Excellent apartment

We were met by Darius who gave us the keys and provided all the information we required and also checked in with us during the stay. The apartment had everything we needed and I would not hesitate to return.

Great location

The apartment was lovely and clean. Had all the facilities we needed , although we never cooked. The location is very central with everything within reach. Great communications with Darius. The only thing I could fault is the beds. The double one had a mattress topper on which was too big for the bed and made me feel like i was rolling off. It was also way too soft. However the other beds in the other room were very hard but my son slept fine.

Super séjour chez Darius

Merci Darius pour cette semaine dans votre appartement. Très bien situé et agencé. Tout le nécessaire est disponible pour cuisiner et passer un bon séjour. Je recommande fortement!

Le point fort de l'appartement est la terrasse

L'appartement est très bien situé à proximité des commerces, des restaurants, de la plage et des transports en commun. L'atout de cet appartement est évidemment la terrasse. Greta et Darius nous ont très larges quant aux heures d'arrivée et de départ. A notre arrivée, un petit cadeau nous attendait ... de quoi nous désaltérer et des chocolats. Encore merci à eux.

Superbe appartement

Nous y avons passé une superbe semaine à 4 personnes. L'appartement est bien équipé et très bien situé, en centre ville proche des magasins, restaurants et plages. Pourtant calme de jour comme de nuit. La terrasse est toujours ensoleillée et le petit patio super agréable. La piscine commune est paisible avec une petite paillote bien sympa ou l on peut boire un verre ou déjeuné, excellent et pas excessif. Point négatif le matelas de la grande chambre pas confortable. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Brilliant 2 week stay

Stayed in September for 2 weeks and will definitely return Apartment is well located with only a short walk to bars, shops and restaurants. It’s spotlessly clean with everything from tea/ coffee facilities, bath towels, hand soap and plenty of cooking facilities and utensils. There’s a nice patio area we’re we sat all the time to have dinner and to enjoy the sunshine. Anyone with mobility issues will be fine here as we hired a mobility scooter and was easily kept inside at night for charging and the complex has no steps when going to access the pool area with pool bar. Darius was excellent to communicate with and we definitely return 👍

Our recent experience

Stayed here for 10 days, first impression place wasn’t that clean, most horrendous smell of fish from the fridge/freezer. The main bed was so uncomfortable almost impossible to get a decent sleep actually hurt our backs! There was another mattress put on top of the existing mattress which was the strangest set up. The two single beds in the other room were equally as horrendous , it was actually like lying on hardboard. The terrace area did get the sun however the loungers again were impossible so lightweight and flimsy we couldn’t sunbathe on them. The apartment is in a great location, the pool area is lovely and the complex itself seems quiet , however outside the property the street was filthy and a bit noisy at night.

Family holiday

This property is in a fantastic location, you don't have to walk far to the fab surrounding restaurants. There's also a supermarket just over the road. We thought it would be noisy but it was very quiet. The patio area of this property is large and the sun was there from late morning. Nice to sit and have breakfast or lunch. The gated complex is very well kept - good sized pool (plenty of loungers!) and the pool bar serves delicious food - fantastic service there too. The only slight negative, and it is slight, was the beds weren't as comfy as we'd hoped in the "second" bedroom. In all we had a great time and would definitely recommend to others.

Rundum gut

sehr sauber, modern, zentral gelegen, mit naher guter Busanbindung, sehr gutes WLAN mit einem super TV-Angebot in allen Sprachen, die Nähe zum Strand, guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, preiswerte Gastronomie in der Nähe und in einer schönen Anlage im Landesstiel.

Lovely, clean, central apartment

Had a lovely stay in this apartment which is in a great location in a central area but still very quiet. Darius and Greta could not do enough for us and communication was good. Would definitely be returning.

Property was very clean and check in was excellent,especially being able to check in early,only problem was one of the sun beds had a broken leg and couldn’t work out washing machine properly.Apart from that we had a great time and would return.

Casa perfetta!

La casa è molto carina, ben arredata ed attrezzata di tutto, in un parco molto tranquillo. La posizione e centralissima perché il parco ha due entrate è una da’ sulla strada principale della movida di tenerife. Nonostante la posizione centralissima, tra locali , ristoranti e a 300 my dalle spiagge, la casa è silenziosa e sempre fresca, anche fuori al bellissimo terrazzo. La piscina del residence. È molto comoda e il chiosco preparata degli ottimi pranzetti per che non ha voglia di uscire dal residence. Darius è una persona molto attenta e precisa, ci ha seguito e fornito tutto quelllo di cui avevamo bisogno. Bellissima esperienza

Perfect Location, Superb Apartment

The Paraiso Royal Complex was excellent. The apartment was very clean, spacious, with a lovely large balcony/sun terrace. Very central for beach, bars and restaurants. The heated swimming pool area was superb with a food bar offering a varied menu at excellent prices. The pool bar staff were very friendly too. The communication from both Darius and Greta was first class with Darius meeting us on arrival and showing us around. I requested a late checkout and this was not a problem with Greta and Darius I would definately recommend this apartment Fiona Tweedie

Perfect Location, Great Apartment

The Paraiso complex more than met with our expectations and the heated pool area was excellent with a food bar area that offered a varied quality menu - at very affordable prices. The apartment itself delivered on its promise with an extra large balcony/sun terrace. The communication and updates from both Darius and Greta was first class with Greta meeting us on arrival and showing us around.
