Family Ski Vacation

Luke and Melissa were fantastic hosts! The property was clean and inviting and the extra touches (snacks, homemade zucchini bread) set them apart from any other place we’ve rented! Will definitely be back!

Great location, lots of space, very attentive property owners.

Great locations with a beautiful view, lots of space for friends and family. Three large bedrooms, and a TV the size of my van. :). The owners were very helpful and attentive, and left some amenities for us as we entered. Would definitely stay there again.

Family ski trip to Park City. Hosts accommodations were excellent. I lost my check-in instructions (my fault) and messaged the host at 1100pm and they promptly responded. Set the house up with essentials and even coffee, milk, oj, and home made bread for breakfast...huge help when getting in late. Awesome movie game room for the kids. Overall highly recommended

Comfy Cozy Ski get-away

This is our 2nd time staying at Luke and Melissa's and once again we had a perfect vacation. We so appreciate the accoutrements and detail given to make us feel comfortable. Love Melissa's banana bread, appreciate the coziness of the game/family room for after skiing. Beds are comfy, kitchen is well stocked, all in all a total 10 for us. Thank you ! See you next time.

Absolutely beautiful

can’t say enough good things about our stay here near Mt. Olympus. The location is ideal to all the big ski mountains. We want to build our own downstairs apartment modeling it after their design because it is perfect! The tv/game room was a nice fit for our evenings. The kitchen had everything the group needed for breakfasts and making dinners here. The beds are super comfortable and accurate to their descriptions. The gas fireplace and large view of SLC - cherry on top of a perfect vacation spot!

Perfect Ski Getaway

Property was super-clean. When we arrived, the fireplace was on and it felt like we were home! There were drinks and snacks for our enjoyment waiting for us with notes to “enjoy.” Banana bread, pistachios, cookies, popcorn, soda, juice, water, coffee........it just went on and on. The entertainment room is fantastic. Communication with owners was very easy and most pleasant. The unit was perfectly located for easy access to both Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. They even provided 8” of fresh snow our first day on the slopes!

Just Simply Wonderful

I can't say enough about our stay at this location. Beautiful outdoor and indoor living, backyard sights into the city, house fully stocked with almost everything needed for long period stay, and lastly wonderful, informative, and friendly owners. We definitely would consider staying there again if ever visiting the area. Thank you Melissa & Luke, it was a pleasure sharing the space with you!

The Tedescos were the best host and hostesses I have ever had. They provided everything needed to facilitate a smooth check in and equipped the apartment with everything you would need for a short stay. The unit was very clean, VERY well furnished, and very comfortable. The outside view is spectacular, and the furnishings are beautiful and extremely comfortable. I highly recommend this place and will certainly use it when I return to the area. It was a pleasure to meet them.

We loved our time and Melissa & Luke’s place. The location was perfect for our ski weekend and the place we very nice, clean, and roomy. View of the city and sunset from the back deck is amazing. You can tell Melissa and Luke take pride in making their guests feel at home - so many thoughtful touches. We’ll definitely stay here again (if they’ll have us :)

The very best option for skiing, relaxation , family reunion

WE are long time users of VRBO properties and this is the best one we have stayed in bar none. Melissa and Luke are attentive to detail and the property is truly perfection. You will want for nothing no matter what your agenda is in booking their beautiful comfortable apartment- do not miss a chance to stay here. The "welcome basket" of food and drink is generous beyond compare, the beds are very comfortable, the game room is such a bonus with recliners and the biggest television with every channel imaginable- I could go on and on and on. You will not go wrong booking this property.

Not a bad place

The beds are very squeaky and noisy. The owners live upstairs and control the thermostat, they do not turn down the AC at night and it gets very hot inside. Other than that it was a good place.

We weren't asked about changing the temperature. We encourage guests to reach out to us if they need anything or have questions. -While we try to accommodate all guests' comfort, we're sorry the mattresses didn't meet your preferences. We haven't had previous guests mention anything negative about the beds. We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!

Great stay for a wedding

We stayed at the property for a weekend wedding. The location is out of town but was close to where the wedding was. The basement apartment was well furnished and stocked. The owners left snacks, coffee, and waters for us all and there were plenty of linens. We loved sitting on the back patio under the umbrella in the mornings just to chat. Overall it was a very comfortable stay and I would highly recommend! We definitely appreciated the personal touches!

Above and Beyond

This is one of the best places I've stayed! Melissa and Luke have gone above and beyond to create such a wonderful sanctuary of a home. Upon arrival Melissa came out to greet me and and made sure I had everything I needed to settle in. I was impressed with the thoughtfulness of stocking the place with fresh fruit, amazing homemade bread, coffee, etc. I didn't have to run to the grocery store the day I arrived. There's nothing like waking up to gorgeous mountain views! The backyard was amazing! The neighborhood is so peaceful, and it's close to everything. I was in Salt Lake for business and it was truly wonderful to fully relax when I got back in each evening. My stay felt more like a vacation than business trip. The extra special touches made it feel like a "spa" experience. Thank you Melissa and Luke for providing such a wonderful, spacious, and very clean place to stay! When I'm back in the area, I will certainly book your place to stay again.

Snowbird ski trip

BEST VRBO VALUE IN THE SALT LAKE AREA WITH SHORT 20 MINUTE DRIVE TO SKI AREAS!!! Luke and Melissa have decked this place out with everything you could ever ask for. If you are looking for a great 3 bedroom VRBO, I highly recommend this place!!

Incredible Stay

Luke and Melissa were extremely kind and welcoming hosts. They checked in on us to see if we arrived alright and they went as far as to leave us some welcome gifts. The house was spotless and well stocked with almost everything you would need in a stay. Incredible living room area and more than enough space for a few friends with the nice bedrooms and comfortable couches. Would definitely recommend.

The owners go above and beyond with laundry detergent and coffee etc... you do not have to head to a store the minute you get there like most places. The place and roomy and homey. We would definitely return.

Great location and views

The unit is a finished bedroom in the basement of a single fam home. Owners live upstairs, and left us alone (but were very quick to respond if we had a question). Great views of SLC, nice outdoor space, and right off freeway connecting Park City and Cottonwood Canyons.
