Magnifique maison au bord du lac Cayuga Ă  seulement 2,5 km du centre-ville d'Ithaca!

Nous sommes heureux de réduire les tarifs pour les séjours de 1 ou 2 personnes. Il suffit de demander.

Propriété spectaculaire sur le lac Cayuga, à seulement 2,5 km du centre-ville d'Ithaca. 330 pieds de façade avec plein soleil toute la journée et couchers de soleil impressionnants. Grand quai! Jacuzzi! Eaux profondes! Pelouses incroyables et étonnamment privées.

Notre maison au bord du lac dispose de 5 chambres:
Reine chambre des maĂźtres en bas.
Chambre principale des maĂźtres Ă  l'Ă©tage.
2 chambres Queen Ă  l'Ă©tage.
1 chambre avec lits superposés à l'étage.

Et nous avons 2,5 salles de bains (une en bas, une Ă  l'Ă©tage et 1/2 salle de bain dans le grenier du troisiĂšme Ă©tage).

Notre bain à remous se trouve au bord de l'eau et notre quai est ÉNORME, avec une partie assise couverte et un toboggan.

Ithaca est une merveilleuse petite ville au cƓur des Finger Lakes. Abritant l'UniversitĂ© Cornell, le CollĂšge Ithaca, de nombreux vignobles et une culture riche, Ithaca est une ville formidable Ă  visiter!

Nous avons beaucoup de place pour le stationnement (un autre bonus)! Peut s'adapter à 5 voitures assez facilement. Les transports en commun ne remontent pas le lac. Mais vous marchez toujours sur les voies ferrées à 3 kilomÚtres jusqu'à la ville. Ou, vous pouvez pagayer jusqu'à Ithaca Farmer's Market, Stewart Park, Cass Park ou Allan Treman State Park.

La rive est du lac Cayuga a une voie ferrée qui monte à mi-hauteur du lac. Le train unique utilisant les voies se dirige vers la mine de sel au nord de nous, seulement quelques fois par semaine. C'est assez rarement que c'est un événement passionnant. Heureusement, il se déplace lentement et ne sonne pas prÚs de notre maison (à moins que les enfants ne le demandent).

This was our second time staying at Zach’s lake house and we love it so much! The house is beautiful and comfortable and Zach is a great host.

Zach was very friendly, showed us around his beautiful place and we had a great stay. The house and property are well maintained, and spacious. We were there in the middle of winter and even then it was a great place to stay - I can only imagine how awesome it'd be in the summer! Great stay all around.

House was as described! Plenty of space and bedrooms for everyone. Only slight things not talked about are the stairs going from 1st to 2nd floor, they are tight and very low ceiling at one spot (I'm on the taller side at 5'8" and grazed my head a few times) and the clawfoot tub upstairs is awkward to get in and out of, just being so high. So we mostly showered downstairs which was fine! But overall we loved sitting on the dock with a drink and enjoying the views. Driveway is very short and steep coming in, but can be done going in slow with caution. Zach was easy to communicate with!

Perfect Lake Home

What a magical property with the best host you could ask for! The house is gorgeous and comfortable and homey. Rustic yet modern. Our son was in heaven fishing off the expansive dock while we soaked in the hot tub and searched the shoreline for lake glass. Zach went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and gave our son some great fishing tips. We cannot wait to come back!

Lovely house and amazing outdoor space, loved the huge dock with seating, swings & hammocks; the porches, hot tub, availability of kayaks & fishing equipment. Sunset was indeed beautiful! Just wished there wasn’t traffic noise. Kitchen has everything we needed for cooking all of our meals which we like to do. Zach is a great communicator & glad he messaged before our stay to make sure we all understood how to enter the drive way; guests should heed his advice!

College Graduation Retreat

Our daughter graduated from Ithaca and we booked this home for our family to all be together. Lovely lake location and convenient to campus and town. Cooked at home to stay out of the graduation crowds and the kitchen was very nice set up with all that we would need. Stay here . . . You will LOVE it!

College Tour Weekend

Awesome spot to decompress after stressful college daily tours during a snow filled winter weekend. Amazing home that has a lot of stories to tell. The huge ceilings, beautiful refinished floors, outdoor porches at every level, comfy beds, and plenty of space for our mature dogs to explore off lead. The owner is great! We cannot wait to revisit in warm weather. Highly recommend :)

Cozy and Charming!

We had a wonderful time at this house. It is rustic, so be prepared for creeky floors and bugs indoors. However, the lake was beautiful, and the house was extremely cozy. The driveway is definitely not for the faint of heart, and we were glad that the car rental company gave us a pick up truck. Can not comment on the kayaks, hot tub, or fishing rods, as the weather was not suitable for using them, but this is a property that we'd love to come back to if given the chance!

We were up for a week hoping for snow for our dogs, no snow but a great house. Zach couldn't have been nicer or more helpful! The beds were comfortable. The house was in a good location and the dock is amazing. The driveway is steep so please follow the drive in instructions. Thanks again Zach for your quick responses and the great home away from home.

Christmas at the Cayuga Lakehouse

The four of us, all adults, had a relaxing stay during an historic winter storm that pummeled parts of the state. The wind was cold, but we figured out how to use supplemental heaters that were plenty adequate. We enjoyed the hot tub, which we are not familiar with, and somehow the heat setting got set for a standby mode, so it was not hot enough to use for most of the stay. Our host was hospitable and welcoming.
