Villa Viente is a luxury villa located in a prime elevated position of Puerto Del Carmen, with panoramic views of Fuerteventura and the mountain range. Near the old Town fishing harbour, approx.15 minutes walk to popular Fariones beach, close to all amenities, nightlife and restaurants. The villa is south facing and in a quiet cul-de-sac road, sheltered from the prevailing winds making it a real suntrap.
The accommodation is spacious with 3 large bedrooms, one with full ensuite bathroom and a further bathroom. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with microwave, ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, electric kettle and toaster. Utility room with washing machine, iron, ironing board and drying area. The villa is tastefully decorated and equipped to the highest standard with quality furniture, satellite TV, DVD, Wi-Fi and CD player.
The villa has a large tiled sun terrace area with private heated pool 12' by 25', sun loungers, umbrellas, table, chairs and barbeque. Private car parking.

We had a wonderful stay at this Villa, the host Kim made the whole process from booking , to getting into the Villa easy. It has a wonderful pool and the Villa has everything you need to really make it a home away from home. Also a great selection of supermarkets in walking distance if you don't have a car. Would definitely go back.

Rooms nice and clean plenty of fresh towels, pool kept spotless well maintained,.kitchen nicely stocked with plenty dishes, though missing a dishwasher which would be a nice addition, plenty room for maybe a counter top one, would definately stay here again am in process of working out dates for next year already.

Fabulous stay at Villa Viente, lovely villa just needs a bit of an update. Was clean and tidy in a great quiet location with a fab large pool but not too far to walk for shops, restaurants, beach and old town. Excellent value for money with great communication from Kim. Will definitely be back again!

We had a very enjoyable holiday in September and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Location is ideal, on a nice, quiet street but only a 10 minute walk from the beachfront and 3 supermarkets close by. There is a lovely outside area with plenty of sun loungers and a big pool which was cleaned regularly. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed, also very clean inside. We thought it was great value and Kim’s communication was particularly good throughout. Highly recommend!

Great villa - everything you could possibly need for a holiday. Good location, quiet no through road, Lidl is a short walk away. Lovely pool area for relaxing. Great experience from start to finish.

First time villa holiday

Fantastic holiday in this villa, stayed here with family and friends and it was perfect. Great location, 15 minute walk to old town or 10 mins down to the strip. Any queries we had were answered and sorted through the app very quickly. Yes some of the fixtures have seen better days, however everything was clean and the villa is well laid out for two families sharing. Pool is perfect! Would definitely stay here again. 😁

Very good

Very good for our group of 6 persons, but the kitchen is not equipped to cook for 6 persons. Suggestion: a large cooking pot, and some new frying pans. We had a very good time in the house, nice warm swimming pool, big open space around.

The house is very nice with a generous pool and outside area The kitchen area is great with loads of utensils pans ect All white goods work perfectly The living room is large with lots of space The bedrooms are a good size as well The only think i was not to keen on was the memory foam beds -but this is a personnel think and some pillows could do with being changed -but not the end of world In summery lovely house in a lovely quite location Thanks for the stay

Thank you for taking time to review our property, we are sorry to hear the mattresses were not to your liking, we replaced all off the mattresses when we were staying at our villa in December along with the pillows. I will ask our management to thoroughly check pillows for stains as we always leave spares in the top cupboards. Hope this didn’t spoil your stay in our villa. Kimberley

Villa stay

The villa is in a excellent location clean and tidy with everything you need our own issues where no light by front door on when we had a night flight but the issue was sorted straight away when I asked Kim to sort it for us bulb had gone in light. Pool said it was heated but it’s not heated like we’ve had before did mention it to pool guy when come but said can’t turn it up. Just needs a bit of modifications. We would return to the villa

Didn't want to come home!

We were here in mid September and absolutely loved every minute of it. We honestly didn't want to come home. Communication with the owner was great. We had all sorts of daft questions before we arrived and they were answered promptly via the app. The layout of the villa is all on one level with spacious rooms and plenty of storage. It's all very private and you are not overlooked at all. Outdoor area is fabulous. The pool is clean and well maintained with the pool guy coming early to clean it every 2-3 days. Interior is dated, but I believe this is reflected in the price and it is worth every penny. If anything could be improved it would be to replace the beds and possibly install air conditioning, but we coped fine in 27°C+ heat. If anyone is reluctant to book due to the hilly nature of Puerto del Carmen please don't. There are taxi ranks all along the front and they arrive very quickly and it only cost us around 3€ per journey. We had a fantastic time and wouldn't hesitate to book here again if we were returning to Lanzarote.
