BELLE RETRAITE AVEC UN ACCÈS FACILE À TOUTE L'ÎLE

Le bungalow est situĂ© dans le parc de la Villa Malvasia et dispose d'une utilisation exclusive de la piscine chauffĂ©e, du barbecue et de la cuisine ainsi que du salon extĂ©rieur, de la terrasse ensoleillĂ©e, de la maison d'Ă©tĂ© et des jardins. La propriĂ©tĂ© est l'une des plus anciennes de l'Ăźle, mais a Ă©tĂ© entiĂšrement restaurĂ©e il y a quatre ans, de mĂȘme que toutes les commoditĂ©s modernes. SituĂ© dans la rĂ©gion viticole et trĂšs populaire auprĂšs des marcheurs et des cyclistes, mais est facilement accessible en voiture Ă  toutes les stations. Le village de Tias est Ă  5 minutes en voiture pour toutes les courses, pour les lĂšve-tĂŽt, vous pouvez appeler Antonios pour les croissants car ils ouvrent Ă  6 heures du matin. Puerto del Carman qui est Ă  10 minutes en voiture a toutes les plages et est l'un des principaux lieux touristiques. Mais si vous aimez le surf, pas de soucis, la propriĂ©tĂ© est proche de la belle plage de Famara, encore 10 minutes dans l'autre sens. Juste aprĂšs c'est l'ancienne capitale de l'Ăźle, Tequise, qui a un marchĂ© tous les dimanches, Ă  ne pas manquer pour cette affaire.

The accommodation was excellent. The indoor space is comfortable and well equipped, while the outdoor space is an oasis, perfect for relaxing and has everything needed for outdoor dining. The pool is great size and we all really enjoyed playing and cooling off in it daily. We hired a car and found it very easy to travel around whole island.The host is super helpful and directed us to the best beaches and attractions, and really enhanced our holiday.We would definitely recommend.

Centraal gelegen verblijf met mooie tuin

We hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf op Lanzarote bij Debbie. De tuin en het zwembad zijn fantastisch en alles was netjes en zoals in de advertentie beschreven. Debbie was heel vriendelijk, discreet en toch bereikbaar. Een aanrader.

Our own private resort

Staying here felt like our own private resort. It was perfect for what we needed which was to unplug. It truly is an oasis. It's close enough to everything - shopping, beaches, groceries, restaurants, etc - but wonderful to come back to without the chaos of resorts/resort towns if that's what you're looking for. Debbie was so kind and accommodating and really went out of her way when we needed help (nothing to do with the property). 5 out of 5 stars for everything - thank you Debbie!

Peacful stay in nature

Debbie's Finca is a wonderful villa in a remote location away from the busy coast but close enough to call the action/site seeing with a car. The garden and grounds are beautifully kept and attracted alot of wildlife which was lovely to see! The villa has everything you need and Debbie is very attentive without being intrusive. Car required for island adventures :)

Country Oasis

The surroundings are typical Lanzarotte black lava vineyards, and the first impression from the driveway is an abandoned building. Ask Debbie about the story. Do not let that deter you - hidden behind the walls and through the beautiful wood door lies an oasis. It reminded me of The Secret Garden with flowers, trees, an outdoor BBQ and pool. Two bedrooms and a generous living area plus access to a washing machine make this a perfect base from which to explore the island.

oasis in the middle of a gorgeous landscape

We could not have had a more perfect 10-year anniversary!Debbie's house and property were perfect for our stay. The property is remote enough that it felt truly like we were in our own little world, and yet everything on the island was less than a 20 minute drive, so excursions, dinners, beaches and so forth were all easily at hand. The bungalow was lovely to stay in, but the pool and garden are the real gem of this estate. We could have stayed pool-side all day long and watched the stars all night. Debbie is a gracious, wonderful host, and answered all our questions, and gave us pitch-perfect recommendations for places to visit and eat. simply perfect.

