house is on the end of a cul-de-sac which is nice for the kids when playing / biking outside in the street. The owner was a pleasure to work with and very accommodating. She was responsive to all of our communications in a timely manner and made everything easy for us. We would definitely rent this house again next time we visit Martha's Vineyard. I highly recommend the property!
