Value for money apartment.

This upstairs apartment is on a quiet and friendly complex. It’s in a great position for walking into the main strip of Puerta del carmen with its bars and restaurants. In the opposite direction you can take a leisurely stroll to Matagorda which takes about 20 minutes. Straight in front of the complex is the beach. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need to make your holiday as perfect as it can be. Ben is the perfect host. I would recommend this apartment and my wife and I are looking forward to visiting again.

Logement très propre et très bien équipé

Très bon séjour dans une très belle résidence avec piscine très froide malheureusement et mur pas très épais mais pour le mois de décembre cela ne gêne pas trop vu le peu de monde Je recommande ce logement

Estancia en Los Pocillos.

La ubicación es idónea. El complejo es cómodo con un solarium y piscina agradable. No habia mucha gente lo que contribuyó a un descanso mas efectivo. Es muy probable que repitamos .

Great location with English tv and good WiFi

Value for money. What you see is what you get. Good oven, good shower and close to all amenities. Nice view from patio and great sun loungers by pool.

No 16 apartment

Just got back from an 11night stay.The apartment is all that you could ask for so just sit back and enjoy you holiday We’ve Been coming to this complex for the last three yrs and I can say by far it’s the best apartment yet ,with air con if you need it , clean and tidy The only that was missing was some cushions for the sun loungers by the pool

Spotless appt, well equipped, close to beach.

Nice small appt complex, gated, safe and quiet (there in Nov). Appt very well equipped .. lots of pots, utensils in the kitchen, beach gear in a box on the balcony (found them mid-week!). Nice pool, loungers etc. Beach, shops, restaurants only a few mins walk. Recommended

The complex was kept very clean and the pools where cleaned. It was very relaxing stay for me and my wife. If any body else wishes to stay at this complex they would not be disappointed.

Very well maintained, clean, tidy and with everything you'll need

Had a fabulous 5 days in this apartment in April. The apartment was only a few minutes walk from restaurants and shops and about 20 minutes walk to the main stretch of Peurto Del Carmen. The pool was heated so perfect temperature to have a dip, and a very good size. Plenty of sun loungers although people were out every morning before 7.30 am to put their towels out! Absolutely no need. The villa itself is ideal for a couple, or a young family. My only criticism is that there is no clothes storage in the living room where the sofa bed is, so you have to store everything in the bedroom wardrobe which is plenty big enough but just a tad inconvenient, but that is my only observation. Will definitely look to book again.

Apartment Good, complex lovely,everybody friendly. The only problem was, the two complexes adjacent were getting major renovation work done and we had jack hammers/drills/sanders noise for the full three weeks. This work is due to finish before Christmas. The only thing I would say to Ben is tell people where the change of bedding is kept as we had a hard job finding it.

Great holiday peurto del carmen so clean and beautiful beaches.

Apartment was amazing. Everything you could possibly need . Home from home . Pool grounds are immaculate. Defo worth another visit . Stayed in beginning of September . Hot weather every day with cooling breeze .

Great Location

We stayed here in September for a week and had a great stay. We are a family of four and the apartment was plenty big! The kitchen has all the basics if you do feel like cooking. but there are plenty places close by to eat. The complex is very well kept and the pool was great never really busy and there were always sunbeds free to use There is a supermarket just beside the complex as well which was very handy, the main strip isn't to far away either I will definitely recommend to friends

The unique situation of the property, slightly out of the centre of Peurto del Carmen and in tranquil and beautifull surroundings makes it the perfect location.

Only 100 yards from the beach and restaurants and bars a short walk away.
