S'IL VOUS PLAÎT VEILLER A NOUS CONTACTER SI VOUS VOUDRIEZ RESTER POUR MOINS DE QUATRE NUITS. Le minimum de quatre nuits est seulement applicable pour la saison estivale et certains jours fériés. En tout temps, il y a moins de quatre nuits entre autres réservations, nous sommes heureux de rendre ces séjours plus courts disponibles.

Le Frio Maison est une location de vacances propriété familiale avec vue sur la rivière Frio dans Leakey, Texas. Il a son trou de natation en eau profonde propre qui ne passe jamais à sec! Il y a un peu de tout pour tout le monde sur cette partie de la rivière ... eau profonde, l'eau peu profonde pour les petits kiddos, balançoires corde, petits rapides que vous pouvez entendre depuis le pont arrière, et les montagnes et le coucher du soleil. Il se compose de la maison principale, la chambre avec lits superposés ci-joint, et un appartement d'hôtes. La maison dispose d'étapes et garde-corps qui descendent vers la rivière en contrebas. Il peut accueillir jusqu'à 15 personnes; parfait pour des vacances de famille que vous avez eu envie de prendre.

Le principal quartier maison d'habitation a des plafonds voûtés et un plan d'étage ouvert. L'espace de la salle de séjour vous permettra de visiter avec votre famille et vos amis facilement. clients antérieurs ont trouvé la maison pour être très confortable et un excellent endroit pour renouer avec la famille et les amis.

First Frio River family getaway

Although the drought has really taken its toll on the Frio river flow not allowing us a true river float, this rental was one of the best on the Frio in Leakey. We had a deep spring fed pool right in front of the property with a rope swing, along with plenty of shallow to knee deep crystal clear water for the kids to get wet, seine for minnows with a net, fish for perch, bass, and trout. We saw deer, cardinals, hummingbirds, squirrels and one raccoon. The house offered a great two bedroom with a large kitchen and perfect family gathering area with central A/C. The attached guesthouse off the deck had a window unit and the guestroom attached to the garage had its own central A/C. The setup offered each family to have their own privacy and bathroom. Only setback was the shower in garage apartment was not usable and needs to be replaced, but rest of that bathroom and bedroom were okay and A/C cooled very well.

Great place

The Frio House is a great place for families with small children to stay on the Frio. It’s very peaceful there and the river has shallow and deep places for all age kids. The house has three separate areas with bathrooms. It’s perfect for our group of three families.

Best location on the Frio

This is by far one of the best location to spend a weekend with your family and friends. The property fit comfortably for our family of 5 and our friend’s family of 4. The beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed and the only appliance we brought was our griddle. The kids enjoyed swinging from the rope into the crystal clear water. In the evening, we would sit on the porch enjoying the beautiful star lit sky. The hostess, Rebekah, was very responsive and provided detailed information before our trip so we know what to expect.

Great getaway

The Frio House was perfect for our group. The property is beautiful. Right on the river and we loved sitting on the porch listening to the birds every morning with our coffee. Although the river was low (as we expected this visit due to the drought) the property is spacious and allowed us to spread out and create some fun with cornhole, card games, great conversations etc. The property allows for spending time together as a big group in the larger spaces and also because of the three separate sleeping quarters we could get away from the group for a bit if we needed to. The kitchen is well stocked and we had fun cooking and grilling outside together. Overall a great long weekend.

The Frio House is a great place for a family to stay to enjoy the Frio River. With 3 separate sleeping areas, each with a bath it was perfect for our family. The owners are very nice and helpful too! We enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic Stay!

We spoke with the owners beforehand and they were super nice and easy to work with. Everything was quite seamless. The house was beautiful and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The river in this area is great, several rope swings for the kids to jump off and just really a great place to relax and enjoy the river. Top notch find!! Great Location

The house is in a perfect location and the river is beautiful. However, the cleanliness of the house could be better. There were cobwebs all over the place, several black widows, mildew in the washing machine, pans in the cupboard with food stuck on them, and two out of the three toilets could not handle paper products, so we had to put used toilet paper in the trash cans instead of flushing it down the toilet. Overall a good experience but not what we expected for the price.

Heaven on the Frio

We had such a wonderful time staying at The Frio House. The river was absolutely gorgeous, the house, bunk house and cabin were so nice and clean, well equipped and with a beautiful view. Beautiful spot on the river, very private and deep water. House with 2 additional sleeping cabins with baths was an awesome set up for families. Really enjoyed our stay and plan to return next year.

Hi! We are Chris & Rebekah, the owners of The Frio House (formerly Georgia's Retreat). We first came to the Frio River together almost 16 years ago and have been coming back ever since. We always wanted a place at the Frio for our family to make memories and our dream finally came true. We fell in love with the property and think y'all will too! We live a few hours away from the Frio River, but are super excited to spend as much time as we can here and share it with you all too.

Simple...THE FRIO RIVER! We had been looking for a home on the Frio River for a while, but finally found the one. Before purchasing the property, we too rented the property and were guests at The Frio House. While renting the property, we fell in love and couldn't pass up the opportunity to snatch up this little piece of heaven on the Frio River. One of our main criteria in our property search was deep water. The deep water swimming hole directly behind The Frio House is a rare find along the Frio River. There are few properties with a piece of the Frio River like this one. The crystal clear swimming hole, view of the sunset across the mountains, and sounds of the river below make this a relaxing spot to get away and make those family memories.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The mix of deep and shallow water is the best benefit of this property. Many other places along the Frio begin to dry up in the late summer, but not The Frio House! You'll always have deep water immediately behind the house and shallower water just downstream. The water varies from about 3 feet deep up to roughly 8 feet deep along The Frio House property.

The location in Leakey is another great feature. Leave the crowds in Concan and enjoy the peaceful setting here. Leakey has all the normal amenities you'd expect like a full grocery store, great restaurants, liquor stores, banks, gas stations, and more. We're just a couple minutes from all these locations, but you'll feel like you're miles from anywhere when you're at The Frio House.
