Great Property!!

Great place for a couple. Beautiful sunsets from the sofa or patio. Water view. Easy access to beach and bicycle paths. The decor was perfect for the location. Looking forward to our next stay.

Perfect for a small family!

Great Location!

The pictures do not do justice to the view you have of the sunsets over Calibogue Sound! The sunsets were beautiful from the living room and even better if we took the 2 minute walk to the beach!

Loved the location of this lovely villa. Walked across the street in the evening to share a bottle of wine while watching incredible sunsets! Salty Dog just a 5 min walk.

Fabulous condo in South Beach

Absolute pleasure staying here ! Rented the condo for a weekend for my adult children coming to visit us. The home was neat organized walkable to South Beach Marina and beach ! Will definitely run again whenever my family comes to visit

Spacious Quiet Unit and Perfect Location

Spacious, spotlessly clean, quiet, and beautifully decorated property. Plenty of clean towels and linens, very comfortable bed. Location is perfect, you can see the ocean from the back door and the patio. We had an excellent time and planning on coming back.

Location and views are perfect!

Upon arrival the villa was complete with all essentials. Villa was spotless. The location to the beach is a 2 min walk. Sunsets were gorgeous. Short bike ride to South Beach area. I recommend the villa is perfect for two people.

Quick getaway

The condo was very clean and the view was great. Check in was super easy. I feel like there was some hidden costs, such as 20 fee for gate entry and 20/person/day for the pool. We have stayed in Sea Pines many times and never had to pay for the gate fee nor the use of the pool. That part was disappointing especially the pool.

Thank you for your review and happy to hear the condo was clean and the view was great. My website clearly states the pool is a communal pool and that there is a charge for a daily or weekly pass.
