Gaea House - Soleil ⚈ Surf ⚈ Sable

Gaea House, dans la belle ville de Seaside, dans l'Oregon, se trouve à deux pâtés de maisons de la magnifique plage de Columbia et de la promenade en bord de mer de Seaside. Il est situé à distance de marche du centre de conventions de bord de mer, du musée historique de bord de mer et des nombreux magasins et restaurants de Broadway Street. Un revêtement en vinyle, des fenêtres à double vitrage et une unité de chauffage / climatisation ont tous été récemment installés. Gaea House possède un salon avec cheminée, deux chambres avec lits king-size et une mezzanine ouverte avec un lit queen-size. À l'extérieur se trouve une terrasse contenant une table à feu et un barbecue au propane et une cour clôturée avec foyer et stationnement pour deux véhicules.

Gaea House a des téléviseurs dans chacune de ses trois chambres et également dans le salon connectés ensemble avec un système DVR TiVo activé par la voix en réseau. HBO et Netflix sont gratuits. Tous les téléviseurs sont également compatibles avec Chromecast. Une PlayStation 4 est située dans le salon avec une sélection de jeux. Toutes les chambres ont un radio-réveil stéréo Bluetooth sur leurs tables de nuit. Le salon dispose d'une chaîne stéréo compatible Amazon Alexa avec une bibliothèque musicale à commande vocale à votre disposition. Veuillez noter qu'Alexa peut être désactivé ou débranché si la confidentialité est un problème.

Notre cuisine récemment rénovée est maintenue entièrement équipée. Nous avons un grand réfrigérateur, une cuisinière et un four, un four à micro-ondes, une cafetière et toute la vaisselle, la verrerie et les ustensiles dont vous pourriez avoir besoin. Besoin d'autre chose? Nous sommes à un appel téléphonique ou un message instantané.

Really enjoyed our time ! Very close to the beach and a really great house with a gorgeous kitchen ! Only little hang up was there does seem to be an ant problem, but im sure that is easy enough to fix, would deffinitley stay here again!!!

Seaside family memories

A weekend trip to be with family and walk on the beach and get some great seafood and be able to stay together with our grown girls who celebrate their cumulative birthdays was made complete by finding and great home to spend it in. The perfect overnight

After a long day at cannon with the family and dog this was the perfect place to retire to. The house is perfectly equipped for our stay with more to spare. We will be booking here again to take advantage of the other amenities

Family Holiday at the Beach

The home was just perfect for our family to stay in while visiting other family at the beach for the holiday!! We hosted Christmas Eve dinner and it accommodates our family well! The island was our central gathering place for games, making sugar cookies and hanging out to talk!

Yearly seaside trip

My family and I have started a tradition of visiting seaside at lease once a year. Although sometimes all can’t make it I still try and make it out here with some of the family. The Gaea house was a perfect fit for us and our fur-babies and just a short 4-5 minutes walk from the beach. It’s near the center of seaside but just far enough where the neighborhood is still peaceful and quiet. We had a great stay, thank you.

Hi, I'm Seamus. I'm originally from the Boston area and now call Seaside, Oregon home. I've always loved travel, history, and discovering unique places, which is one of the reasons I enjoy hosting guests from around the world.

I fell in love with the Oregon Coast because of its rugged beauty, small-town charm, and endless opportunities for adventure. Whether it's walking the beach at sunset, exploring coastal trails, enjoying fresh seafood, or simply relaxing by a fire after a day of sightseeing, there's something special about this part of Oregon that keeps bringing people back.

As a host, my goal is simple: provide a clean, comfortable, and welcoming home where guests can relax and create lasting memories with family and friends. Through my company, GaeaTeam, my local team and I work hard to ensure every stay is enjoyable, and we're always available if guests need assistance during their visit.

I hope you'll enjoy Seaside and the Oregon Coast as much as I do, and I look forward to hosting you at Gaea House.

Nestled in the quieter north end of Seaside, Gaea House offers the best of both worlds: a peaceful neighborhood setting and easy access to everything that makes Seaside special. One of my favorite things about the area is that you can leave your car parked and simply walk almost everywhere.

A short stroll takes you to the beach and the famous Promenade, where you'll find families flying kites, surfers heading into the waves, and breathtaking sunsets over the Pacific Ocean. Morning walks along the shoreline are especially memorable, with the sound of crashing waves and the fresh ocean air creating a relaxing start to the day.

The neighborhood is quieter than the busy downtown core, making it ideal for families and guests looking to unwind, yet you're still within walking distance of local restaurants, coffee shops, the Convention Center, boutique stores, and Seaside's many attractions.

What I enjoy most is the pace of life here. Whether you're gathering around a beach bonfire, watching the sunset from the Promenade, exploring nearby coastal trails, or simply enjoying a cup of coffee on the deck, Seaside has a way of helping people slow down and reconnect with what matters most. The combination of natural beauty, small-town friendliness, and easy beach access makes this one of my favorite places on the Oregon Coast.

We professionally manage and maintain the property year-round (ours and others) ensuring it is clean, well-stocked, and ready for your arrival.
