L'appartement El Ancla est situé sur le vieux port de pêche de Puerto del Carmen, très calme complexe d'appartements à El Rincon avec piscine communautaire. De la grande terrasse vous avez une excellente vue sur le port, en 2 minutes, vous rendre à la jetée sur les pêcheurs Créer et offrir différents voyages de bateaux d'excursion.

Dans le port, vous trouverez d'excellents restaurants et une ambiance encore d'origine. Pour près de Playa Chica l'on peut se promener en 5 minutes. La plage est très populaire pour de nombreux poissons qui peut être vu là surtout quand les plongeurs. Pour Playa Grande, les 2 km longue plage de sable peut également venir à pied et sans problèmes de stationnement en seulement 10 minutes.

El Ancla est une base parfaite pour explorer cette île vraiment intéressant. Calme et beau, vous pourrez connaître Lanzarote de son côté traditionnel, loin des châteaux d’hôtels et du tourisme de masse. Le wifi est inclus dans le prix.

Lovely stay again

We’ve stayed many times in this apartment & the second time this year. Had a lovely stay, as usual. Great sea views from the large terrace and nice walk to the restaurants of the old town.

Perfect location for coastal walks to Calero and Quemada Decent size balcony which lends itself to self catering. Excellent restaurants at walkable distance particularly Mario's. Sea swimming feasible for the outdoor type.

Brilliant stay !

The photos of apartment do not do it justice. We have been comingbto Puerto Del Carmen old town for nearly 30 years and this is by far the best place we have stayed. Will definately be back.

From the moment we arrived this was clearly a fantastic accommodation. Located in the old town near all the restaurants. Superdino 5 mins walk. You would not need a car if you stayed here and had everything to make a very pleasant stay. Will definitely stay here again if back in Puerto del carmen.

The perfect holiday break.

The property was perfect for our needs. Close to picturesque walks to Calero and Que Mada. Stunning scenery from balcony. Lots of five star restaurants and various local entertainment. Large balcony to relax on. Kitchen facilities great for cooking and eating in.

Great Stay!

The property was very clean. Its greatest asset is the enormous balcony overlooking the harbour. It was lovely to eat a leisurely breakfast and watch the harbour gradually come to life as a new day began. Christian was most accommodating and helpful.

We will never forget the amazing terrace!

The apartment has everything you need and is in a great location right on the extreme edge of Puerto del Carmen but with lots of restaurants within walking distance. The zigzag path to Puerto Calero starts right outside the apartment! Comfy bed, nice bathroom areas and plenty of space. Communication with host was the only slight negative - the phone number we were given was never answered, but luckily someone phoned back each time we tried to contact them (esp. from the airport!). Key handover lasted about 30 seconds! A non-working coffee machine was replaced 2 days later, but was a nice luxury to have. But the terrace and view from this apartment were amazing! We really didn't want to leave (and this very rarely happens with us, so is praise indeed!). The terrace is huge (we didn't see a bigger one in the whole of Puerto del Carmen!), gets sun all day long, has a great view of the harbour, and has a part-covering which allows dappled shade or full sun according to how hot you are! Nice recliners, comfy chairs and table/chairs. Basically, if you are like us, you will spend all your time on that terrace! And, if you are like us, you will love it :-)

Excellent choice for couples and small families.

We stayed for five nights in June. The apartment is amazingly located... any frequent visitors to the old town in Pto del Carmen will recognise the view of the pool from the pictures immediately. The apartment is very close to that famous zig-zag walkway that forms the start of the cliff walk to Puerto Calero. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated, clean and well supplied with accessories. There are two good size bedrooms, one twin and one double. We used the twin bedroom for storage and this worked out great leaving us with a very spacious double bedroom! The terrace with its views of the harbour is stunning!! I cannot put into words how amazing it is11 It is the biggest terrace on the small complex which comprises only of about a dozen other apartments. It doesn't even feel like a complex as all the apartments all face out to sea, and have a very private feel about them. The pool is nice and the views from there are just as great. There is a wee walk down to the rocks were you can swim from too. The old town is only a short stroll away and the recent addition of a promenade makes the walk even more enjoyable. Christian is brilliant, very attentive and aware of guests needs. We will 100% recommend this apartment to our friends and we will hopefully stay again. We were hoping to go again in March next year and I can already see that it is booked out!!! ..This shows how popular this apartment is getting! If it's free on your dates I urge anyone to book it if they are looking for picturesque, affordable and quiet surroundings only a short stroll from all the action!! Superbes vacances

L'appartement est encore plus agréable en vrai que sur les photos. La vue sur le port est magnifique et la terrasse ENORME permet de profiter du calme des lieux. L'accueil par Christian est plus que sympatique, un homme chaleureux, disponible et toujours prêt à donner un bon conseil. Un supermarché est à moins de 3 min à pied. De multiples restaurants se trouvent à 5 min par une ballade le long du port. Aucun problème pour stationner notre véhicule de location tout au long de la semaine. NOUS RECOMMANDONS l'appartement à 100%
