The location was perfect and the home was very clean. We were disappointed to find a sign saying we could not turn down the air conditioning under 72 degrees as it may freeze the system and require a service call (which we would be responsible for). In addition, the overhead fan in the second room did not work. We were there with a tennis weekend in mind, there is only 1 tennis court as the rest have been converted to pickleball (this was not updated on listing at the time we booked a month prior and management of the property was unclear on this as well).

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re pleased to hear that you found the villa very clean and loved the location!  We appreciate you bringing these other matters to our attention. The A/C guideline is intended to protect the unit from freezing up in the subtropical climate, but we understand your frustration and will review the wording on that signage to ensure it is informative rather than off-putting. Our maintenance team has also inspected and repaired the bedroom fan so it is working properly. Regarding the community courts, we apologize for the confusion; the HOA recently converted several tennis courts to pickleball, and we have since updated our listing description to accurately reflect the current court setup.  Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back for an even smoother visit in the future.

This was our second stay in Captiva at this unit and it was just as great as we remembered! The view from the unit is as beautiful as advertised. The condo is clean and well stocked. This time we had 2 young kids and everything was very well set up for our family of 4. It's so easy to get to the beach and pool, bike around, and stop by local restaurants. We'd love to come back!
