We loved staying in this location, it was very clean and comfortable, the views from the balcony were beautiful, we even saw dolphins and fireworks sitting out there! We will be back.

Lovely Beach Condo

The condo is exactly as pictured. It has everything needed for your stay. Comfortable furniture and bed. The bay side balcony was a great place to sit and watch the boats go by. The beach is spectacular. The pools are nice, as well as, the workout room. We had a wonderful weeklong stay.

Roomy and updated

Nice layout, clean, comfortable, updated unit. Resort is dated, but beach access and pool were very nice. Access road is busy due to road and bridge construction. Office staff and security gate gentleman were very kind.

Wonderful Condo - Perfect Beach Getaway - very roomy

Loved this condo! The decorations were so classy and beautiful. Perfect Beach Condo with lots of room in the living room, kitchen and dining room The bathroom was roomy too. I have stayed on Okaloosa island about 20x and I try different places each time. This is my 10th time at El Matador, but this was my favorite condo.

Absolutely Amazing

This condo was PERFECT!! It had everything you need for a week stay. The view from the back patio you could see the bay. Out of the front deck, you could see the beach. Walking distance to the beach. Staff were extremely friendly & helpful. I highly recommend this property.

Amazing stay

The unit was gorgeous. Up to date decor. The couch had a bed. Great bedroom with a very comfortable mattress. Everything you need is supplied in the room. The laundry room was located right next to us. The beach was an easy walk across the property. Two great pools. We had a great view of the bay from our balcony with the sunset view. The host was always responsive to our questions. We will be back next year! A

Great start

Everything was nice. The room was great. My only complaint would be the walk to the beach. On a cooler time of the year it wouldn’t be so bad. But on hot summer days, it’s quite a walk in the heat. Love the property and the room though. The pool is right outside the building, which is nice too. BTW- we never received any free tickets to area attractions

Such a beautiful view of the bay. Kitchen came equipped with everything I need to cook. I traveled alone so all the mirrors in the condo made it fun to dance around, take mirror pictures and such lol.

Great Vacation

Loved the Condo, the whole complex was clean, and the pool and access to the beach was convenient. Staff was very nice and we met a lot of fun families! We love the quiet of the rooms and the view from our balcony! Great vacation, great price! I highly recommend it.

Relaxing

It was very relaxing, took my 92 year old grandmother with me had a little trouble getting a sand wheelchair, but she enjoyed it more than she thought she would.

Relaxing and spacious condo

This is a nicely furnished 1 bedroom condo with a large bathroom. I couldn't give it 5 stars because most of the dishes and glasses were dirty when I checked in. I had to run everything thru the dishwasher after that, since i couldn't trust what was clean or not. The baking tray was so oily I just didn't use it. Otherwise - the view of the sound was the highlight of this stay. There is no view of the ocean from inside the condo. You can see the beach outside the front door and it is beautiful. I much preferred the view of the sound with boats and barges going by daily. It is very relaxing and soothing. Overall, a pleasant one month stay during the winter!
