Situé dans la South Seas Tower 3, au 18ème étage, ce condo avec balcon de 2 chambres à coucher et 2 salles de bains a été récemment mis à jour et offre une vue magnifique sur le coucher de soleil sur la plage en croissant de Marco Island. La cuisine dispose de comptoirs en granit, de revêtements de sol, d’armoires et d’éclairage sur mesure.

Le salon dispose d'une grande télévision à écran plat et de nombreux sièges confortables. Les deux chambres disposent d'une télévision à écran plat. La chambre principale a un lit king-size et la chambre d'amis a un lit queen. Le maître a une salle de bain personnalisée et un immense dressing.

South Seas Tower est une communauté fermée magnifiquement aménagée avec un centre de fitness, des courts de tennis et de pickle ball, une grande piscine chauffée et des quais pour bateaux.

Que vous choisissiez des vacances tranquilles ou une aventure pleine d'aventures, il existe une multitude d'activités à distance de marche. À la plage de Tigertail, grimpez dans la tour d'observation pour observer les meilleurs oiseaux du sud-ouest de la Floride. Vous pouvez aussi pêcher, louer un kayak ou une planche de pagaie pour explorer le lagon de marée qui sépare la plage de Tigertail de la plage étroite et préservée du front du golfe de Sand Dollar Spit. Il y a un stand de concession qui propose la location de matériel de plage, de la nourriture et des boissons ainsi qu'une aire de jeux.

Great place and great views

Everything was super clean. The description and pictures were spot on. They have everything you need. I’ve been coming to the island my whole life and this place was my favorite I’ve ever stayed in. I will for sure be coming back.

Very Nice Condo

We had a really nice stay here. The décor is lovely, We had plenty of everything we needed. Despite being close to the elevator, it was very quiet. I heard voices in the hall only once, and never noticed people in the units around us. I would definitely recommend this property.

Marco Is Vacay

We were so impressed with the place when we arrived on Friday evening, . The condo layout, decor, cleanliness and location met all our expectations from booking with Vrbo (online). The owners deserve all the high ratings & good reviews - in fact, I choose this place in the South Seas Towers because of the positive review comments :). We enjoyed meals & cocktails on the balcony (the view is amazing), walks & sunsets on the beach and played pickleball. We appreciated the beach cart & towels available in the unit. If the opportunity to return to Marco Island happens again, I would definitely come back to this location. Thank you

Love South Seas NW Condos

We have stayed at South Seas NW twice before (different units) and love the location. We are avid pickleball players and this is a players heaven. They have 10 courts that are busy every morning. The beach is beautiful and large, with many shells to collect, including sand dollars. This unit was well appointed but had a few issues. Both showers need grab bars for safety. The unit entry door handle did not latch such that it can be pushed open without turning the handle if the deadbolt is not locked, and the deadbolt lock was difficult to operate with the key. Overall we were very happy with the condo and would rent again and recommend for others.

Upon arrival we had to wait for almost 30 mins because the guard would not allow us entry to the condos. Even with all of our paperwork in order he argued with us. The remax office stated that that should not have happened and that they are going to talk to him. Our room had not been cleaned, all of the patio furniture was inside the bedrooms, it was almost 80 degrees inside the unit, and the water and water heater was turned off. The remax office did send someone from the cleaning staff the next day after I called them and she did offer to clean, however I had already done it myself. The walk to the beach is much much longer than what the pictures show. If you have small children I would not recommend this location because it takes 10 mins to walk to the beach from outside the building. The pool closes at sunset. The lady that manages the pool was not very nice. Several times she would bring a water hose around the tables and chair even if they were occupied and spray under and around them with absolutely no regard given to if she sprayed someone or their belongings. She picked up pool noodles that had mistakenly been left at the pool and tore them up and threw them away while laughing saying “if they were wanted they wouldn’t have left them”. The units do not have washer and dryers in them and you have to load a prepaid card to be able to do laundry in the laundry room at the end of the hall outside the elevator. You have to pay an additional $50 once you register with the condo association itself for parking which you have to do after your initial check in with remax.

Thanks for review. We apologize for the cleaning issue. Like the agent said about the guard, that should of not happened. Re/Max has spoken to the manager about the guard and the pool attend. It does note that washer/dryers are in common areas and not in the unit. We have nothing to do with the parking fee. Hopefully you had a great vacation here on Marco Island. Thanks again for your feedback.

We enjoyed our stay very much. A heads up about the $100 reg. fee and construction would be nice.

Overall we had a wonderful time. The view was the best. The unit had everything we needed 😉 The people that work at the complex are wonderful.

Beautiful view

The view south to Cape Marco is beautiful. You can see the sunrise, but not the sunset during our stay in February. It was adequately furnished, although it does need some updating and purging of some extra furnishings. More storage or pantry for food would be helpful. We did need to purchase a blender and we gifted it to the condo, as well as a new master bedspread. The Leda sculpture is a conversation piece! Overall, we had a lovely month.

Marco seaside tower 3

Nice location. Be prepared to walk to the beach. It’s expansive. Unit has all we needed. Remax agent Charlene was rude on the phone, luckily didn’t have to interact with her in person. Complex pool really nice. People friendly. Enjoyed the Snook Inn, Mangoes and went to Campieonos in Naples and La Tratoria. Would definitely come back.

Christmas Stay

The condo was nicely furnished, but no chairs available to take to the beach, which is not convenient when you fly. There were a few items we felt the cleaning people missed. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay.

We have them in our office. Regarding the cleaning, we are sorry to hear that a few areas were missed and will take this matter up with the cleaning department.
