Cottage moderne en bord de mer récemment rénové, à quelques pas de la plage la plus chaude ... Prix bas!

Profitez des prix de fin de saison! Venez visiter alors qu'il fait encore beau. Il est maintenant temps de visiter le Cap lorsque la plupart des touristes sont partis! Nous n'avons que des critiques 5 étoiles!

À quelques pas de la plage la plus chaude de Cape Cod! Ce condo de deux chambres récemment aménagé est le lieu idéal pour une escapade en famille ou en couple! Des tonnes d'espace! Oubliez les chambres d'hôtel étouffantes, c'est un condo cottage sur deux niveaux avec une immense cuisine entièrement équipée et un salon avec télévision intelligente. Deux terrasses privées, des grillades extérieures communes et des tables de pique-nique donnant sur le lagon et la promenade de la plage. Chaque chambre a un nouveau lit queen size avec une commode complète. Le canapé du salon a la taille d’un lit simple, une fois les oreillers retirés. Chaque chambre a une vue sur l'océan. Prenez votre petit déjeuner tous les matins sur les tables de pont communes tout en regardant les ferries arriver. Minutes de restaurants, bowling, films, pistes cyclables, kayak, mini golf, glaces et shopping. Regarder des feux d'artifice sans quitter la maison! Ce chalet a été repeint et meublé au printemps 2019. Parking privé dans la rue et AC. Le complexe de condos a une sensation confortable Nantucket sur une rue sans issue calme dans un beau quartier familial.

Tous les draps sont fournis. Nouveaux draps sur chaque lit avec quatre taies d'oreiller à chaque réservation. Quatre serviettes de bain, essuie-mains et vêtements à laver. Pas besoin d'apporter autre chose que vous!

Property and location was amazing. Very peaceful and close to the beach. Very clean and stocked with the right amount of stuff from beach chairs, towels, kitchenware, games and we even received a goodie bag of snacks! I would definitely stay here again in the future!

Perfect beach rental

The property was in great shape, clean, right next to the beach, had everything we needed for us and our toddler. Great restaurants nearby (amazing bagel/coffee shop 5min walk) and an easy trip to other parts of the cape. Definitely recommend it!

Great place to stay! Close to the beach and Hyannis ferries. 2 minute walk to the beach. We stayed July 3 & 4 and there were fireworks on the beach. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Beach Bank Cottages! It is in a great location, particularly since we wanted to get to the JFK Museum and Martha's Vineyard. The cottage is bright and comfortable. There are a few minor updates like blinds and minor AC and beach chair repairs, and new towels that are needed soon (admittedly we were there at the end of the Summer), but we will always remember the bridge to the beach, looking out to the beach from the porch and every room, and all of our special and fun moments on Cape Cod! Thank you, Darlene!

Weekend getaway

The property was perfect for the 4 of us. Proximity to the beach is amazing and it's great to not have to drive to get there. The beach is really nice and being on the bay the water was warm and not to choppy. Also, the location is close to some great restaurants and mini-golf and a short ride to Hyannis.

Wonderful spot -- perfect for a small family. There were a couple of hiccups (through no one's fault), but Darlene was very responsive and an attentive, thoughtful host. Would definitely consider booking again next year.

Really close to the beach!

Just a couple of minutes and you're at the ocean. Close to many shops and restaurants. Space inside is small, but worked well for what we needed. Had all the amenities and the air conditioning worked very well. Overall a nice stay!

Nice House for a Quiet Vacation

The house was very close to the beach as was parking. The location was convenient for our day trips too. Chairs, umbrellas, and other items for the beach were provided. The house was clean and inviting. The manager communicated with us through email and was friendly and helpful

Most Excellent Stay!

Location was exceptional - its proximity to the beach gave us quick access to morning nature walks, evening strolls and Labor Day fireworks!~ Host went above & beyond to welcome us and the birthday boy with the most thoughtful surprises. He said it was his best birthday in decades. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay, the amenities and access to the beach. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an amazing weekend at Cape Cod.

Another perfect stay!

Our second visit, and again - perfect. Location cannot be beat - residential area, 2 minute walk to quiet, serene Colonial Beach, nearby to Hyannis and ferries. Home is lovely, immaculately clean, and adorably decorated. Kitchen is well stocked with pans/utensils, and grills for use at common area. Sheets, towels, umbrella, and chairs provided. Communication with owner easy & prompt. All around excellence!

Could have been better

I was really looking forward to this stay. But the beds were too firm and the ACs were not that great. The beach was rocky and there were signs about sharks and jelly fish. It was next to a very muddy marsh. I left one day early.

Great location, steps from a nice beach. Beautiful views of the ocean and the sunset. Quiet area. Two private small decks, off kitchen and living room. An odd air conditioner drain does drain every now and then onto the kitchen deck by the door.Plenty of towels were provided and nice amenities in the bathroom. Beach chairs were available for use too. Bed was comfortably firm and pillows were nice. Kitchen had a pop up toaster and a keurig coffee maker plus microwave, new stove and spotless refrigerator. Host left nice snacks for us with a good list of local restaurants and activities. We liked Scallys and the Whydah Pirate Museum. Very responsive communication. A clogged drain was fixed with a few emails one morning while we were out touring the area.Bedrooms are both upstairs and are small but waaay bigger than what we saw in the city condo rentals. Shoulder season rates were cheaper than a boring hotel without an oceanview.
