Double patio, vue depuis le salon et la chambre principale, grande cuisine. PrÚs de la piscine communautaire, à distance de marche du Yacht Club, attachez votre bateau juste à l'extérieur. Profitez de tous les avantages Walden!

Comptoirs de granit dans la cuisine spacieuse, 3 tabourets de bar, petite table Ă  manger dans la cuisine. Emplacement privĂ© juste au coin avec vue sur le lac et la marina. Nouveau revĂȘtement de sol et peinture en dĂ©cembre 2017. Salles de bain mises Ă  jour en dĂ©cembre 2017.

La chambre principale a un lit king size, la deuxiÚme chambre a 2 lits superposés.

Great stay

The only take away I would say is double check your emails. Idk why but the email from the property manger went to my spam and thus couldn't get in with the gate code from the Vrbo listing. Thankfully Anna was quick in her response to me and we were able to get in. Oh and the aecond bedroom is only 1 set of full bunk bed. They werent really twins. So kinda confunsed on that but otherwise it was a really good stay

The property was very clean and comfortable. The best view and was very nice the location of the condo. Is a corner location and gave you a bit more quiet atmosphere and isolated condo from being in between people. Very neat and organized. Well maintained.

Labor Day Paradise!

Perfect location to everything! Wonderful neighbors and spectacular views. Bening able to dock the boat next to the patio was awesome as well! We will definitely be back. Word to the wise if you have a boat it's much easier to load it up with your stuff and unpack it from the boat to the back patio rather than from the parking lot to the condo 10 times easier and faster.

Loved our second stay there!

Booked last minute, the landlady was very accommodating. We spent the Mother's day weekend there, and decided to come back for Father's Day. Well appointed condo, lake front, so you can park your condo 25 feet away. We will return!

Wonderfully appointed

We often rent from home away, and this condo is absolutely wonderful. Well appointed, nothing is missing. The master suite overlooks the lake and the bedding is very comfortable. Easy check in, the owners are very attentive. The location is fantastic, on the water, with view of the marina.

A wonderful getaway from my daily life

The condo was real cute & offered a quiet getaway for 3 adults who were in town for a church convention. It was located right on Lake Conroe & was only 4 minutes from our daily meeting. The convenience to our convention & to local restaurants & shopping was a plus. We went antique shopping in downtown Conroe as well as attending the Festival outside of Montgomery. We also spent some "down time" at the condo in front of the big screen TV. The kitchen area was well supplied which allowed for some cooking at the condo w/friends over. Great time.

Awesome!

My family and I stayed at Anna's condo the first part of July. We really enjoyed it! It was nice to have the condo pool just outside the front door. We went swimming almost each day. We also enjoyed the great view from both patios. The ground floor unit was great since we brought our family dog. With the condo you also have access to the community pool, play ground area and community exercise center. The condo was very clean and we enjoyed the fact we could stream Netflix for nightly entertainment. Shopping is just minutes away ---there is a Walmart, Walgreens, etc. near by. I would rent this condo again! Ps: my mother and I enjoyed drinking our morning coffee on the back patio and watching the wildlife...ducks...cranes...etc.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

I love the location where I can tie up and leave a boat or jet-ski but without the maintenance of a boat slip. The double patio and layout of the condo is just perfect.
