SUNSHINE☀HOUSE Est un chalet de bord de mer magique, parfaitement situĂ© offrant intimitĂ©, tranquillitĂ© et une magnifique vue panoramique sur les CaraĂŻbes. Vous avez la possibilitĂ© de voir le lever et le coucher du soleil directement depuis sa grande terrasse. Le chalet est joliment dĂ©corĂ© et la grande terrasse comprend un canapĂ©, des chaises, des chaises longues et un comptoir avec des tabourets, parfaits pour les repas en plein air.

SUNSHINE☀HOUSE est situĂ© Ă  7,5 km au nord de l’aĂ©roport de Governors Harbour. La suite principale offre un lit king-size, un salon avec futon queen et salle de bain privĂ©e, la deuxiĂšme chambre Ă  coucher dispose d'un lit queen-size et la 3Ăšme chambre a deux trĂšs longs jumeaux.

SUNSHINE☀HOUSE offre de belles vues et le soir, vous avez la possibilitĂ© de voir un ciel Ă©toilĂ© et, si vous avez de la chance, vous pourrez mĂȘme en voir quelques-unes!

Un kayak de mer est situĂ© Ă  proximitĂ© de Rainbow Beach ou dans la cour de SUNSHINE☀HOUSE. En plus, vous avez des gilets de sauvetage pour le kayak, des planches de boogie et un hamac (dans la buanderie sous le pont) qui peuvent ĂȘtre accrochĂ©s Ă  l’arbre prĂšs de l’eau.

La maison est situĂ©e Ă  Rainbow Bay, l’un des seuls Ă©tablissements de l’üle d’Eleuthera Ă  compter une association de propriĂ©taires proposant des parasols en chaume et des tables de pique-nique Ă  proximitĂ© de Rainbow Beach, ainsi qu’un magnifique court de tennis situĂ© au bord de la mer des CaraĂŻbes. The place was nice but the air conditioner in the kitchen didn't work. The coffee maker was broken, had to buy a nice one. But over all it was really nice.

Jump into the Ocean & Enjoy the Breeze

Jump into the ocean right from the house and snorkel some coral structures where you can see tropical fish. The location was ideal to explore all sides of the island. Our host was incredibly responsive and her local caretaker, Lisa, helped us out with a few needs during our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Getaway

The location is beautiful. Lovely house. Power outages are a reality on Eleuthera and also No seeums but it did not detract from the beauty.

Girls Trip

The house was great. It had everything we needed and the views are spectacular. We had a last minute snafu with my husband's passport, so it unexpectedly turned into a girls trip. The owner went above and beyond to check in on us and make sure we had everything we needed. The island is absolutely beautiful. We will definitely be back.

Sunshine house was perfect; it had everything one could need. Thank you Jennifer for a wonderful stay. It literally is a sunshine house as you can see the sunrise from one side of the deck and track its progress across the sky to the other side of the deck. Every room had its own fans and air conditioning that made life perfect. 2 full bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, lots of closet space
what more could you ask. The house is about a 3-minute drive to a wonderful grocery store that has everything one could need and the fully equipped kitchen made things very economical. Rainbow beach (another 3-minute drive) was our favorite beach on the island. Everything was so perfect we never needed to contact Jennifer. Perfect for a family of 4-6.

Sunshine Paradise

Sunshine House was so much better in person. Spectacular views ! It’s a super quiet area. Great location for morning walks. Extremely clean beach cottage. Big plus having Starlink ! Easy communication with Jennifer and Lisa. The one recommendation would be Tommy Bahama Style Beach Chairs to use. We found a local company to rent some for our stay. We would absolutely stay at the Sunshine House again!!! D&J Brewster

A Magical Place

My wife and I just returned from a five night stay at Sunshine Cottage, a perfect beach house, clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We especially loved the deck where we spent mornings watching the sunrise and evenings gazing at the stars. A couple of questions came up during our stay. Jennifer was always responsive by text as was Lisa, her local contact. We enjoyed dinner a couple of nights at the Rainbow Inn but saved the last night’s dinner for the Front Porch in Hatchet Bay which was a real treat. Overall, it was a wonderful vacation in a magical place.

Breathtaking views!

Having never been to Eleuthera, I peppered Jennifer with questions. She always responded with thorough, helpful information. The house was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was well- stocked, the beach towels were great. She even has a padded cooler bag which was great for our excursions. The view is truly spectacular and we were able to hop in the water in front of her house and do some snorkeling. It’s location is great- close to the Big Rock store, liquor store, Rainbow Cay and the excellent Front Porch restaurant. Thank you!

Everything

If I could give 6 stars out of 5, I would. Everything was not just as advertised, but better. Communication with the host was close to instant, everything we needed was in place at the amazing Sunshine House and we CANNOT wait to return! The island stole our hearts fully and completely and the Sunshine House was a big part of that. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

In April of 2012 our family took a vacation to Fort Lauderdale and the Florida Keys. Prior to our trip I began searching for properties in those areas of Florida. I realized after our vacation that Florida was a fun place to visit, but it did not have the privacy and tranquility that we were searching for. In early May 2012 a Google search for waterfront properties brought me to SUNSHIN☀HOUSE in Eleuthera. I quickly booked a flight to the Bahamas, a destination I had never been. My husband was unable to join me, so I made the adventure on my own. Seeing the location of SUNSHINE☀HOUSE for the first time, it was love at first sight. I knew it was the one! I entered the house through the single sliding door that has been replaced by a hurricane French door. The house was completely empty and needed a lot of updating and tlc, but it had very good bones. In the four days I spent on Eleuthera, I found our new home. I had only looked at one other house but knew SUNSHIN☀HOUSE was the one for us. The most magical thing about this whole experience has been the many beautiful friends we have made.
