Condo de luxe avec forfait golf

Ce condo joliment décoré de 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain a été récemment rénové avec du carrelage, des comptoirs en granit, de nouveaux meubles et de grandes télévisions à écran plat. Le condo a deux balcons donnant sur la marina de Walden et le lac Conroe. Il y a une piscine sur la propriété et nos clients ont également accÚs à la piscine communautaire au Walden Yacht Club. La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer un repas. Il y a une laveuse / sécheuse dans le condo.

Ce condo est pratique pour tout ce que vous voudrez peut-ĂȘtre faire sur le lac Conroe. Nos clients ont accĂšs Ă  toutes les commoditĂ©s de Walden, y compris le golf (Walden), le tennis, les lancements de bateaux privĂ©s, un nouveau quai de courtoisie, un centre de fitness et deux restaurants sur place.

Great Easy Getaway

The best condo in its complex. Right at the corner and high enough for great views but low enough for easy access. We had no idea that we would enjoy the extended weekend this much. Also the area is a real bargain. Food and entertainment were both very reasonable. Check in and check out were easy.

Golf stay

We came in for a golf tournament at Walden on the lakes. The location was about a mile past the course overlooking the lake which made our stay much nicer. The unit was everything you need and clean. I got lost and called the owner. He gave me detailed instructions and met me in the parking lot. Don’t do what I did and not read all the directions.

I expected the condo to be clean.

I was literally disgusted with the lack of cleanliness. Hair in the dresser drawers, mold on the shower curtains, food left in the cupboards that were open from probably the last renter, pink lipstick on the coffee mug that was in the cupboard that was supposedly clean, the balcony was full of spider webs and filthy, and hair on the bathroom rugs from prior renters I am assuming. Very disappointed. The only positive is the location was great for our tennis tournament.

Not bad but please clean....

Property was ok, but dirty you all shouldn't charge a cleaning fee on something thats already filty my 14 yr old cleans better than that take pride if you are going to rent something out the whole condo was nasty, need lights & TV in bedroom if you all do updates and clean better it would be a very nice property for my family to use yearly.

Awesome stay

My Husband and I cannot say enough good things about this property. Everything was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Enjoyed fishing and the swimming pool as well. This is a beautiful community with very friendly and outgoing people. So peaceful and serene. The breeze from the lake was so relaxing. Our trip was a blessing. We'd definitely recommend it. The BEST Views of Lake Conroe

This clean, comfortable property offers two different, stunning balcony views of Lake Conroe and is located along a protected bay full of sailboats. There is a fine dining facility within walking distance, but the kitchen is perfectly suitable for making meals at "home" on The Point. The Manager is welcoming and detail oriented and the golf range is perfect. We highly recommend this property to anyone that wants to relax on Lake Conroe. Perfect for our needs

This condo was the perfect location for our small family. We took our 3 year old son to the Renaissance Festival one day and enjoyed the condo the other days. Walking distance to the Walden Yacht club was awesome and the lake view from the patios was spectacular! This condo is nice and quiet at the end of the building and has everything you will need. We look forward to a return visit.

Very nice condo, centralized, and close to everything!

We were in Montgomery for the first time to enjoy a long golf weekend with friends. The condo was very clean and was a perfect fit for 2 couples. It was walking distance to both pools in The Point, and also walking distance to the Yacht Club. Staying at this condo made it so convenient for couples looking for a relaxing weekend to where we didn't have to drive a lot. Even if we did have to drive the condo was very centralized. If ever we find ourselves in Montgomery again we will sure look up staying at this condo again!

Great Getaway Condo

My husband and I visited Lake Conroe for the first time using VRBO. It was a quick 1 1/2 hours from Houston. The property was a perfect location as a corner condo: easy parking, quiet location, rarely saw other people in the building. Great view of the lake and marina with two balconies. The condo was nicely decorated with a wonderful kitchen bar counter and large tv in the living room. It had everything you would need to enjoy the place like home. Homeowner and property manager provided great communication. Suggested getting a curtain to block outside light in the master bedroom but everything else was great. The Walden Yacht Club was across the parking lot with a great pool (and two kiddie pools), which we used both days. Condo pool was also available although smaller. We purchased take out food from the pool grill and Yacht Club (dining closed due to COVID-19). Other restaurants are nearby including Margaritaville but did not check out their restaurant. The pool grill provided pool service with alcoholic drinks so we truly felt it was like a vacation! Thanks and hope to go back another time!

Very private location, quiet and serene. There are two separate balconies from which you can view the marina and lake. This condo has been updated and provides internet and cable television at no additional cost.