Great Location

Fantastic remote location with easy access to the whole island, right in the heart of the wine region, superb facilities and pool area.Highly recommended for a fantastic, quite, safe holiday away from the hustle and bustle of the resorts but close enough to enjoy them if required.

All Good

Excellent garden and pool area. Pool heated and was probably the warmest pool we’ve had in Europe. Gas bbq was well used and easy. Villa well equipped and comfortable even if beds and pillows a little on the hard side. You have to walk through an interim garden area between villa and pool/outside kitchen which ment being careful not to forget anything to reduce the number of trips. And watch out for the tortoise! Location in the vineyard area was a bonus - El Grifo winery within 30 mins walk and tasting. Recommended

Wonderful place to stay and visit all around

At first we were a little worried about whether we should really share the property with the owner of the house, but the opposite was the case. Debbie was virtually out of sight for the two weeks unless we had questions or needed help. Then she was always available to give advice and support. We also enjoyed the service that the pool opened early in the morning and closed in the evening. The house, pool and grounds were great. The outdoor kitchen and the seating in the beautifully landscaped garden are particularly positive. The location is excellent for easy access to all attractions. Our slightly wilder boys (6 and 6) thoroughly enjoyed the pool and outdoor area. Maybe we'll come to Lanzarote again - then we'd be happy to see Debbie again.

A lovely property and stay

The property and owner are lovely. The house is well appointed and the pool/garden area is a delight. The outdoor kitchen around the pool is a lovely space where we spent most of our time. This is a great property for a quiet but high quality break.

A beautiful oasis

Debbie's place is fantastic and we had a wonderful week there enjoying everything the property has to offer. Little touches like milk being provided for our first morning coffee, and a great selection of English TV & film channels, made the stay even better. This is a self contained oasis which is quiet and completely private. The BBQ area demands special mention as it is extremely well equipped and my partner thoroughly enjoyed being BBQ king. For nights we didn't feel like cooking there are excellent restaurants less than 10 mins away, and even Playa Blanca was only about 30 mins. Debbie was onhand if needed, but never intrusive. Highly recommended and we'd definitely stay again.

PERFECT - A very enjoyable stay

The accommodation is clean and tidy with all you need for a sunshine holiday with comfortable beds and hot showers. There is good WiFi in the house and pool area and lots of tv channels. The outside space /pool area is an amazing green oasis which is somewhere you can spend the days and nights surrounded with a well maintained private garden with lots of space to enjoy

 All to yourself. Location is good with the peace and quiet of vineyards surrounding the holiday house. Tias is 7 mins. in the car for grocery shopping and eating out. Your privacy while staying here is uppermost in Debbie’s thoughts and unless you need help or information you would think you were on your own. Many thanks Debbie x x

An idyllic oasis

Wow! Debbie's Finca is simply wonderful. We are a family of 4 (2 children aged 9 and 6) and this property was a perfect getaway for us. The location was spot. Located in amongst the vineyards, it is remote yet only a short drive from all the places you'd want to visit. I found the area really interesting and was nice to pop into the Bodegas nearby. The villa itself is spotlessly clean and a good size for a family of 4. The higlight of the property is the garden area and pool. Which you have exclusive use of. Really private and the outdoor kitchen was fantastic. We mainly ate at the villa and Debbie has the outdoor kitchen set up with everything you need to cook outside with ease including the fridge, sink and huge bbq. The terrace area for eating is beautiful and we spent relaxed evenings over dinner with the kids. There's also a lovely outdoor lounge area to sit and enjoy a few drinks. The pool is heated which was great for an early November visit. We were in and out of the pool all day and the outdoor shower room was also really convenient. It was actually hard to leave the villa to explore the island. We did enjoy a trip to Famara, the green caves, the water park, submarine dive, Las Grietas and Timanfaya. Debbie was an excellent host, incredibly welcoming and helpful. Her recommendations were very useful. She was nearby if needed but not intrusive in any way. Thank you for everything, we didn't want to leave.
